The views and outside spaces were awesome we enjoyed morning coffee on 1 and cocktails on the other. The Condo had everything we needed to make our stay special.

Weve been coming to the island for 25 years and this is the best unit in RBBC and RBBC is the best spot on the entire island. IMHO.

We consider this property to be one of our very best finds. In short it has it all. It is secure, convenient, and comfortable. The view is unmatched and amenities are outstanding. Further the care and concern of the owners for their property and for their guests is evident and reassuring. We rate this with a big A+. We had not one single complaint which for our demanding group is remarkable indeed. In a word “DELIGHTFUL”

I can't recommend this property highly enough. The images only just do justice to the reality - it really is as good as it looks. It's location was perfect because you are near amenities, like an excellent corner shop/mini supermarket, pizza place, French bakery as well as being able to view one of the pools and part of the beach from the apartment, with excellent opportunities to see beautiful sunsets. The supplies in the condo, as others have mentioned, are the. most extensive we've ever come across. I brought a Moka pot but there probably was one there since there really was everything else and not just in the kitchen You could make a quick salad, a 4 course meal or bake a cake! Bathrooms had everything you could want - not just a selection of soaps, shampoos, and conditioners but alongside the hairdryers were straighteners and other hair products. Beach towels, regular towels, deck chairs and parasols (to take to the beach), snorkelling equipment in addition to all the seating areas both inside and outside. The external spaces are wonderful and I loved practicing yoga out there. The equipment was first class - oven, hob, fridge/freezer (I'm missing the ice cubes since I don't have that on my home freezer), toaster etc. as wells the washing machine and dryer. There's a printer if you need to print off your boarding passes as well as all the usual things you would have at home in the drawers from pencils, sellotape, batteries and a bluetooth portable speaker! And the to make things really easy the owners are friendly and helpful whenever you need them - not intrusive but always make you feel you can contact them about anything.

this location was perfect for us. the condo has an amazing view and walking distance to great food. we travelled all over the island and preferred our location the best. our favorite no fuss eatery was "the pizza lady" at IN and OUT. best shawarma in town and great pizza.

We cannot say enough nice things about this condo as well as about the hosts. Gail talked with me on the phone for over an hour about her condo/location and about the island knowing that I was nervous about booking a place out of the country. The condo is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to a market for groceries, use the fitness center, restaurants were within walking distance, & the front desk would call for a taxi when we would need it so we really felt like we didn't need a rental car. The condo is absolutely beautiful & clean. The views were stunning, the hot tub was a bonus, and the condo was stocked and supplied with more than I have ever had when renting a VRBO. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone traveling to St. Maarten and have already told our family and friends about it.

Exceeded expectations in every way and wish we could’ve stayed longer. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, the multiple deck spaces, two close groceries, and local bars/restaurants. An easy walk to Mullet Beach and Kalatua Beach Club. An amazing getaway. And appreciated the communicative hosts!!

The property was as described and it looked better than the pictures. We stayed at many condos and this condo was by far the most stocked with supplies. We loved the cute little grocery store across the street and their panini's and the many places to walk to for a great sit down meal. We really loved the location. The only down fall was the tide was too high every day and we couldn't enjoy our own private beach, but not too sad as Mullet Bay is just 2 minutes away and it is the most beautiful beach. Thank you again for letting us rent your condo.

We had another great stay at this absolutely amazing property. The owners are also amazing. Great communication. We definitely hope to return to this property for another stay.

Gail and Clive’s place is absolutely fantastic. We felt we were living the life of the rich and famous. The condo is perfect for two couples or a family and the outdoor spaces are spectacular. We loved having our coffee or glass of wine on the high top tables overlooking the ocean every day and spending time on the loungers outside reading day or night. The apartment is fully equipped and spotless. We especially liked the location and if we return to St. Martin would certainly stay here. You can walk to grocery store and less touristy restaurants in Jordan Village. The people in this development are very friendly and the property is very secure. Two oceanside pools are beautiful and you can just go down the stairs to swim in the ocean if you prefer. Gail and Clive, the hosts are wonderful and very responsive and accommodating. Do not hesitate to book this condo. You will not be disappointed!

This property was easy to rent & communication with the owners was great. The condo is very nice, spacious & comfortable. We couldn’t believe how well it was stocked with virtually anything you could need. The 2 huge rooftop patios were unbelievable for the additional space they provided & were very unexpected. Views are fantastic. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships, sailboats, yachts & fishing boats. Pool area is very nice. Coastline is beautiful of course. Only suggestion would be a TV in living room so we could all watch together in the evenings, although both bedrooms do have a TV.

We didn’t think a return visit to this wonderful condo could be as fun and exciting as our first visit last year, same time. We were wrong. We had a wonderful time in this perfectly located and well appointed condo. With a small grocery and plenty of restaurants, French bakeries, and bistro‘s within walking distance, there is no need to rent a car. Happy hour next door is a must. We love this place for so many reasons, and most of our time is spent in the protected and super comfortable outdoor living space and upper level outdoor kitchen. This property was perfection. The layout, amenities, outdoor living area and beach were top notch. The Wi-Fi was fast- as we had to do a bit of work. The owners were attentive and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. When not at the beach, we spent so much time on the deck in the hot tub, and under the canopy playing cards, eating meals, and watching sunsets. It is close to several markets and restaurants. (Walking distance) It was a very safe and secure property as well. We would definitely book again. Five Stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our 4th trip to St. Maarten and by far the best place we have stayed. We love Maho and Cupecoy and this place was perfect. Gail and Clive were great hosts. Looking forward to next time!!

Every part of our experience from booking to check-out was perfect. We have been renting through VRBO and similar companies for many years and this is by far the best and most well stocked unit we have ever stayed in. Everything about it exceeded our very high expectations. The unit itself was beautiful and the balconies/terraces had the most amazing views of the island we have ever had. It was nice having the choice to sit in the shade or sun with the canopies. The owners were very responsive to any questions. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, and snorkle gear were all available for our use-it was so nice not to have to pack our own (same with spices, condiments, appliances, supplies). Being able to grill on nights we didn't feel like going out to eat was wonderful. The hot tub was clean, hot, and felt great especially after our long flight. We will absolutely be booking this unit again!! We wish we could rate it over 5 stars as it is a perfect 10 in our book!

Property was exactly as advertised, equipped with everything necessary for a weeks stay on the Island. Property manager was available for any any all questions. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Gail and Clive are the best hosts! Very responsive and attentive and this place is gorgeous, spacious and all around amazing. We were here at the beginning of March, and it was a little rainy, but thanks to all the covered outdoor spaces it wasn't even an issue! Since it's still 85 degrees and the rain is usually a 5 minute sprinkle. The property was clean, the linens were top notch and SOOOO soft. Also the views from the outdoor spaces is amazing, thanks to the little showers we saw several rainbows, and it was the perfect spot to watch the regatta from! It was so much fun watching the little boats racing around the island from the rooftop. Thanks so much for sharing your corner of the paradise with us and can't wait to get back soon!

The air traffic control strike left us stranded in Saint Maarten. We took a chance on this condo and decided it was so perfect that we had no interest in catching up with our Seabourn cruise! This penthouse condo has the very best outdoor living space, where the 4 of us spent most of our time….and has breath taking views of the ocean. We have already planned a yearly redo. I highly recommend this gorgeous property. SWC

As beautiful as the pictures are, the reality is even better! Perfectly maintained with all of the amenities one could imagine. I had to remote 'work' the first two days and cannot think of a better place to do it than on that balcony. My only regret was not staying longer - I cannot wait to come back!
