room is okay…

there is a big cockroach in the room.

So the location is good. The hotel provides breakfast as a buffet and the workers are friendly. They always provide clean linen when cleaning the room.

The hotel is old and needs to be updated. Had a few cockroaches in our room small ones. The dont vacuum the floor during clean ups, found old food. This hotel host events in the downstairs ballroom almost everyday. Due to this it's always a pain to get to the elevator fighting through a group of people. The room and the price is not what you really expect and get compared to the photos. Trying to reach the front desk is always a gamble if someone will answer. I have stayed in a few hotels in Davao and this one is about a 5/10. If you can find another I would recommend it but if not it's a simple basic old hotel.

Great nice hotel in city. Few items need fixing as old but unique.

Obviously no insulation between room as could hear conversation next door. Credit to hotel they moved me to end of hallway where less noise.

Staff is good Rooms are very very very bad condition, there is a ticking sound all night coming from the air system. Furniture were to old, rust stain in the bathtub watwr is low pressure

The WiFi is terrible; good luck trying to get any signal in your room. the rooms were incredibly rundown. noise from wedding parties and events makes it impossible to sleep.
