excellent location, clean, and had all the amenities if you needed to use them. Hostess, Yuliia was very responsive, prompt, and accommodating from the time we booked it, checked in, stayed, and checked out.

wash machine did not work properly. washer/dryer door would not unlock. was only used to wash towels. overall, a minor issue.

Perfect location, comfortable apartment, great hosts. We loved it

We were a family of 5 in the apartment (3 teenagers). The apartment was great and met all our needs. The location of the apartment is great, a small street between Maddox St. and Hanover St. 5 min from Regent Street and 10 min from Oxford Circus station. Restaurants are close in every direction. "Pret a manger" just around the corner. The apartment has the possibility to close sliding doors and create 3 separate sleeping spaces, which was very helpful at night. The washing machine with the dryer helped more than expected and allowed us to bring less clothes. The floor heating was nice and two showers and toilets for 5 people was just great. The apartment is fully equipped, including soaps and shampoo, a great shower and a deep bath. We had a great time. Thank you, Yulia and Julia.

If you travel from outside of UK, need to bring your own adaptors for your electricity.

the toilet needs maintenance

Floors were very very dirty. General cleanliness was very poor. Not good. Toilets were not very clean. The whole place needed a good bleach. Property owner initially said they didn’t receive deposit until I asked to see prove then they magically received it. Once I left property owner said a throw was missing from one of the beds but it actually turned out to be on the bed after I was constantly ensuring her it was left on there.

The owner was brilliant. We locked ourselves out (our own mismanagement of the keys) at a really unsociable hour and the owner still managed to arrange for someone to come out and help us to get us back in the apartment. The apartment itself is lovely and extremely clean and spacious. Your in safe hands if you book this, would definitely return!
