Tons of space!, the view is amazing, you will need to buy or bring dishwasher tabs, TP, trash bags, paper towels. Trash cans are small so you will be changing out bags often. There is a trash chute on 3rd floor on your way to the elevator. The location of the condo is super close to Publix, liquor stores and restaurants. There are linens and towels, the pillows are feather pillows, sheets give that comforting clean bleach smell BUT only the ones on the beds. There are roll away beds in the far bedroom closet, the big bedrooms have walk-in closets. Past guests have left items, kitchen spices, body washes shampoos. We didn't see beach chairs, there are boogie boards , umbrellas, beach towels, and some toys. Over all the space is clean, but the carpet really needs replaced, we enjoy3d our time here and will definitely rent again!!

Tbh, I’ve rented in the building for 7 years. First time in this unit. This unit is very comfortable and a good layout. However, the carpeting is looking very bad, the clothes washer only washes with hot water, the beverage refrigerator doesn’t work. Renting through Oceans Luxury was very nice. They were on the ball. When I called right away because the family tv didn’t work, they replaced the tv.

Great size, enough room for everyone. Great location, easy access. Could use a few updates, carpet is very stained. Some of the lights and fans didn't work but all in all nice place. Would stay again.

Pictures are deceiving. The room was very spacious, pool, workout room and lobby are very nice but unit was poor. Carpet very old, stained and bleach spots. Poor lighting-half of the bulbs were out, wrong wattage, or low wattage. Bedding is old and tattered in some rooms. Master shower ceiling has a hole from unit above leaking-this alone should not allow unit to be rented. Broken glass door handle. Baths need re-grouting-mildew stains. A lot of dust on vents like it had not been dusted in years. I'm sure there is more. I have pictures. Whole unit needs updating.

We have stayed in 2 different condos in the building previously but both were booked for the week we wanted this year. We like the 4 bedroom layout, but it wasn't as well-kept as the other two were. Hole(s) in the master bath ceiling, stains on living room carpet and air conditioner didn't cool evenly throughout the condo. Parking is a major issue. For a condo that sleeps 8 people, we were only allowed 2 parking spots and only 1 of those was a guaranteed spot; the other was first come and if it was full, we had to park off site. We were only given 2 keys which was a hassle with 8 people. Listing said 3 king beds - there was only 2 kings and the other was a queen. Check-in was great - Nancy answered all my questions and even texted me a few times to check in. Check-out was fine except we had to travel 15 minutes the opposite direction to drop off keys; there has to be a more customer friendly way to handle check-out. Beach towels was not advertised but there were several there for guest use as well as some beach toys. It also had several roll-away beds and plenty of sheets/blankets. We had more family staying at a nearby condo and our niece stayed with us one night - so the extra bed was nice. Door handle in master bedroom was broken and the other larger room was super hard to open but the balcony was awesome - furniture was well kept and clean. Grill didn't work, but that was clear ahead of booking. Booking and payment was super easy.

We had a great stay! The property is great and it's close to the bandshell but far enough away to avoid the traffic. The kitchen is big enough to cook family meals in and well stocked! Are area of concern was the carpet has lots of stains (but seemed clean) and the listing says 3 kings and there are only 2.

Property in a great location and plenty of space for 10 people. Carpet had several white (bleach?) stains, as well as other stains. Drain clogged and lighting dim but fixed by maintenance. Unit needs refresh of silverware.. Mattresses very soft and not comfortable. Overall, for the price, this unit was nice and would rent again.

My family and I have been staying at Ocean Vistas for New Years Eve for almost 10 years. This year we needed an extra bedroom so we booked this listing. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it looked as though the cleaning crew spent maybe 10 minutes on the place. There was still trash in the trashcans (and in the floor), the master and one guest room toilet had very obviously not been cleaned, and there were cigarette butts all over the balcony. We reported the issues and did receive an apology from our contact, but never heard a word from the property manager. We cleaned up the mess ourselves. In addition to the cleanliness issue there were also multiple stains in the carpet, the couch was incredibly uncomfortable, and the coffee maker didn't work. There were some highlights - the space is great for a large group, the water pressure is terrific, and 3 of the 4 beds were very comfortable. The Ocean Vistas property itself is wonderful. Easy beach access (including a ramp) and loads of amenities. It's definitely our favorite property in Daytona. With some updates and a reliable cleaning company, this condo would be perfect; however, overall, for this location and price point, we were disappointed.

ocean vistas is a great place to stay for vacation or a businesstrip. there were everything we needed and the ocean is a foot near! awesome.

Beautiful condo. Great view. However checking in and checking out need updated. Ocean Vista could use some updated technology such as keypad / codes instead of key fobs. Also basic instructions left in the actual condo along with instructions for the TV would be helpful.

We had a great stay at this place. It was clean, spacious, and lovely. My only complaint is that a couple pieces of furniture needs to be replaced- the main one being the leather sofa. It was very lumpy and uncomfortable in the middle.

The pictures do not do it justice. This place was amazing!

We were able to have our immediate family together for the week. Just wanted to relax and enjoy the grandcnhildren and our kids. This unit was the perfect size and was comfortable. Our grandsons enjoyed fishing and there were several good resturants close by. The outside grill on the deck did not work but we were told ahead of time. I would recommend it to a family who want to have a wonderful view as well as a relaxing time.

We were thrilled with the condition of the condo when we arrived. Cleaning service was excellent as we met a very lovely housekeeper on our way in. Condo was nicer than expected, cookware was very nice to have at our disposal. Rollaway beds and inflatable mattress were in all the closets even though we didn’t need them. View of the the beach was perfect. No noise. We definitely had the better accommodations compared to other family members who chose to stay at a nearby hotel. We were discussing booking two Condos for next year so the whole family could be at one location. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

There is plenty of space for everyone and three bathrooms works great when getting ready. The balcony has a great view of the beach and city lights at night. The outdoor grill does work only on the left side and it was fine for us to cook just took a little longer. We rented a golf cart for the week to use to take our chairs, canopy and cooler to the beach. We also were able to drive it on the street side to the grocery and shops on A1A . We ate at Landshark and Crabbies and both were good. All in all we were happy with our stay in this condo and would stay again.

The ocean vista building is great with welcoming people and luxurious accommodations. The surrounding area is rundown so unless you have ocean front room you will have unsightly views and traffic noise from nearby bust street. The pool and hot tub were great. Hot tub wasn’t on the first night of our visit but after notifying maintenance it was wonderful. Our balcony wasn’t clean but I was told that is a maintenance issue and property manager couldn’t do anything about it. We grilled and liked hanging out on balcony but our feet would get dirty if not wearing shoes. Also the lights didn’t all work on balcony. Lots of space in this unit! Easily could fit 4 couples comfortably where everyone would have tgeir own space. Televisions in each room but remotes didn’t all work. Also tricky to learn the systems.

We chose this property for its central location as well as being on the beach. The property didn’t disappoint. We had eight family members all with comfortable sleeping and living quarters. The kitchen is perfectly kept with everything needed to prepare meals and accommodate a large group. The balcony is Very spacious and perfect for all day beach viewing. Checking in and out was seamless with Jennifer and the Oceans team. The property was clean and well kept. I would recommend staying here to anyone with a large group. Thanks!
