We rented this loft for a girls' weekend, and it was perfect! There were 5 of us, so each got a bed or a fold-out couch, which turned out to be very comfortable. We walked everywhere and only needed to Uber once when we went to Santa's Pub. I highly recommend it and will stay here again!!

We loved it!! Only suggestion might be another comfy chair or two in the living room. It was a great location and super clean. You can hear the bar downstairs but it was just fine. We would comeback.

I have stayed in 3 different rentals on trips to Nashville. This one was clean, convenient and spacious. The price was much less but I'm sure it was because off the noises. It was above a bar and you can hear the music til they close at 3am. I would recommend a sound machine to help you sleep if this is an issue for you. I just sang along and fell asleep.

Great location to easily get around. Clean loft, comfortable beds, plenty towels. Design of loft is interesting as you hear water moving thru pipes from showers or toilets above. You also get a lot of the party noise from the area…. No problem if you are out late and come back to loft ready to crash at night and aren’t sensitive to these types of noises. I recommend the loft …. I slept great as I was in interior room and used ear plugs. A couple in group were more sensitive…

This property is perfect for a stay in Nashville with some friends. The location is a short walk from all the action.

The listing is extremely accurate. Beautifully decorated, clean, easy walk to Broadway, on Printer's Alley, and great communication. They responded quickly to one minor maintenance issue. I highly recommend this property!

It was a nice place to stay. We were close to everything we wanted to do. We just parked our van the first day and didn't get back into until we left.

The property location is excellent and close to everything. We walked everywhere and loved being close to Broadway and Printers Alley. The check in was easy and the property design is great for a party of 6 individuals. However, the place was casually cleaned with mold in both showers and one with a leak that has clearly been present for a while. The fridge was dirty, the bathroom floors were not clean, there was toothpaste stains on the wall. Those items were fairly minor but then within 12 hours of check-in someone broke the window out of our car and stole our possessions in the parking lot suggested by the property managers. Looking on Google reviews indicates this is a recurring issue in this lot. DO NOT PARK in the adjacent lot. There were 3 vehicles broken into on the same night. Reading the reviews this isn’t the first time. When I asked for help dealing with this issue the property managers did not provide any assistance or direction. We had to cut our vacation short since we had no way to secure our vehicle for the 2nd leg of our trip to eastern Tennessee.

This property is exactly as pictured and provided a great experience for a girls weekend in Nashville. It’s an awesome alternative to a hotel from a cost perspective and also so everyone can have the amazing common area to hang out together. Perfect walking distance from Downtown and also right in Printers Alley. As some reviews said there is some noise at night but it was outrageous or out of control so did not defer out great experience. Also having a Starbucks steps away was amazing! Completely recommend this rental and the excellent overall experience we had.

Great girls trip walking distance to everything had medical issue with one of girls but found Walgreens within walking distance so all was well nice to know now for when I return rooms were clean and so much better then hotel room I will return note the new key pad was much easier to use then the old one thank you

From the beginning to end the process was easy. The place was in the perfect location. 5 minutes from Broadway and right around the corner of Preachers Alley. 100% recommend.

Great location for our annual guys trip. Walking distance to broadway. Little weird you need to walk thru a bar to throw your trash out but zero complaints otherwise.

Location, location, location!

Nashville trip to see Van Morrison at the Ryman. I don’t think there is any place to stay closer to the Ryman or Broadway. Walk out of the front door, turn left, walk a block and a half and you are at the Ryman. Another 1/2 block and you are on Broadway. Puckets is around the corner in the other direction for a great meal. Yes it is a loft but doors close everywhere for privacy. It is above a bar and we had a guitar serenade until 4 am both nights. Nashville doesn’t seem to sleep. If you are there on business and need a deep night of sleep or a really light sleeper you may want to choose a noise insulated high rise. If you’re more interested in location, location, location then this is your spot!

This was a very cute space. Plenty of room for 4 of us and loved the twin beds. Great location for walking to Broadway and many of the attractions. Hope to be back!

Great location, close to everything. We’ll stocked. The only thing I would recommend if you are a light sleeper, take the front bedroom. The loft is right over a nightclub with music playing until 1 AM or later. Have a sound machine app. They also supplied ear plugs,.

My sister and I did a girls trip. I got in shortly after midnight Monday and it was really loud due to the Basement bar.. looking out window into Printers Alley was a dumpster with homeless man doing some shouting (this is out of owner’s hands I know).. was thinking possible wrong choice but as time went on it was a amazing location and the Loft itself was clean but could use a new shower certain... I would not recommend this particular unit to someone who would be a sensitive to noise as it is loud from bar all night and people walking Printers Alley.. Owner was really helpful with all my questions 🤠
