Amazing location, great space inside and out, thoughfully set up with everything you need. We loved this place :)

This is the must cosy house i have ever used as a vacation home. Every thing was perfect. And the coffee that comes with the house are just amazing. We stayed her in the start of July-22. Miss this place Lars Erik

Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Walking distance to downtown, beach/pier and surfing views. Quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. Amazing backyard! Can’t wait to visit again.

Cute and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a week stay for our family of four. Super close to the boardwalk, wharf and west cliff. There was even space for my husband to work while we were there. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this home, we love the spaciousness of the property and the location. With 3-4 adults, there is plenty of room to move about and the outside area is wonderful as well. The property is well appointed and if you need anything, all you have to do is ask, Alan and Bri are amazing. We will be back anytime we are in Santa Cruz.

We had a wonderful stay at Brit & Alan's home. The house is gorgeous and has a beautiful backyard perfect for eating outdoors & relaxing. The location is one block from the ocean, surf & great running along the ocean. We hope to come back soon!

Great place for getting together with relatives. The backyard patio area is large and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to the boardwalk and wharf. I would definitely book this property again.

We couldn’t have had a better place to stay in Santa Cruz- a gorgeous house, minutes from the waves! Unfortunately we were there in January so couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful yard and outdoor facilities, but we’ll definitely be back. It made our first visit to Santa Cruz very special. Thank you Alan and Brit!

This place is perfect if you want to enjoy Santa Cruz and Surfing at Cowells. We love the design of the house and the little touches that have been added. Many extras! It accommodates our family well and we wanted to stay longer. We will be back for sure!!

It’s a great rental, I especially enjoyed grilling in the outdoor dining area. The host & property manager were great! Zero complaints. See ya next year guys!

Already trying to figure out when to come back!

The house was as great as it sounded! The location was perfect, the back patio was amazing and our hosts were a joy to work with. So very helpful and accommodating. The only thing to worry about was the steepness of the stairs to the loft. We have a very adventurous toddler who we worried and had to keep our eye on.

Lovely and generous people. Well stocked and appointed home with spacious, private backyard. The cruiser bikes and sups are such a great touch. So close to the sea.

What a cute little house! Great amenities and the stove kicks butt! They provided everything we needed and we had such a great time! A nice walk to the ocean and you can cut through Lighthouse Field to get to Steamer Lane. We highly recommend this property!

The house was very comfortable, quiet and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi, paddle boards, cruiser bikes and being able to walk to the beach. The owners were welcoming, professional and very responsive to any questions that we had. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

This cottage was perfect for a family of five and perfectly situated on the West Side. Very quiet and although near a main area, is very quiet and felt secluded. Cowells, Main Beach and the Boardwalk are all easy and nice walks. Running along beach path is top notch. The house itself is newer, modern construction, wonderfully decorated and has beautiful architecture and landscaping. The beds are extremely comfortable (and I have neck and back issues). The backyard patio provides a wonderful space for dining, BBQ, jacuzzi and fire pit. House and side yards (with outdoor shower) is ideal for surfers and paddlers. Lastly, Alan and Brit are wonderful hosts and very responsive. We had no problems learning the in's and out's of the home. Would look to stay again whenever we need a getaway over the hill.

Very comfortable home, with all the necessities. Just a short walk to the beach, bike to breakfast, and a lovely yard to enjoy sunset/evening with a glass of wine. Thank you! Kate and Sean

This was the 3rd time we’d stayed here. The house is as fabulous as ever. Further improved since our last stay with a private outdoor seating and lounging area. Perfect location in Santa Cruz. Set in a private and quiet location but very close to the pier and walk/cycle/running path the lines the beautiful coastline. Alan was the perfect host and made sure we were looked after throughout. Already looking forward to returning again.

Great location in a great location

This was a terrific house two blocks from the beach in a very nice neighborhood. The house was well stocked, clean, comfortable, and had a great yard with table and chairs, lounge chairs and benches. Quiet too. Alan and Brit (owners) were very nice and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again,

The description and pictures of the property were very accurate. Renters will not be disappointed. Linens, towels, tissue, toilet paper and paper towels were all included. Also spices, condiments, laundry and dish soap and coffee were included. The location was outstanding. We did a lot of walking. Grocery and many good restaurants are near by. The amusement park boardwalk and pier provides many entertainment and food options. Beautiful beach.A short drive away is Mt Hermon where we did the ropes course high in the Red Wood trees. We also went to Monterey Bay and the Aquarium and cruised along 17 Mile Drive. We hiked for 7 miles at Big Basin. Spent two days in San Francisco. So many great things to do. A few things that were not perfect but really small considering how great this place is. I saw in some reviews that the bath towels were musty. They were for us as well. The smell for some odd reason radiated into the front bedroom. This could be due to the bathroom not having a vent. We opened the window when we showered. Be aware that there isn't a screen in the bathroom window. Also the shower pressure was not the best for the three women in the house trying to wash and rinse their hair. Again really small things. I would return in a flash. This cottage fit our family of five perfectly. Britt and Alan were wonderful. Answered the few questions we had and didn't get in our way at all.
