This is a great place for a family to stay. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and lots of room to spread out for a big family. Also lots of entertainment both at the house and around McCall. We enjoyed the quiet setting just outside McCall.

Spacious home for a family vacation, good bed arrangement. Very well equipped kitchen. The washer and dryer didn’t work all that well, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The garbage cans were completely full when we arrived but management responded quickly and the trash was picked up the next day. Just FYI, if you have little kids the dining room chairs tip over very easily. Overall a very good experience. Actually liked that it was a bit “out in the country”.

I think my favorite thing about this property was the kids were never bored for one second! Three Littles ages 4 to 6, five pre teens 9-14, six 15 to 19’s and over four days not once did any of them get bored or wish for more to do. With pool table, ping pong, foosball, and hot tub, there was never a dull moment. We also brought a handful of yard games as there is ample space for all of that stuff. If I had one complaint it would be that there’s no grass, at all. Kind of wild grass, but not something you could take shoes off. If you fell to the ground, you had proof that you hit. But there was so much other stuff to do, we didn’t even break out most of the ‘other’ games we had brought. House stayed very cool during a hot summer. Hot tub got very hot which is nice as some places we have been to don’t seem to warm up very well. Plenty of space in the house to where 20+ people were not walking on each other. Plenty of parking for vehicles on the property. Overall a very well thought out house design and very well appointed items to use inside the kitchen (I don’t think we ever had a moment where we wished something was there that wasn’t). Close to town if you want to drive in for shopping or treats, etc. Lots of elbow room, no close neighbors. Great memories!

This home has the most week stocked kitchen I've seen in a rental! Everyone enjoyed our stay! We would definitely go back!

Had a ping pong tournament, did some snow showing as well as plenty of room for our Snowmobiling trailer. Kitchen well equipped. Layout was perfect for 4 families. Will be back in the summer@

Loved all the blankets, candles, decorations and hot tub. This felt like a cozy home and we all feel so refreshed.

The property was cleaner than I expected in comparison with other stays we previously had at other cabins. Nice view and lots of room for kids to roam around. We liked our stay very much.

We had a great time getting the friend group out of Boise for the weekend! Very affordable, comfortable, and lots of fun!

We brought our family together - kids and grandkids - over Labor Day weekend and stayed in Brookdale Lodge! The photos do not do it justice. This is a beautiful property and so much more spacious than I expected. We all had a wonderful time. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed all the features of the yard - volleyball, hot tub, deck area. The beds were comfortable and we loved the large gathering room where we all had room to sit and watch a movie. The house is close to everything we wanted to do. I can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Super clean and comfortable...all the amenities and supplies we needed. The location is beautiful and quiet and the little kids could play in the sand for hours without worry of being on the lake. They loved it! They could try to plant actual grass, maybe but we didn’t care much. Locks on the bathroom doors and an extra hot water tank for the number of guests this sleeps seems very basic but we survived— 😜� We felt it was a great value in any case. Oh, as a safety note, they apparently can’t keep safety locks on the hot tub cover Without guests constantly breaking them, so if traveling with toddlers, consider a heavy object on top as a security. Overall, the family was ready to book it for next year without hesitation—-the space was perfect for our big group of 20! Neighbors are great as long as you respect the speed requests.

The house was great with lots of activities indoor and out. Everyone loved the hot tub. The kitchen was stocked with what you would need: blender, crock pot, waffle maker, pancake griddle, cookie sheets, lots of bowls. Two washers and dryers were great to have. Liked that there was handwashing soap by all the sinks as well as dishwasher and dishwashing soap. The second fridge was great and definitely needed. I had not read that the living room is sunken - it was a nice way to separate the space. A/C was a huge benefit, although it didn't always keep up in the main area on a real hot day and when cooking. We had some confusion about the speed limit in the subdivision. The sign posted right at the entry to the gravel road said 25 mph. But the book in the house said it was 20. Almost every time we passed a neighbor they motioned for us to slow down. Whether we were going 25 or16 mph. I am sure they get a lot of vacationer travel, which could be frustrating for them, but we were not going over the speed limit. We always slowed down when passing a car or person on the road. Anyway, for their sake I'm sure slower is better. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Favorite of the 5 houses we have rented in the McCall area.

Went over Christmas, enjoyed our stay, tankless hot water would have been nice on the days everyone showered, WiFi for the TV wasn't good enough to sign into our personal TV accounts had to use cell phone hot spot, but I could care less about that we figured it out and all was good

I used this Beautiful secluded large home for a work retreat in December. There were nine of us and the house could have probably slept fourteen or more comfortably. It had absolutely everything we needed for the weekend. Especially in the kitchen...spices, foil, utensils, pots and pans, serving platters, Even a crockpot! The house was clean and the views are outstanding.

My family gathered from 3 surrounding states. The property owners made coordinating easy. I could text the owner with questions and get immediate responses. This house is beautiful and has it all. We had 21 guests (kids and adults). There was plenty of room for all and we were there in the winter. We never felt crowded. The house is a very short 10 min to McCall, with TONS of other activities close by. We will be back. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

The wood pellet stove was so cozy. The hot tub was a hit per the cold weather that we had during our stay. We also loved the huge kitchen. The morning and evening views were simply stunning. Thankyou for having us!! We will come back!

This property is impressive in size and function. Our family & friends spent a week here for a nearby wedding and really enjoyed this home. The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked. It was perfect for the baking we did for the wedding. Baby items like a high chair, port-a-crib and baby bathtub were provided. There was plenty of seating and sleeping space. The hot tub and fire pit were great amenities. Overall it was a very comfortable and welcoming place. The property management folks were immediately responsive to our communications. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We rented this for our annual summer family get together for our large extended family and it was ideal! So much to do without ever leaving the property for both adults and kids. Safe place for kids to scooter and ride their bikes and everyone enjoyed the volleyball court. The only downside was the upstairs only had one bathroom for the numerous beds being used and we weren't able to get the upstairs tv to function for streaming or DVD so kids had to use the one in the main floor living room. Extra refrig in garage was great! Hope to rent it again next summer if we can work the dates out!

House was amazing land was amazing, went with a lot of different couples and families.

This place was exactly as advertised. There was plenty of fun for everyone when we were not in town. The kids loved playing foosball and pool. The adults played ping pong and volleyball. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub with some fresh burgers from the grill. We also appreciated the cable and Netflix for the occasional down time. It was great to be off a few miles away from all the traffic of a busy McCall weekend. Jonathan communicated with us frequently at check in and as check out approached. I had follow up questions as we readied the property for departure. He answered quickly. We will definitely keep an eye out for this property again.

Very nice home which fit our extended family perfectly. We contacted maintenance upon check in and someone came out quickly and fixed the problem that night. Excellent!
