For the price you pay the hotel is great!! The ladies at the reception and breakfast are very kind and helpful.

The view and the surrounding area of Halong bay was absolutely amazing! All The staff extremely nice and friendly, special thanks to Kieu that helped me with everything, orientation, the bike and my sore foot. The location was superb in a residencial, elegant and beautiful area, away from pollution and the noisy city. The accomodation is espectacular, I loved the light system that you could control the intensity. The price is really faire. I could t like it better. Defined I will be back after Catba. I am quite happy with all

I loved everything

The hotel is nice, however the bed should be more confy and air-condition should be more effective since too much hot was in the room. The staff was very friendly specially the woman un the restaurant.

The staff is super friendly and helped ist with everything we needed. They even Made us some (vegetarian) food in the night when it was pouring Outside and No Delivery service was open. Beds are huge and rooms are Clean

The breakfast didnt Had that much selection, nothing Like cheese or anything salty, Just honey, orange Jam and Butter. They Made fresh Egg which was nice, But the Soul they offered tasted a Lot Like Sea water. In booking it Said on the beach but the beach was over an hour Walking away
