We loved staying here. The condo is spacious, modern, clean and well decorated. Even the artwork was thoughtfully selected and presented. The entire complex was very well run, everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is amazing with Eagle Beach just steps from the front gate. Can’t wait to go back and do it all again!

My husband and I, my son, my son’s college roommate, and his parents, spent seven nights in this beautiful free bedroom, three bathroom condo. It was immaculately clean. The air conditioning was great, which we did use since we had 86° weather every single day! The outdoor patio with the inground hot tub was awesome. We spent many mornings and many evenings here enjoying coffee and cocktails. The pools were cleaned every single day, and the landscaping was beautiful manicured we played pickle ball every day on the new Pickleball court. There is also a regular tennis court and paddle ball tennis. It was easy to walk to the supermarket and catch taxis to different restaurants. The boys used the bird scooters frequently to check out different beaches. Mario was great to work with. When we got to the condo, my husband found out he had to work a few days and Mario had a table and chair delivered to put in the master bedroom so he could work in peace and quiet, and also not disturb the rest of us! On request Mario let us leave our luggage in the closet in the condo after check out because our flight was not until later in the afternoon. Mario was a great communicator and very easy person to work with. Would highly recommend this place!

I have stayes at Oceania multiple times before and this is the best unit by far. Clean, great amenities , hot tub, nice outdoor furniture and steps to the pool. Mario was great anytime we needed to contact him. We will definitely book again.

This property is awesome. Proximity to pools and beach are second to none. Joffrey was a great help all week & Mario responded quickly to any questions we had. 3 beds with 3 baths was perfect for our girls trip.

I can’t say enough about how happy we were with this condo. A few things we appreciated: 1) location right on Eagle Beach couldn’t be beat 2) the condo was very big with a lot of room for everyone to spread out 3) there were plenty of high quality beach chairs (seemed like new) 4) the kitchen had lots of bowls, plates, glasses, and utensils so we didn’t run out until the dishwasher was full 5) there was a hose by the patio which was so convenient to rinse off sand 6) the patio, little yard, and hot tub were a great place to relax 7) the location of the condo was perfect for getting to the beach and the pool 8) the location of the parking spot was convenient to the condo and always cool because it was in the garage. Mario was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Every person we interacted with (the security team at the guard house, the cleaning ladies) at Oceania was extremely nice and helpful. We would rent this condo again if we are back in Aruba.

We loved our stay! Clean, plenty of room to not feel crammed. The pools were beautiful and never packed like the resorts get. Super peaceful. They had beach towels and chairs available to use which was super handy! The beach was so close. Also enjoyed the hot tub at night. Definitely recommend for a group of friends or family vacation. It was everything I hoped for.

Our first time to Aruba was very relaxing and enjoyable. We enjoyed the spacious condo, just steps from the pool. The walk to the beach was very easy as well, and in sight. It was very quiet, except for the fireworks on New Year’s Eve (which we very much enjoyed, but if you don’t like fireworks, you may want to skip Aruba around New Year’s!). We had no issues, and Mario gave through check-in and check-out info. Would recommend!

We have been in many vacation rentals, but this was the nicest by far. It is huge, pristinely clean, steps from the pool and less than a five minute walk to the ocean. Mario was great with communication. Gorgeous, everything was provided and presented beautifully. Perfect location. We didn’t rent a car, we just walked everywhere. The online pictures do not do it justice. Suggestion: There are only three beach chairs but you can rent for $10 daily on Eagle Beach. The only minor hiccup we had, which is no fault of the owner, is that a truck labeled “water” pulled up into the parking lot outside our master bedroom window at about 8 every morning and idled and did whatever is does. I slept through it but my husband is a light sleeper and it woke him. He went back to sleep, though. I strongly recommend this rental. I want to return already. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Absolutely wonderful property. Mario was extremely delightful to work with. The condo couldn’t have been more perfect. Location is second to none. Condo has all needed supplies to have a fabulous vacation. It was so nice to relax in the condo pools at the end of a long day exploring and even better to relax in our own hot tub while dinner was on the grill. My family would stay here again without question. Thanks for making our first trip to Aruba one of our families greatest vacations!

And the gorgeous Eagle Beach is right past the pool. The beach was amazing and not crowded at all like the beaches down by the high-rise hotels. We were close enough to grocery store (about 3/4 mile) but wasn't a big deal to walk and take some backpacks for our food. There is a bike/walking path right along beach which we used every single day. The super clean and new workout gym is in next building over along with ping-pong and a pool table which the kids loved. There isn't a restaurant or bar at the pool but we didn't mind because we had our super accessible condo steps away! And It was nice to be away from all the crowds. We would definitely stay there again! We loved it!!

Other than hot water issues for showers all was fine. Apparently the unit doesn't have enough hot water for the number of bedrooms.

This location is really the best! Not too busy, but close to everything! Eagle Beach is breathtaking and one of the prettiest beaches in the world! Our family of 6 was so happy staying here and Mario was incredible to work with throughout our stay in Aruba!

the unit is as described and even better. so clean, has everything you need and more, communication with Mario was so easy and prompt. the location couldn't get better. the pools are fantastic, clean, and easy to get to from unit. the beach is fabulous and so close one minute walk and you are there. family enjoyed the jacuzzi. the tv's all worked. we loved loved loved this unit. we will definitely be back.

Our family had an incredible stay this November. The condo was even nicer than the photos, clean, spacious, comfortable and a well appointed kitchen. The views across the patio to the pool and ocean are remarkable. The location is fantastic directly across from beautiful Eagle Beach and within walking distance to restaurants and a short cab ride to grocery store. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

We loved our stay at Mario's place! Oceania and Aruba were great! We stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful time all around! Mario was great from start to finish. We were traveling with three young kids (1, 5, & 6) and Mario answered all my questions and provided a pack-n-play, high chair, and sand toys/floats for the kids. The place was even larger than we expected from the photos and everything was well kept. The grounds at Oceania are given lots of attention. While we were there, one of the four pools was always closed because they were doing major renovations. As each one was finished, the new tile, paint, etc. looked so nice! I'd guess it would all be done by end of Sept 2022. This unit's terrace is very close to one of the plunge pools and that was so nice with the kids. We'd walk the 10 feet down to the pool, do a quick swim then back up to our private area. No need to bring towels or anything, its that close! And still, the terrace is so private (even more so than we were expecting). If we choose to go to Aruba again, I'd def stay in this unit again! Thanks for being a great host Mario!

We had a blast. So close to Eagle Beach. Beautiful condo, great location, property and grounds were fantastic. Gated and guarded, so it felt very safe. Nice underground parking. Our car was always cool when we got in. We would have no reservations with getting this sane property again. In fact, we are already talking about a return trip to this same place.

When we arrived the door was left ajar and the place was set up for arrival beautifully. The only issue was there wasn’t anyone there to provide us with any details of the condo. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish!! We will absolutely look into renting from Mario again if we return back to Aruba!!

We enjoyed our one week stay very much and will definitely be return guests. The condo is very spacious, very tastefully decorated and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We were a family of 3 adults and two children and the locations was absolutely perfect, the patio leads directly to the 3 pools and is so convenient for the little ones. And when you want to go to the beach it’s just across the street! So close, and therefore you’ve got a beautiful view over the pools to the beach. It’s idyllic. The beds were so comfortable, all linens high end, and plenty of towels for the home and beach towels as well. Great AC and really nice layout. Mario and Sandra were super responsive and available for any questions we had. Thanks for a great week we can’t wait til next time

Our family had a great time at Marios place. Close to the beach and all amenities. Large space that is fully equipped. Excellent experience booking and checking in. We would definitely stay again.

The condo (A142) was clean and the kitchen well stocked but it seemed like it's hardly used. It could use a fresh coat of paint inside as there were many marks on the walls. The condo is tucked in the back corner of the complex so pretty private. You can see the top of the water from the patio. The pools and grounds were very clean, quiet and beautiful. The location of Oceania is great. You can walk to many restaurants or even the grocery store (although we drove). There is a road between complex and beach, but easy to cross. There was a lack in communication so I had to reach out to the host to get check in info night before, ask questions during stay, etc. The host, when reached, was nice. There were no instructions in the condo about anything such as complex map (gym/game rm locales) or how to operate the safe, AC, TVs, hot tub, check out, etc. Luckily, we can figure pretty much everything out. With that said, the hot tub did not work at all. Maintenance came and said motor was bad so they drained it and we didn't have use of the hot tub until day 5 of our week stay (the reason we paid extra). The TVs didn't work so they came day 3 to replace batteries but still didn't work which wasn't a huge deal except it was the last week of the Olympics soon day 4 they came back and said it was our fault because we had disconnected the living rm HDMI cable. However, the HDMI cable that he saw was my son's from his Nintendo Switch. We used our cable and were able to watch it. The bedrooms were very warm. We slept without covers the entire week. Maintenance did come and try to adjust the AC but it still never got really cool in the bedrooms (guessing 78-80ish). The living room was cool at least. We kept the doors shut and blinds closed the entire time trying to keep it cool which was a bummer. Fans would be a GREAT investment. The mattresses were extremely firm. My husband and I happen to like a firm mattress which is good because the master bed was super firm. Lastly, there were multiple roaches. Not infested, but we killed 2 large ones by/in the master which freaked me out. I didn't even contact the host about them as I felt like the biggest complainer. I don't know if it's because of COVID but the game room had nothing: no pool sticks, paddles for ping pong, etc. After all the issues, the host offered us a credit less than a one night stay on our next visit in this unit. Sadly, we won't be back.

We enjoyed our week here! No crowds at the pool or the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Condo was clean, quiet and we had plenty of room for 6!

This was a great place to rent for the holidays. The unit was surprisingly large and accommodated 7 ppl easily. You could t ask for a better location on the property. This ground level unit was right at the pool and just steps away to the gate for the beach. The only issue that I read before and happened to us was that the hot tub didn’t work. When we called they sent someone right over but was t going to be fixed till after our stay. Many businesses were closed that week of Christmas so we understood. But that wasn’t a big deal as the pool was right there. I would most definitely stay at this location again!
