Room was upscale; front desk staff were extremely friendly; bartender was very friendly as well.
Got charged for parking entire stay even though gates were open for free access two of the three nights.
Garage was a little dark and eerie without any parking attendants.

The valet service was exceptional. They were more than happy to plug-in and charge my Tesla because they actually had a Tesla charger. There were a few glitches with housecleaning that were taken care of by the head housekeeper kendra. on our last night.
The on-site restaurant is very small but adequate and the food is quite good especially the breakfast
Needed better training for some of the housekeeping staff; uneven abilities among the front desk personnel

Entrance into hotel, you park in garage and had to walk outside for a little ways to get back into hotel. I felt unsafe during the late nights

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times now. It’s in a great location, and it’s a beautiful hotel in general. Excellent staff across the board.
I was not a fan of the room I received on this occasion. 407. The bed is right at the door when you walk in. You hear the elevator and everyone using the elevator at all hours. The street noise in this room was also very loud. I had to keep my tv on all night in order to sleep. I’ve never had this experience at this hotel previously.

Property was clean and modern
The room was cold when we first checked in. After turning up the heat, the room warmed up but there was still a super cold draft in the bathroom. Should’ve designed heating ducks to be in there as well.

When I arrived at the hotel to check it they charged my card 837.00 dollars after the stay at this hotel was already paid for now I have been waiting to get my money back so my plans was a little messed up due to short of funds cause of the hotel errors

I didn't like the fact that booking.com did not reach back out to me regarding why the hotel charged my card 450.35 before I even arrived. Booking said they couldn't call(reach someone) however I called and spoke to the front desk...then they took almost $2000 dollars when the room only cost $1425 on top of that they said they would refund it back on my debit card then said well it has to go on the card you payed for the rest of the balance with...everything was an headache especially when booking.com told me no money was due until we arrived (that was not true....

Pillows did not all have the same softness. Illy coffee machine was broken. Elevator was broken.
