We have stayed in a handful of VRBO’s in the last year due to a flood in our house and vacations. This was by far the most child friendly house we have ever stayed in. They have a high chair, crib, toys, baby gates(didn’t really work in the places they where needed but was a nice thought), play-set outside and plastic plate and utensils. The coffee table in the Tv room is a bit dangerous even for adults( my broth in law hit his leg on it a lot). Lots of rooms and extra beds worked out great for us. Our kids loves the big Tea For Two tub. Lots of seats for everyone to sit comfortably. Room to spread out and still be in the same room. Easy to find and get to from anywhere in the city

The house was nice & clean. They had everything we needed. The neighborhood was good & quiet. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Colorado.

8 of us stayed at this property for a girls trip. You can’t beat the proximity to Red Rocks and Denver. Beds were comfy and the house was clean. Owners were easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

We checked in stayed 2 nights by the 3rd day we attempted to start a load of laundry and noticed a puddle of water on the floor of the laundry room in the basement we reported the leak immediately we were told no one could come out due to it being the weekend. We thought ok fine a small inconvenience we will just do our laundry else where. We all stated getting ready to enjoy our day and took showers then realized that it was not the washer leaking it was actually sewage backing up and was filling the basement laundry room and bedroom from just 5 people taking a shower. The smell was horrible. After finally getting a answer from the management team we were offered to relocate on our own this is now around 8pm at night with just a refund of our unused time remaining or taking another home that was about 45 mins away. To add insult to injury this is a common problem for this house and neighborhood. This was not a issue we caused in any way. Not to mention we were traveling with 2 disabled people. So at 8pm we are now packing up to move to a house 45 mins away that we tried to rent 1st from them but were told they would not allow the ADA registered service animal that is required by law to be permitted and required by one of the disabled people in our party documents were provided for proof that it is a actual ADA registeredservice animal. now all of a sudden the service animal is allowed at the house we could not originally rent because of the service animal. We were not offered any discount for the issues or major inconveniences we had to go through and the fact that they discriminated against someone who needed a service animal until it suited their own agenda was very disappointing.

This home and our experience from beginning to end were just as expected...great! The home felt spacious with plenty of room to spread out, yet cozy. Most importantly, everyone slept well and felt very comfortable during our stay.

House was very inviting with lots of room for all of us. Wish we’d had more time to explore and spend more time on the back porch.

We stayed with our daughter and family for our son's wedding. The location was great and when we had an issue they responded as soon as they could. They only thing we would say negatively is the playground equipment is a little sketchy and could use some TLC. We would certainly stay there again!!! My granddaughter was obsessed with the whirlpool tub 😊!!

Very clean and nice inside as advertised. Outdoor patio perfect for our group of eleven. Great location for a concert at Red Rocks and visit to RMNP and Garden of the Gods. Hosts were great with communication. I highly recommend this home for larger groups.

We had a great stay in Littleton. Our hosts were accessible and responsive to our few questions! The house was very easy to find, to move around in and to enjoy. It's convenient to both Denver attractions (zoo, etc) as well as the State park. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable house. Perfect for our stay as we went to a concert at RedRocks Amphitheater and also spent a day in Golden. Very comfortable beds and sheets! Also Benjamen was wonderful to work with. Would stay here again.

Quiet area but close to attractions.

We haven’t stayed there yet. Due to Covid the booking is to be moved to July of 2021. Somebody on you end has been working on regularly moving our dates. Please update and advise.

Great stay for us, big backyard.

Our entire family stayed here including 8 adults 6 kids ages 7 and under. We had a great time! It was very kid friendly and we had plenty of space. The owners were very helpful and responsive with any questions or needs we had. Great neighborhood, great amenities. Highly recommend!

This property was a blessing to me. We were in Denver for a funeral and it was the perfect house for my family to be together. The location was near restaurants and the back yard patio allowed us special time to be together outside. Grand kids loved the swings! A perfect place for family. Thank you Kim & Ben
