What a beautiful place! They were proactive prior to arrival and let us know we could check in early!!! No hotel would do that for you, it was so gracious! The place is clean and accurately described on the listing. The owner was attentive to any question we had and helpful for anything we had questions about. The pools were excellent, the pool bar had amazing service, the beach spot was excellent, the empanadas in the market in the lobby were fantastic! Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic Condo and location for our girls 40th birthday trip. We loved the beach and pool at the Condo. We spent time enjoying the amazing views of the ocean and canal from the balcony. Would definitely recommend and stay at this rental again.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and very comfortable. A short walk from the place to the beach was very convenient. Great view of the city and the beach from the balcony. Our kids loved going to the beach and the pool. It’s just a short drive from restaurants and downtown Miami. A wonderful family vacation.

My family and I loved staying here! We come to Miami Beach often, but this was our first time staying at this place. I appreciated how clean it was and the views from each end of the balcony are fabulous. Definitely a resort feel. There are two lovely pools, hot tubs and the beach is right there! We would definitely stay here again. Check in and out was easy and Gunjan the host was very nice and responsive!

The apartment was clean and bright! The location in Middle Beach was awesome for our teenage girls. The beach right outside the apartment was beautiful and had easy access. Gunjan was a great host, was very communicative and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We had no issues and would definitely stay there again.

Recently stayed with my husband, 2 toddler daughters, and parents for a beach vacation. The unit was exactly as listed, extremely clean, updated, and in a great location. I don’t know if I would recommend for family with young kids as I was worried my girls could break and or hurt themselves on some of the more modern furniture (think glass coffee table). Overall the unit really is great, extremely clean, updated, and beautiful. I really don’t have anything negative to say as we had a wonderful experience.

Gunjan was a great host! Communication was amazing and very professional. Check-in process was easy. The apartment is beautiful, clean and the location was perfect. We loved the easy access to the beach. I enjoyed my morning runs on the boardwalk and lounging at the pool in the afternoon. Mid beach is a very family friendly destination - our 4 and 5 year olds loved it! We took Ubers to dinners in North and South Beach. I already want to go back! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gunjan’s property. The beds are super comfortable and the condo is very clean and nicely decorated. We loved the views from the patio - beach, waterway, and city skyline. We used Citibikes, free trolley or bus to get around. All are located just outside the building. We found hotel staff friendly and the check-in process easy. Gunjan was a terrific host. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this location for walking on the boardwalk along the beach. The balcony had a great view which we sat on every day. Condo is set up nicely.

The suite owner is very helpful and responsive. The hotel facilities and the suite are beautiful and generally well maintained. The hotel is right beside the beach on the east side and a waterway on the west side so the views are beautiful. There are no restaurants or shops in walking distance but are a short drive away. The Mid Beach location is a close drive to Miami, South Beach and other tourist areas. The parking valet service is excellent. The only con was that the sound proofing between suites is not good and we could hear our noisy neighbours every morning.

We had a very pleasant vacation in Miami Beach Florida. We rented this place after we red the reviews. All of them were excellent and we agree with them all. Everything was exactly as we expected. A well maintained place, comfortable beds, good views, 3 large Tv's. In addition to the other reviews, I can say that the resort has its own restaurant and a swimming pool bar for lunch. Inside the building there is a place selling breakfast, sandwiches and cakes. There are excellent places to eat in the walking distance. The restaurant we often used was Lola, a few buildings away.

Just wanted to give major props to our host Gunjan. An aboslutely top notch host. The response time was unbeatable. Every questions received a timely response. He is definitely on top of his game making customer service top priority! The property was exactly as listed, beautiful, nice and clean. The property is as described. Good location at miami Beach with good pools in the hotel and a pleasant beach area. The apartment had everything we needed. Really comfortable beds, good kitchen appliances, and good communication with the owner Gunjan Gala. We definitely will come back and recommended it to friends and family.

The apartment is exactly as described. Gunjan was very communicative and easy to deal with. Our flight was canceled and he was very helpful and accommodating. The beach is beautiful and restaurant/bar service on the beach was great! We felt very safe and enjoyed our visit. I’d stay here again no question.

For us, this apartment was perfect. Spacious, comfortable beds, with a pool bar and beach access. Although it’s a called a hotel the rooms are each individually owned. Our owner was very detailed with his instructions which made the stay easy and enjoyable. We had a car, but the location is a short Uber to many areas in Miami. I would stay here again.

Loved everything about this property! Beautiful view of the ocean and the small boats in the canal (haha). Would highly suggest to anyone rent this property! Our host were fantastic! It was just as advertised! The beds amazing! Slept like babies!

The apartment itself is clean and inviting. The beds are comfy. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The owner communicated all details and was helpful and responsive. Seamless last minute getaway. Things to note: -We did Instacart the night before and drop off was smooth. Highly recommend because there is nothing close by. -The one pool was being renovated but the other pool is much larger and had plenty of space. -I read some negative reviews about the property (not this room). I did not see any of that. Staff was almost over attentive. Everything was clean and updated/updating. Really overall everything in my travel party needed! Will recommend to friends/family.

This was a girls’ trip for relaxation. The property was beautiful, obviously older but nicely renovated. The owner was quick to respond to any communication and had several nice touches in the apt, like wine, water & chocolates, full size toiletries, etc. The beach is stunning! The only drawback is that there really isn’t anything to do or places to eat within an easy walkable distance. We would still use this place again.

The host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. The property was very clean and well kept. Traffic and parking could be challenging when going out for dinners. There is a trolley stop in front of the hotel that might be a good option and it is free

Our stay here was wonderful. We had a view of the city skyline at night and a view of the ocean for morning coffee! The apt was decorated beautifully and spacious with everything we needed ! We had a few steps to the ocean !

We are a family of 5 and were in Miami for the first time , so we were not sure what to expect. Turns out we picked the perfect location to stay for a family where it is not too crowded or loud like it would be on South Beach. The host Gunjan doesn’t have a “perfect host” award for nothing . She gives detailed instructions about everything in the unit and the hotel and responds to messages within minutes . The unit itself is very simply and beautiful decorated and the sheets are the softest , most comfortable you will ever sleep in. The view from the balcony is so beautiful, on the left it overlooks the ocean and the pool and on the right it overlooks a canal with yachts passing all day long. The prices at the pool bar / cafe are a little overpriced but everything seems to be expensive in Miami. The hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. No complaints, we loved everything and had the best vacation ever!

We all really enjoyed this condo. The beds in both rooms are absolutely delightful and new. The owner was awesome to work with and we had no problems would definitely stay again and highly recommend this condo.

We come to Miami often and usually stay in/closer to South Beach but decided to switch it up this time. Gunjan was easy to communicate with and had quick responses whenever I reached out. I would recommend this unit to others. PROS: - location to the beach/pool (tons of beach chairs) - bracelets/keys/towel tokens for the complete were easy to use/exchange - The views from the balcony were stunning (and even better than the listing photos were taken since some of the construction has progressed) - Valet website/process is SO easy and staff is pleasant - Decoration of the unit was homey and the beds were comfortable - Building was quite and couldn't hear people in halls or next door - The detailed information about the unit did seem a bit excessive but came in handy at check-in when I was told I owed an extra amount of $ but remembered the details said no extra payment was needed/required. The staff looked back at the reservation details and agreed easily CONS - not a grocery store super close by but if you have a car it shouldn't matter - there were a few other unit specific suggestions that I had for Gunjan about our stay and some basic kitchen essentials lacking but received receptive feedback so hopefully it'll be smoothed out for the next guests

My family and I had a great stay in this apartment. It's extremely well decorated and in great condition. We liked the large kitchen and walk-in closet. Gunjan is a great host who was very responsive. The property is in a good location with top-notch beach that is highly recommended.
