It is located at Macalister Road, so getting to the places of attraction at Georgetown is very convenient. The interior of the homestay is as illustrated in the pictures. Cheap, had a great view, and fast check-in and I got my deposit refunded the next day after I checked out. The access key card was not sensitive, contacted the owner and got a reply immediately.

Furniture in the living room has worn out. The sofa is as hard as wood. Master bedroom frame (Steel) is shaking, we have to move the bed on the ground. Upon moving the bed to the floor, we found that the steel bar on the bed frame has been dislocated - Not safe for adults (In my point of view). Meant for 8-10 pax homestay but mug provided is only 3? Should add more to cater at least half of the group 😬

Property was clean and nice, we really enjoyed the stay. The location was convenient.

few plates and noting matching. not enough cups glasses, no kitchenware nothing to cooks with. was told it is non cooking kitchen after arrival, not stated in advert. the property states items which are not there… eg dishwasher etc it was not cleaned properly and cigarette Ash was on the floor as well as it smelling of smoke. No cupboards to put clothes only a coat stand and one rail. we were 5 people - it was limited I can’t imagine 10 staying there.

The location is good.

We have a trouble when we want to open the aircond. The 2nd thing is, we need to remove battery from other remote in order to get to watch television and use remote aircond on the hall. Maybe owner should see this issue
