يبدوا ان سياسة منع التدخين في مرافق الفندق لا تطبق بقوة ، وهناك أماكن يختلط الحابل بالنابل المدخنين في أماكن غير المدخنين والمجاملات كثيرة في هذا الموضوع

Location: Perched on the banks of the majestic Nile, St. Regis Hotel Cairo offers breathtaking views and a serene ambiance that sets the tone for a relaxing getaway. The location is both convenient and picturesque, providing a perfect blend of city accessibility and natural beauty. Welcome and Security: From the moment you step onto the property, you are greeted with warmth and professionalism. The security team is attentive and courteous, ensuring guests feel safe and welcome from the outset. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail make a great first impression. Hotel Staff and Reception: The hotel staff at St. Regis Hotel Cairo deserve special mention for their outstanding service. The reception team is incredibly efficient and friendly, handling check-ins and check-outs seamlessly. They go above and beyond to accommodate every request, making guests feel valued and pampered. Room Accommodations: The rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious, and meticulously clean. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, from the plush bedding to the luxurious amenities. We Loved Everything. Me and my wife stayed at St. Regis for two weeks in Cairo. The first day that we arrived there was a misunderstanding but it was sorted out in a professional manner by Mr. Alan who was so kind with us and even upgraded our room to a suite. The suite was gorgeous, had a view of the Nile river, extremely spacious and you can't hear the traffic noise from outside. Super clean, kind staff, good housekeeping, and the food was good quality. A plus side to the hotel is that they have a children's menu 24hrs which is great for families. In general, a very respectful hotel with good security and kind people who are always willing and ready to help. We recommend this place for families and anyone in general. St. Regis will definitely be on our top list of hotels when we travel to our next country inshallah. Thank you for our pleasant stay. Again, we want to thank Mr. Alan for his professional abilities, kindness towards us, and making our stay comfortable.

الصراحه فخامه الفندق والنظافه ضيافه الفندق الاهتمام بنزيل الترحيب كل شي الصراحه مهتمين فيه

الذي لم يعجبني كان الغرفه التي حجزناها كانت كونكت وكان الصوت مسموع وعند تقديم الشكوى قاموا بأعطائي مكان افضل من الغرفه الي كنت فيها وكانوا يتعاملون بقمه الاحترام والصراحه ماقصروا معانا عطوني مكان احلى بمليون مره اشكرهم على هذا الاهتمام وخصوصا اخ سيد تكفل بكل الترتيب لراحتنا وفعلا ارتحنا اشكره الشكر الجزيل ….
