good place and Good location

Unit is close to SM City. It is also 20mins away from the airport (no traffic). Perfect for big families since you can cook and has 3 bedrooms.

We were rebooked to unit B because there was an overlap in the bookings on the day of our check in. If I did not call to check on the keys, I would not know. It would be a hassle for a big group like ours to move to door D on the next day just for the remaining one day of our booking. Please make sure to sync all your bookings to avoid this in the future. Cleanliness: 3/10 The unit was not cleaned well!! There were garbages in the cabinets (soiled diaper, candy wrappers) and bathrooms (tissues, face mask). There are cobwebs in the walls. Bathrooms have a certain smell. Sink in the master bedroom is draining reallly slow. Amenities- Internet and Cable: 0/10 They were not able to set it up prior to our arrival and in during our stay. Good thing we were out most of the time. Toiletries and Towels: 6/10 They were not in the unit when we checked in so we had to request it. Main Gate- The main gate is requested to be closed at all times but no copy of the key was provided. We waited for someone to open the gate for us. Good thing another tenant heard us and she was kind enough to open it. Please include keys to the main gate as well.

Just a place to “stay (or sleep)” it can be for you. But if you want some place to sleep and feel comftable ans relax find a hotel instead.

Leaks in the living room. Aircon not functioning. We requested for electric fan but it never came. Sheets are not that clean in the masters. TV not functioning. Maybe we just expected too much bec of the images here.

Booking.com should be ashamed of yourself for posting this property. The worst property I've stayed. I will never book property from u again. Wrote to you yesterday n till today no reply or call. AGODA is so much better when they called n were concerned about our stay.

1.The staff. When we requested something from the staff, the tone of her voice was loud and kinda rude 2. We did not get the unit that we booked instead they gave us a smaller unit 3. The unit was not properly cleaned 4. Their beddings has stains and it smells bad

nice house, clean and cozy. it is large enough for big accomodation. i like the rooms and functional ang lahat ng aircon sa taas. added to the fact that we can cook is a plus.

i dont like that the sink of the cr is clogged and dont have a hanger installed inside the cr for our clothes to use. and the aircon downstairs is not working and we dont have manual how to use the tv
