The Wildflower house was a perfect retreat for our family! The hosts were very accommodating to our 3 little kids and provided baby gear and toys to use during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, and in short driving distance to all the Colorado Springs sights.

This home is welcoming, warm, charming, comfortable, has everything you need. I would highly recommend it. I am very particular to cleanliness and this by far has been the best. I didn’t have to do anything. Also homemade cookies were left on the day of checkin. Hosts even accommodated an earlier check in. I have stayed at several VRBOs over the years. I’m very impressed.

Wildflower Colorado is a delightful and cozy (in the good sense) home in a centrally located neighborhood of small, tidy homes. Coffee is walking distance, restaurants are a mile and a half, grocery similar. Attractions all 10-20 minutes. But the home itself shines. Meticulously decorated and appointed, with an expansive porch, tiny but private back / side yard with a hot tub, no detail was missed. The owners are on top of every detail and are great communicators. We hope to return!

We stayed in Wildflower Colorado for 4 night, enjoying a 25th wedding anniversary getaway. What a beautiful and comfortable stay! Sarah had every amenity available, and was quick to respond if we had any questions at all. Truly a comfortable home and a quick drive to everything Colorado Springs has to offer.

We have stayed in many VRBO properties, but this was the cleanest, coziest, and the most organized we've ever stayed in! The owners have thought of everything you might need for your visit! Instructions are clear, and there's no confusion about operating anything in the property. The kitchen is probably better equipped than my own!! The owners were quick to communicate, and made us feel most welcome. The house is beautifully and comfortably decorated, and sits in a quaint and well located neighborhood. The linens and bedding are to die for. My daughter and I stayed there for Mothers Day weekend, and will definitely return next year!

Fabulous place. Our wonderful host went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Including local trail suggestions for us to run. The home is incredibly setup and has everything needed for a great stay. We look forward to returning.

This is such a phenomenal VRBO, best I have ever had. Home is so quaint in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood central to all the things you need in CO Springs. Just minutes from the freeway that will quickly take you to any location in the area! Kitchenn has ALL the essentials that allows us to cook for for needs, son is Gluten Free. Communications with the owner was wonderful and the HOT TUB was a great way to close out the day. Cannot recommend enough!!

My family and I stayed here and it was fantastic. My son was training at the Olympic training center and the proximity was perfect. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was perfect since we like to cook our own meals. The hot tub was a nice oasis after a long day. I highly recommend this VRBO without reservation.

Highly recommend! Sarah was so helpful and communication was 10/10! Perfect place to stay. Love the coffee shop a couple blocks away/walking distance. Good spot to downtown, and also to Garden of the Gods, and Pikes Peak. Definitely would stay again! They even had the hot tub completely ready to go when we arrived! Perfect way to end the night with spouse and friends.

We were unable to stay because of the mass shootings in Maine. Sarah was extremely responsive to every request we made. We needed to check in early and she made sure the property would be cleaned in time for that. The directions we were given were clear and the amenities offered are outstanding. When we discovered - at the last minute - that we would be unable to come Sarah was understanding, offered a full refund and worked with us to make sure it happened. Her texts and phone calls were so personable and genuine. When we are able to visit my brother in Colorado Springs we definitely want to stay here!

Our family of 4 had the most amazing fall break trip to Colorado Springs and the Wildflower was the cherry on top! Sarah really has thought of everything her guests may need during their stay and we were incredibly grateful for the fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bedding, and laundry room. The front porch was our favorite spot to hang out after a day of hiking and the courtyard with the hot tub was both private and cozy. The neighborhood was great and we enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and enjoy the beautiful fall leaves. The property in the fall is just magical! Sarah was a text or call away, and she gave me some great advice when I reached out to her about our plans to head to the Manitou Incline. Highly recommend Wildflower Colorado! We hope to be back again!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Morning coffee on the front porch and evenings spent unwinding in the hot tub. Location was perfect for area attractions and restaurants. Homeowners are so kind and easy to get in touch with. So many personal touches it felt like home. I could go on and on, but just do yourself a favor and stay in this amazing home.

Property Manager was great to work with! My husband and I loved our stay! It was very clean and intimate, home away from home for sure. Very beautifully done with charm, high quality and comfort. Everything you need to enjoy time together. Kitchen was super nice, fully equipped!! The welcome homemade cookies were delicious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hot tub was amazing! Neighborhood quiet and close to everything. 10 min. Drive to Garden of the Gods and eating. We hope to come back!

We had never been to Colorado Springs before. This house was beautiful and close to everything.

Just returned from a mothers/daughters trip ,Wildflower was perfect .It is exactly like the pictures if not prettier in person .From early on in the booking process I knew this was going to be a gem .All the little details and extras did not go unnoticed. The location was perfect and the ease of parking in either the garage or driveway was very convenient. We enjoyed the restaurants in the area but the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook at home. I could really go on and on about this home ,it is obvious the love and care Sarah and Caleb put into this home .If you're looking to stay in Colorado springs Look no further! We will definitely be returning to Wildflower.

From the moment we walked in we were amazed at the attention to detail and thoughtfulness Sarah and Caleb put into this beautiful home! Personalized welcome sign, homemade delicious cookies, canvas shopping bags and a copy of the weeks grocery flyers. The home is beautifully and tastefully decorated with high end sheets and comforters. A kitchen stocked with absolutely everything you need. Air conditioning kept us extremely comfortable! Lush towels in the bathroom! Lovely backyard sitting area with a wonderful hot tub where my husband spent every night enjoying the awesome jets! Sarah and Caleb are truly wonderful people who have gone beyond expectations in making their rental home incredibly comfortable and enjoyable! We will most definitely be back!!!

One word -Perfect! This cottage has it all, front porch, back private patio with hot tub, beautiful artwork on the walls -do yourself a favor and stay at this great cottage. Great location close to good restaurants and Tejon Street.

We recently stayed at Wildflower Colorado. It was such an amazing property. From the minute we entered the house, we felt at home. Sarah’s attention to detail was second to none. Little extras like home baked cookies and a welcome sign were so sweet and welcoming. The house was spotless and very comfortable. It was the perfect size for us. It really had everything you could ask for. The location was perfect. Close to a grocery store and easy access to all the places we wanted to visit while in Colorado Springs. From the minute we rented the property, the host was always in contact. She answered any questions, gave us amazing restaurant recommendations and really helped me feel informed before we even took the trip. I would give this property ten stars if I could. Sarah and Caleb have created the perfect home away from home. If I ever travel to this area again, I would stay there in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean and it was truly a wonderful experience to come to the home that was stocked full. It was easy to cook and hang out… Literally everything was there that we needed! It made our stay so easy … just like home!

This was by far the BEST house we have ever rented. There were so many special touches - even homemade cookies greetings us with our own personal "Welcome" sign. Perfect location. Very walkable neighborhood. Property was maintained beautifully. Amenities such as extra flip flops and towels for the hot tub, bathrobes, a Yeti cooler for our use plus access to laundry! We will be back!

First let me say that I am extremely picky about cleanliness and this property exceeded my expectations! The house had everything we needed and more and was close to everything. My husband and I enjoyed our mornings drinking our coffee on the porch while our kiddos slept in a bit and Sarah was beyond great with communication! I highly recommend making this your stay if you are visiting Colorado Springs! Bonus: My husband LOVED being able to park in the garage.

Our family had a perfect 3 night stay at the Wildflower house. Sarah has lovingly thought of EVERYTHING a guest might need down to home made cookies to welcome you. Everything was very comfortable and user friendly. The beds are great and the family room furniture is very cozy. We were very thankful for the air conditioning during our stay because the weather was quite hot. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if in the area.

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Wildflower! We immediately felt at home when we walked into the courtyard. The landscaping and flowers around the house were the first indicators of how well this property is maintained and loved. Sarah's extra touches of leaving fresh flowers and homemade cookies inside were so thoughtful and welcoming. Every detail was thought out and provided, from a well stocked kitchen to bathrobes. I agree with the other reviewer, other VRBO owners should take lessons from Sarah and Caleb. My only regret was not getting to meet Sarah and Caleb in person. In my communications with Sarah, I felt like we could be great friends! You won't be disappointed renting this lovely home.
