Breakfast offers a comprehensive, if not excellent, choice.
A shower curtain would have prevented water droplets from getting into the water closet area.

Credit card machine not working. I had to go to atm and pay cash at check in.

Check in was very pleasant. They were very helpful and was able to accommodate us for another night as our plans changed.
The air conditioning did not cool down the room. Had to leave the key in a slot for electricity to be on.

The Cleaning Service/ room attendant… didn’t clean our room properly. No dusting, no bed make up, no accessories refill, no toilet paper refill, dirty bathroo…. And our floor was not even vacuum or dusted….

Not much to like here. Very old and dated and over priced
The place is far to expensive for hotel. Very old and dated. Smells of pee and old moldy pensioners.
Desperately needs renovating. There are hotels far superior to this at s cheaper price with breakfast included. Typical crap Davao hotel. Old, over priced, over rated. Don't waist your time staying here.

Smell in the room whenever we enter, smells like the fabric that didn’t dry well, but I was tolerable.

The breakfast was buffet, so it was good. My whole family enjoyed it. The location was good also since it was next to Gmall. 🤗
Just in the reception, it took us long time to get to the room but aside from that everything was really good. We'll book again when we come back to Philippines and stay in Davao.

Towels are old and with bad smell. No body soap and toothpaste is for 1 use only.

Reception team is always busy with something else then guests. Manager also...breakfast very poor. Elevators another issue...

I highly appreciate the security guards and the cleaners. Very attentive to customers.
The day we checked in, I have to wait for a hour for them to check my booking through booking.com. they said they will call me when it's ready. After an hour of waiting, went to the front desk and it's already there and didn't even bother to call me. I was with my parents who are 70+ that have to wait for an hour. Seriously? When I rang the front desk if they give a pair of sleepers to guests cause I didn't have in my room so I asked for a pair however it didn't arrive at all. In the morning I have to ask the cleaner for a pair of sleepers and in minutes it's already there. The front desk lady the one who answered my call was gasping for air. Like she had to ran a mile to answer the call. They left the front desk with no one there I guess. Seems like it's a joke for them to be a the front desk.
