少し部屋が薄暗い感じで、値段の安い部屋だったので外のロケーションが見れなかった

Terrible stench of damp throughout the property and our room.

I thought all the staff were very friendly and helpful 😊

Just the bed was hard to sleep on lol

The Area and the facility itself was incredibly clean!

No cabinet for clothes

The breakfast was not included in the booking that I made so it is a bit pricey in my end. But the food is sumptuous. The pool is what my son enjoyed best and i am delighted by the kiddie meal that they serve.

I am not so techy so i have slight difficulty in the switches in the room. But once you get accustomed to it, it is just as easy.

The Sky View Restaurant located on the roof top where breakfast was served has an amazing view of Davao Samal island. This is my favourite place in this hotel. Not only because of the view but also the place is clean, the staff in the restaurant were helpful, friendly and they’re always smiling. Plus the breakfast menu was good food and tasty.

My only issue with this hotel is the front desk staff due to their poor communication. They’re slow in responding any requests especially emails, including urgent maintenance which happened on my first day. A simple reply acknowledging receipt of emails would be helpful. This is vital especially when room phones were not working due to wifi connection issues & you can only communicate through emails at night.
