The property was not clean. Towels were not clean. The room was not the room I selected. Outlets were loose, toilet seat was loose. Breakfast was supposed to be included and was not.

Where do i start for one checking in after driving 6hours coming from philadelphia we have luke room water your whole stay an not knowing the area was so tired me an my wife was to scared to try to book another stay not sure if we could get a stay somewhere else ,ac an heater unit was off had to figure out breaker in the room also breaker for stove to cut on no chair in room an am missing a leg so chair could had help me no shower or bath whole stay because water was cold worst stay ever i was so upset being that am from virginia an i had picked wrong hotel for my wife to show big upset Virginia.

No hot water. My reservation was changed after booking online. I did not stay
