The house was beautiful. Michael our host was very informative and nice. House is in a very safe neighborhood. Convenient to all the restaurant and beaches. I would highly recommend this home. We will be back in the future.

The owners present a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood that is minutes away (literally!) from all the action - including some of the best beaches and snorkeling we have seen in the Caribbean. Comfortable, squeaky clean with all the comforts of home and a lovely pool to relax in at the end of the day. Can’t say enough about the location - Noord is clearly one of the best neighborhoods on the island and with Arashi and Boca Catalina (best for snorkeling) just minutes away, you simply can’t go wrong. If the “strip” is your scene, likewise minutes away, with the equally stunning Palm and Eagle beaches…there is everything you could possibly want on an upscale Caribbean vacation! Highly recommended!!

This was our 7th visit to Aruba. We bought a timeshare 20 years ago and started our trip there but it wasn’t as great as we remembered. We decided to move to Villa Chuchubi on day 2 and we were so glad we did! It was a beautiful property with every amenity we could imagine. We love being able to use the beach chairs and go to the beach each day. We can’t wait to go back!

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities you can imagine! Our family enjoyed an evening cooking out on the patio and watching the amazing sky as the sunset. Sue the owner was super easy to communicate with and answered all our questions before we arrived. Randolph was there at the property to help us out with any of our needs during our stay. We just got back from Aruba at the end of May and we could not have been happier with our stay. Villa ChuChubi is absolutely stunning and we’re glad we could call this place home for a week. The location was great for us being away from the high rise hotels, but not too far away if you wanted to visit the shops or eat on the Palm Beach strip. We traveled with my wife, one-year-old daughter, myself and one set of grandparents. The villa itself is lovely however, it is not baby proofed, so if traveling with children make sure to bring outlet covers and consider taking pictures and rearranging some things for the duration of your stay. Outside the villa, the flora surrounding the house and the patio is as beautiful as the rest of the island. The pool makes for a refreshing cool down and has gentle steps as well as a bench however, there is no hand rail for handicap accessibility. The patio was lovely for breakfast and a book in the morning or at night. There are drying racks for clothes in the laundry room which was great for our bathing suits and beach towels. There’s a utility box by the pool that has four lawn chairs, a bunch of pool noodles, some older goggles and snorkel as well as children’s sand castle toys free to use during the stay. In summary, I would hands-down stay here again. If you’re looking for a lovely place in a quieter and more residential area, this villa has it all!

My guests and I had a wonderful time in the fabulous home. We ate in each evening and found this home perfectly equipped for cooking at home and family travel. At all times, we felt perfectly safe and found communication with the owners and managers to be excellent. This home is exactly as advertised. We hope to return next year.

So from start to finish everything was awesome. The owner’s were wonderful. I would message them and respond immediately. The property manager came and showed us around house. And the house is gorgeous from the kitchen till the pool. I can not say enough about how comfortable this house is. I will be back for sure.

The house was clean and spacious. However, the neighborhood left much to be desired. There are feral dogs everywhere. A member of our group was bitten during a walk and required emergency room treatment. The pool area was lovely but was infested with these nasty little ants that had a vicious bite. Supposedly the property owner has pest control in regularly but the treatment is inadequate. There were four adults staying in this 3 bedroom 2 bath home and when the four of us were getting ready to go out at night, there was not adequate hot water for everyone to get a satisfactory shower. It didn’t get ice cold, but it didn’t stay hot enough.

We had a great time celebrating our 60th birthdays here in Aruba. The house is comfortable, clean and secure. Days were spent exploring the island and beaches , afternoons out by the pool. A perfect combination. You will need a car and/or taxi money. Easy access to Boca Catalina and Palm beach area. We found plenty of fish snorkeling and a few turtles. The house is close to the golf course.

Villa Chuchubi is everything it is described to be and more. The property is immaculate and offers all the amenities you could possibly need! The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and renovated, living room furniture so comfy, and the pool and outdoor terrace magnificent. Sue was super responsive to every question we had and very helpful! The location is awesome. Close to the main strip as well as so many spectacular beaches. Our stay at this villa was pretty much perfect. Highly recommended!!

Villa Chuchubi was the perfect vacation home for my husband and I plus our two college kids. Our favorite part of the house was the backyard. It’s private and quiet. We loved spending mornings by the pool drinking coffee and listening to all the birds. We also enjoyed eating meals on the covered patio next to the kitchen and watching movies in the cozy family room. Nicely done modern bathrooms too. The entire home is clean and comfortable. The home’s location in Noord makes it super convenient to get to beautiful beaches (loved Arashi, the closest one), tons of restaurants (including nearby Faro Blanco by the lighthouse and Eduardo’s Hideaway for smoothie bowls) and other sightseeing spots. Both the owner and the property manager were responsive and helpful with suggestions to fully enjoy the house and the island. This was our first trip to Aruba and it exceeded all of our expectations. We can’t wait to go back!

Lovely villa but no place to get away from the bugs so dining outdoors is difficult. Although it is nice to have security on the property, it is a bit creepy that cameras are located in the backyard and therefore not much privacy. Kitchen was well equipped, lots of towels provided, comfortable beds, large bathrooms, large master closet, nice grounds, bbq worked great, great location, pool was cleaned every few days and the a/c was nice to have in every room!

This house is amazing. The home is beautiful and is stocked with EVERYTHING you will need. The location is perfect as well, 5 minutes to the palm beach area where all the shopping and restaurants are. When pulling up to the house at night it is beautifully lite up as well. But the best part of this property is the outdoor/pool area. There is sun all day long, a lot of other property’s are only sunny a few hours and then shady most of the day due to small backyards and houses right next to you. The covered outdoor patio is where we would eat lunch that we cooked on the bbq grill. The living room furniture is soooo comfortable and has usb ports too. There is also an alarm so it makes you feel safe when leaving the house that no one will break in and steal your stuff (not that it’s in a bad area, it’s not, it’s just nice to have!) The owners and property manager are super responsive and very nice. You will not be disappointed in this property!

My wife and I chose Aruba and this property for our honeymoon. Property was exactly as advertised. Owners very very prompt and welcoming with all communication, and the property managers took care of anything we requested in a fast abd courteous manner. Would definitely book with them again should our travel plans take us to Aruba again in the future. Excellent experience overall.

The property was beautiful, exactly as described, the property manager was a compete saint. The location looked a little sketchy to us a first but as we came to know the area better it was safe.

We had never stayed at this property before but we were extremely happy with this visit. Just about every amenity you might want was provided. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time and Owner Sue was most helpful and very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay there again!

This property is set in a quiet little neighborhood close to everything. One of our favorite vacation rentals! The grounds are so pretty! The pool is awesome too! It felt very safe in this home. Arashi beach(5 min from house) was our favorite beach! Baby beach is also a sweet spot! Especially for snorkeling. Zeerovers for fresh fish was excellent! The communication between owner, Julie the property manager and us was good! Ty for helping to make this a positive experience!

The property owners, Paul & Sue were very helpful with making suggestions and answering questions. They have amazing taste as Villa Chuchubi is such a beautifully decorated home that met all of our vacationing needs. The pool was great and the showers were amazing! Julie, our property manager was also amazing and helped us with anything that we needed for our stay! We hope that we can return to Aruba and stay at Villa Chuchubi again in the future!

The landscaping makes you feel like you have your own tropical paradise, the pool is beautiful, and there’s no shortage of really nice quality outdoor seating to choose from. You will see a lot of birds, lizards, geckos, and iguanas which we absolutely loved. The inside of the home is beautiful. The kitchen is really nice and is fully stocked with everything you’d need to prepare a meal. The living room furniture is so comfortable that we are going to try and find it locally so we can have it in our home. The bed is nice and cozy. The air conditioners in each room work nicely, but you also have the option to open up the home and enjoy the Aruban breeze. Every amenity that you need or want is provided for you (a washer and dryer, outdoor grill, coolers, beach chairs, floats, beach towels, hair dryer, etc.). Also, Julie, the property manager is wonderful and makes the check-in and check-out process very easy. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that we absolutely loved the home and everything it has to offer, and we can’t wait to return!

We had the most WONDERFUL time ❤️ the house was absolutely amazing. At night we enjoyed the family room and watched movies and ate popcorn. Also taught our oldest how to play dominoes. In the day ventured out to as many beaches as we could (all offering so many different things). But always wanting to come “home” and relax by the pool, take lazy naps, and walk around to see all the vendors around Palm. We met so many nice people (including house manager, Julie!!) Our girls enjoyed watching the lizards on the patios, listening to the beautiful birds, and enjoying those trade winds. We were so glad to be back in Aruba. This was our youngest first time there and our oldest 3rd time and both just adored the vacation. We made lots of amazing memories. Even went to Philips and the Butterfly garden 🦋. Everything is in working order. Greatly appreciated the high chair and crib!! The master bath is gorgeous!! We even took pictures to one day redo ours to mimic it. We couldn’t ask for a better home away from home.
