Great place to stay in Nashville.

Great place very clean and everything that we needed to have a good time was pretty much there. Beds are super comfortable as well. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.

Townhouse was exactly as described and was perfect for our girls weekend. The fact that everyone had a bed and bathroom was great. Enjoyed sitting on the rooftop. Appreciated all of the towels and linens and the provided snacks and refreshments. Owner was very accommodating and townhouse was immaculately clean. Would definitely stay here again

This VRBO property was exactly what my group was looking for in Nashville! It was close to everything and had ample parking as we had quite a few guests traveling from all over and in multiple vehicles. Jeff's communication with us was stellar from start to finish. The house was clean, comfortable, and had some great art! I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Nashville.

Location is perfect, just a short Uber ride down to Broadway and the fun. Condo was very nice, spacious/clean rooms, nice kitchen and sitting area to hang out in while you wait for everyone to get ready. We enjoyed the rooftop in the mornings for our coffee. We would absolutely stay here again when we come through Nashville.

We had such a great weekend. The house was perfect. The rooftop had a great view too. It is important to mention there are a lot of stairs. We loved some of the local restaurants near the house and Downtown was just a a quick car ride. Highly recommend the house and area.

This home is just a short walk to five points and a short Uber ride to broadway. The owner was absolutely wonderful in accommodating all our questions before our trip. House was just as advertised and very clean. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Nashville.

There were 3 adult couples and we enjoyed this property. It is very convenient that each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The location is close to Nissan stadium and Broadway which was great for our trip.

All good… just a small thing… says sleeps 8 and we had 7. The downstairs pull out couch would have been real tight if we did have 8 adults. This would be our only slight glitch. Otherwise quick Uber rides into Broadway and the small restaurant one block away ( love and exile) has a nice happy hour and good food. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Love Nashville!!

Updated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Short Uber ride downtown. Easy check in and check out.

This property is a must stay !!! Close to everything !! The host was super responsive and made sure we had a wonderful stay !! Communicated with us to make sure we had all we needed . The easiest check-in process we have ever had !! Would recommend 100 out of 100 !!!

We really loved staying here. We came into town for the Bengals Titans game and it was a great location to walk to the game as well as Five Points area. We also loved the Rooftop just wished it was warmer so we could enjoy it! We would definitely recommend staying here and book again!

The property and location were exceptional. We were within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. All Uber/Lyfts were typically under $20 to Broadway. The townhome was exceptionally clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. There are a lot of stairs so be prepared, but we didn’t mind. Great experience!

Excellent from start to finish! Quick and responsive communications by owner throughout the process and our stay. This East Asheville location has plenty of options to consider nearby, and it is also very close to Broadway via Uber. Place was clean and well-stocked. Property was amazing. Great setup and very quiet and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs, so you get a workout while on vacation. Owner has great communication and responds quickly on messages. Would definitely go back.

The property is absolutely beautiful after the renovation. Showers in every bedroom plus a few extra restrooms. The rooftop was such a fun little space to relax and have a drink. It had every amenity we could have asked for. I'm not exaggerating when I say this was the nicest vacation rental I've stayed in. Quick PSA there are a lot of stairs, I did have sore calves by the end haha. Maxwell was an extremely responsive host. Check in was easy, and he had this whole guest book interface you could open on your phone to answer any questions about the area, the property, and the check in/ check out steps. Our planes landed extremely early, and Max worked with us to make sure we had a place to keep our luggage before check in. He went above and beyond what most hosts are willing to do. We very much appreciated it. The location has access to the best food in Nashville. Bolton's chicken, five point pizza, multiple BBQ spots. All of those are within walking distance. The rides to downtown were quick and cheap. We even rode rental scooters once and took under 15 minutes. My only PSA I'd like to say about the location, is that outskirts of cities tend to be a little rougher around the edges. We're weren't bothered at all but I would just be cautious especially if you're wandering around past midnight. All and all an amazing stay and If I was to do it over again I would definitely choose this location.

This was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Space is clean and beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen including espresso and coffee machines. The rooftop is amazing and was our spot for coffee in the morning and unwinding at night. Live music next door was a plus from the rooftop. Jeff was very responsive and helpful. Easy trip downtown for the famous Broadway scene. We were there on a very busy weekend, so the less crowded (but still high quality) restaurants and bars in East Nashville were a pleasant surprise. Already trying to think of an excuse to return!

A fantastic property in an ideal location. Plenty of space for our group of 8, and the rooftop is the highlight of the property. I would certainly return to this property, and highly recommend it.

This home was perfect for our group of 10. There was plenty of parking for all 3 vehicles. The house is very nice and close to downtown. If we ever go back to Nashville, we will definitely try to stay here again!!!

Everything was very good except if you have any difficulties with climbing stairs, this property is not for you.

Absolutely loved this property the pictures do not do it justice. We rented this property for just three of us so we could each have our own suites which were perfect, could have fit plenty more. Was nervous about the surrounding area but do not be discouraged, it seems all of Nashville is up and coming. Walked numerous times to local bars and eateries and just a short cheap Uber ride to Downtown. Yeah, yeah... the house has a lot of steps but get used to it, it seems all of Nashville is built straight up just wait till you get Downtown. Over all beautiful property with a very accommodating owner.

The house is great for a small group heading to Nashville for a long weekend. It is in a great location and is walking distance from restaurants and bars. The rooftop deck is a great amenity for anyone who wants to hang out and enjoy the weather. Highly recommend this home.

We visited Nashville to celebrate New Year's Eve with our family and chose this unit for its proximity to Downtown and the rooftop views of the fireworks shows. We went to the concert in Downtown for a few hours, then came back to the house to celebrate on the rooftop and watch the fireworks. What we did not account for was how much we would love being in the house and the surrounding neighborhood. We were a group of 7 and came in with 2 cars; our initial concerns about whether there would be parking for both cars was a non-issue as the homeowner has space for 1 car in the garage and there was always plenty of free parking on the street out front. We ended up parking both cars on the street most of the time. We also were concerned that the kitchen/living room would be cramped when all 7 of us were in the room but that was also not the case. The pic makes the room look misleadingly small. In fact, due to a couple of cold and very rainy days, all 7 of us spent more time than we expected cooking, goofing off, and watching bowl games on the massive screen in that room. The owner was very helpful leading up to our stay and promptly refunded the deposit once we were out. PROS: The house is clean and well-furnished. The kitchen is stocked with most of what you need to cook for a group, there are even some spices and condiments left behind that come in handy. We loved the rooftop deck. The surrounding neighborhood is eclectic and safe for walking at night. The location is within a mile and half from Downtown Nashville, which makes taking an Uber/Lyft to and from feasible. The owner was very responsive leading up to our stay and he provided a helpful website that answered every question we could have had. We had zero issues getting anything to work. CONS: The only reason not to stay here is if you have a problem with stairs. Including the basement/garage and rooftop deck there are 5 levels to this house. This was not an issue for us. Fantastic condo! This is the best 'stocked' VRBO I've ever visited (e.g. paper towels, hand soap at EVERY sink in the house, Kleenexes, extra plates & drink ware, great knife set, Rubbermaid containers, and even ziplocks in lots of sizes). Plush towels in all 3 full baths too! The owner is SUPER responsive and helpful. Excellent condo layout. 3 Cheers for a fabulous trendy townhouse and a snazzy time in Nashville!! ~Amy

Condo was just as expected! Jeff was a great host and we loved staying in his home. He was super accommodating and very responsive. The unit was very well stocked. We loved that we could walk to the market (Turnip Truck) and the liquor store since we didn't have a car. Super convenient location just a few minute Lyft ride from Broadway. We loved the rooftop deck and definitely took advantage of that in the morning with coffee. Thanks Jeff for a great experience - you have a lovely home! Lisa

This townhouse was spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The rooftop deck was wonderful - we spent evenings there watching the sun set with a great view of downtown Nashville. There were enough restaurants within walking distance that we didn't need to use our car at all. We'd definitely go back! The owner was very responsive to a minor glitch we had in entering the townhouse.
