Absolutely loved the place and location to Broadway. Bummed we didn’t have a heads up on being so close to the train tracks.

Property was close to all the attractions, great view of Nissan stadium. Used the gym and that was nice enough. Overall it plenty of room for us!

The property was very clean, and provided everything we needed for our stay. From extra blankets and pillows, to the parking spots. And it’s located in a very good area that’s not far away from the attractions!

This place was everything we wanted, great area, safe space and very clean. 100% would recommend.

The property was quite nice, and was very convenient to the convention center and two Broadway. We actually didn’t spend too much time in the apartment. We would definitely stay there again and are actually considering rebooking for next year.

We stayed (four adults) at this condo for four nights. Condo was as advertised with no surprises. Great location to use as home base. Close enough to Broadway and other attractions but far enough away from noise. Would highly recommend for four adults or family of four.

Pros: Great location! Felt safe in the building! Had all the amenities we needed plus some! Good water pressure…got really hot if needed. Easy to find…. The smokestack helps when walking cuz it’s easy to see from a ways out. Nice to have a little deck to get fresh air in the morning and see the sun rise and the skyline. Comfy beds, clean sheets and towels. Two full bathrooms was awesome! Cons: We parked in the front parking lot which was not locked, in fact there wasn’t a door to close on one side, but nothing happened, so maybe not necessary in this neighborhood. Just thought it strange when expecting secure parking. The chairs in the living room look like they’ve tried to be washed, but they’re very stained. I took care of some dust and cobwebs while there. The bathtub drain is quite clogged, water up to our ankles when taking a short shower. I didn’t text or call on that because we had the other shower, but wanted to make you aware. There is a lot of noise from semis, trains, and the recycling dump across the river…. Nothing that earplugs didn’t take care of though! I text the number given a couple times, but never got a reply. Maybe only emailing works? I didn’t try that. All in all, I would stay here again. It’s a very nice apartment complex, and a great location!

Very nice top floor unit facing the river. Easy 25 minute walk to main area of Nashville. Parking garage with easy access to elevator for easy loading/unloading. Unit was very clean and well stocked. Coffee shop and Subway about 5 minute walk from unit.

Nice building, great amenities, 20 minute walk to Broadway and very nice furnishings. The only negative was that the junk yard across the river would be very loud when they dumped scrap into a barge. Was between 8 and 8.

Condo was very nice. Had a great stay. Some small improvements needed to keep the Condos Luxury Status. We would recommend this property.

We loved the place. There is more than enough room in the unit for 4 adults. We enjoyed the 6th floor terrace, the work out room, pool area & the common area with fire pit(we couldn’t get it to work-or the grills). We had no issues checking in. The parking gate was being repaired so we didn’t have to use the sensor part. The building hallway was getting an upgrade while we were there. It was no big deal to us as we knew what it looked like prior & we were impressed with the progress. We were also kept updated by the host. The workers were very friendly & accommodating. The pool area was beautiful. It is not in the same building. You have to go right out of building and it is at the end of the street. Key fob for entry. The views from the room/balcony are stunning in the morning. The only 2 bad things that we could think of was that there is a recycling plant across the river and it’s loud (as is the nearby highways) & sometimes stinky, when you’re out on the balcony. There is also a train that goes by early in the morning and throughout the day. It’s a large city. That’s part of city living. Neither of these things ruined our trip. The walk to Broadway is nice.

This is a great place to stay! Easy access to everything. Easily walkable to South Broadway. Uber rides are $6-8 into Broadway if you’re not into walking. Safe neighborhood. $18 Uber to Grand Ole Opry. Some reviews complained about train horns all the time. We only heard them twice in four days. If you’re doing Nashville right, you aren’t spending much time at the apartment! AC works great and the building was pretty quiet for sleeping. I would stay here again.

Great location just be prepared to walk up hill on the way back to the condo! The condo was well equipped but more towels would have prevented us from doing laundry Check in and out was so easy! We would definitely come back to this condo!

This property was in the perfect location! Close to everything! We would have walked more but it was too hot. Thankfully it was easy to find, so getting an Uber didn’t take too long. Would definitely recommend.

This apartment is beautiful , clean and secure … about a 15 min walk to downtown but it is all level and worth the apartment … we used the pool and outside area it was so clean and also beautiful…this place is a 10 out of 10

Great view of Nissan Stadium from across the river. We heard Beyonce from the balcony one night. The entire apartment complex was very nice, from the pool and roof top lounge to the unit itself. There were plenty of towels, paper products, and tolietries for our stay and the coffee pods were a pleasant surprise. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. I stayed in the queen bedroom which had a great view. The location to me was perfect. The walk to Broadway was shorter than anticipated. We did it two nights in a row without any issues. I also enjoyed the peacefullness to the location since it wasn't in direct vicinity of Broadway. I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to others. One suggestion I have is for an extra bed pillow. The queen bed only had 3 pillows, one of us had 1 while other had 2.

The condo was in a perfect location for walking to Broadway. It was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Unfortunately, the condo was not very clean. Dust was apparant on many items. The floor was filthy and hadn't been mopped. Both showers had mildew in the grout. The sink in the master bathroom did not drain, making it very difficult to use. The towels also had stains on them. If this had been a hotel, we would have asked for different rooms. In closing, it's unfortunate that such a nice, beautiful condo, needs so much cleaning.

I really loved the perks that came with the property, like the view from the rooftop terrace, great BBQ area with corn hole, and fitness center. I loved the beautiful river view from the balcony. Owner was very responsive. Would like to have more blankets to offer weight since the bedding is light.

Great area easily accessible to major areas. Clean, comfortable, safe apartment. Would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay. Property was exactly as listed. Had a small issue with the a/c but the management was quick to get it resolved.

Very nice and clean with easy walk to Broadway

Everything was good but the most important thing, cleanliness. Dishes were dirty, floors dirty, cobwebs were numerous, and the towels smelled sour. The furnace filter was nasty. Called the building manager and he sent someone up in the morning. He took the filter and never returned with another before we checked out the next day! The cleaning service and building staff need replaced!!
