It was a nice area with local places to go too

When I arrived at the hotel to check it they charged my card 837.00 dollars after the stay at this hotel was already paid for now I have been waiting to get my money back so my plans was a little messed up due to short of funds cause of the hotel errors

I didn't like the fact that booking.com did not reach back out to me regarding why the hotel charged my card 450.35 before I even arrived. Booking said they couldn't call(reach someone) however I called and spoke to the front desk...then they took almost $2000 dollars when the room only cost $1425 on top of that they said they would refund it back on my debit card then said well it has to go on the card you payed for the rest of the balance with...everything was an headache especially when booking.com told me no money was due until we arrived (that was not true....

Restaurant, lobby and the room were all exceptional.

Pillows did not all have the same softness. Illy coffee machine was broken. Elevator was broken.

Great location, great restaurant, comfortable and clean room.

Elevator tracks are filthy, and the elevators themselves are tiny.

The location was great! Decor in the room was nice.

Had to figure out how to work the coffee maker.

Wonderful Downtown location, close to tourist information center, museums, restaurants, historical sights, SCOPE center, valet/concierge (Curtis is the best!), even glass museum in hotel!

Beautiful hotel & room. Great view. Excellent location. Terrific service. Everyone was helpful & friendly.

There was no soap container in shower. Only saw it after I got in the shower, then it was too late. The coffee maker did not work.

more info about stay should be provided upon checkin like valet parking fees and all items that you may be charged for should be in the room and verify before check-in you shouldn’t have to call down and say the item is not there so that she won’t be charged

Beautiful property. Great location.

Stains on mattress cover, blood stain on sheet. AC did not work at all and was hot all night.
