This house is as advertised. Perfect location to downtown. The privacy it allows multiple occupants to have is unmatched. Perfect fit for 5 couples 10 total occupants. We each had a great place to socialize and our private space if needed. I couldn’t be more pleased with the communication of the host Ann. I highly recommend this place for people looking to have a quality place to stay with great proximity to what Nashville has to offer. Thanks for being a great host.

This is a really great very large home close to Vanderbilt. Our party of 6 adults stayed here to attend our daughter's graduation. Great place, and could have easily accommodated a much larger group!

Incredibly beautiful and spacious home. Fit our needs perfectly with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for each bedroom. The second floor open area and children's area was great. The kitchen was well equipped and up to date appliances. Good parking. This house was a big part of making our Nashville visit a great experience.

We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay in this perfectly located property for a family wedding in Nashville! Our group of six ranged in age from 15 to 89. We loved that the home was situated in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood just 8 to 10 minutes from all the things we were doing in various Nashville neighborhoods. The house was a cool, clean, safe respite after our days out adventuring in the 95+ degree heat. Thank you Larry and Anne for all of the extras you provided to make our stay perfect!

House was spacious & had adequate bedrooms & bathrooms for our family. The air mattress in the attic bedroom was challenging for two teens to keep inflated and/or landing on the floor. A real bed would have been better. We enjoyed the backyard with cardinals, squirrels & bunnies to entertain us. If we visit Nashville again, will book this house for our family.

Spacious with great layout and wonderful amenities for several adult family members and an infant to enjoy a few days together. Literally everything provided for an enjoyable stay. Loved walking to VU, shops and restaurants. Will stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the house to be a wonderful place to stay. It had everything we could want included plenty of extra towels. Plenty of areas for a family to gather and have fun. It was very clean and fresh. The master bathroom and walk in closet were wonderful. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. It is in a great location for Vanderbilt Univ events. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this house for a gathering of 10-12 people.

The house is beautiful with it's classic charm. The rooms are very comfortable and the owner take great pride in all the little details throughout. The bathrooms had every little detail including plush robes. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Close enough to the party district however the neighborhood is quaint and quiet. My family and I truly loved it! Great find!!

I came for a conference in Nashville and brought family with me to celebrate. This was a great quiet neighborhood, and minutes from downtown. The house was perfect for everyone!

We stayed here with ourselves and 3 other families and it was perfect for our trip! Lots of great common space with plenty of individual space as well. Very close to all the excitement downtown without being directly in it. Great area overall for walking and nearby parks. House was clean and well stocked. It was a wonderful stay !

We stayed here as a group with a volleyball team. We had plenty of room for everyone and a perfect kitchen to cook team meals. The communication with the hosts was easy and we felt very well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again.

Celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday with family and friends and what a find this home was for us! Absolutely beautiful and just like the pictures! Walking distance was super easy to lots of fun spots and only a short Uber ride to Broadway! Highly recommend and when we are back in Nashville we will be booking again!!!

This is a beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood the only thing I would say is the home has cameras in the backyard, driveway, and garage which is not a big deal I just have never stayed somewhere where that wasn’t listed in the description of the property

Wonderful house in a great location. We were here for daughter's wedding and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is well appointed and gorgeous inside. The property manager couldn't have been nicer. HIghly recommend!

The house was outstanding and we had enough room for 9 of us and also had privacy when needed. Would stay there again as it was in walking distance of shops and places to eat. It was a 15-20 min. Urber drive to DT Broadway. We all loved the house and had a great time!

Spacious home, very clean, nice neighborhood. We had five couples, and each couple had their own bedroom and bath, quite nice, and TVs as well; hard to find a place like this. Very comfy, memory beds in some bedrooms, all beds are comfortable. Nice patio area, plenty of chairs and room to spread out. Plenty of place to park cars, we had four. Uber rides to 2nd and Broad were about $20 one way, more costly at night but not bad. We all definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again. Communication with Ann was great! You won't be sorry if you book this lovely home.

This 5 br/5 ba is perfect for a large family or group. With several common areas, there’s space for everyone. The outdoor patio can accommodate all, for lounging and dining.

Thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us. So comfortable and plenty of room inside and out to sit and visit with longtime friends. Would highly recommend this home. Neighborhood was also fantastic. The owners were very helpful and got back with us with any questions we had.

Beautiful, spacious home conveniently located to all of Nashville. Well stocked with all you need. Lots of room for a large group with each room having its own full bath. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We all loved the house: however, the shower in the master bedroom was out of order due to the remodeling was not done in time for our stay. It was somewhat of an inconvenience, since we were expecting 5 full baths. We had plenty of room for our cooking and games. We enjoyed our time in Nashville

My husband and I along with our 4 adult children and their significant others stayed at the Hillsboro property for a wedding weekend. The house is amazing, we had plenty of room, and very well appointed with all we needed. The location is perfect - walkable to Hillsboro village and a short Uber ride to Broadway. Larry was an amazing host. If we ever get the opportunity, we will definite stay at this property again.

The house was more than we expected. A quiet neighborhood but close enough to the hustle of Downtown Nashville. Park the cars and take advantage of Uber rides to town average around 15 bucks. Walk to Biscuit Love for breakfast 15 minutes.... highly recommend it!
