Me and my family had such a great stay at this home in pensacola! It was about 3 minutes from town. The beach is a hop skip and jump accross the street and has bay views!! Game room was so fun. What surprised me and my family the most was how spacious this home actually is! The pictures dont do it justice at all and almost all of the rooms have been updated (I reccomend updated pictures and showing more of the layout as its way better than we thought) the 3 suites were amazing for my large family!! Only thing I thought was missing from the house was some type of vacuum as the type of flooring in the house collects sand badly and it was hard to sweep with the broom provided. I did let owner know and he stated he would get one for the home! The room closest to the front door with two twins stayed a bit hot even with 2 fans going. Other than that it was a great home and i truly hope to book again!!.

Huge home plenty space for everyone. We had a few maintenance issues and they took care of them. The owner came to pay a personal visit the evening of our arrival and gave us every detail on the property and area. He hung around about an hour. The other owner did the repairs. He came later than we expected (9pm) but was very friendly. The home is spacious and was perfect for us. I will say the Bay Area was disappointing as far as swimming, it’s just big enough to put a boat in, that’s it. It’s nothing against the house, but wanted to mention it so future guests will know what to expect. The gulf across the way is amazing, however. The owner Dave is friendly and prompt for communication. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained and young adults as well. It was a great week at this home.

Lots of space with ample beds and bathrooms. Large room sizes. Entertainment room good sized with lots to do for pre-teens, teens, as well as adults. Great refrigerator space. Nice pool with great patio space. Super location.

The property fit our needs perfectly. Lots of space and amenities. The game room was great and used everyday for pool and ping pong matches. The heated pool was a great bonus as the weather was a bit chilly during our trip. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our team. Plenty of of beds, rooms, and bathrooms for everyone. It was very close to the ocean and the bay. Plenty of parking and our bus fit with room to spare. The host was there to greet us and checked in daily. Will return in the future!

We loved it,nice place lots of room not on the beach but close enough to walk. Had a couple minor issues they were fixed right away with no problem.

The property overall was nice. There were a few issues that were eventually addressed. The times of address were unconvienent and not very timely. They were nice people to deal with and had solid intentions. Overall even with the hassles a good 4 stars.

Booked property for our family Christmas with 19 people. Clean house, great location, LOTS of room. Owner is FANTASTIC! We had an issue with the refrigerator the first night and he personally came to fix it THAT NIGHT! Game room was a huge hit for all!
Definitely need to upgrade the beds/mattresses soon. Need rocking chair of some kind for families with babies. Will absolutely be back!

My wife and I are local to Pensacola, but our entire wedding party and their families were traveling in from out of town. The space fit us all comfortably and everything was very clean. I will be booking again should the group want to make it happen again. Its location made all the errands we had to do before the wedding very convenient.

Facilities were top rate, host attentive but not intrusive. Plenty of room for everyone, well equipped. Everything we needed for a good time. We recommend to anyone who wants to have a unique beach experience.

Our immediate and extended family, including kids - 8 months, 3 years, and 12 years - drove in from other states to have a beach vacation with those of us who live here in Pensacola. The house was absolutely everything we could have needed or wanted. It is spacious and well-equipped with every thing you need - everything. Dave was exceptional as a host, letting us know when the house was ready for check-in, meeting us to go over the specifics, and making sure the pool was heated so all my crazy family could swim in November. The location is great - a short drive to the 'busy' boardwalk area, and a 3 minute walk to the gulf, where we took family pictures :) It was the vacation to remember!

Arrived and was pleased to immediately recognize that this was just the place to accommodate the entire family. There was enough space for everyone to enjoy their privacy while they processed saying the final good bye to the matriarch of our family. There was plenty of room to also accommodate visitors and extended family after the burial to eat and visit and to share my mother in remembrance to everyone. Thank you for your kindness and use of your wonderful house.

Friends and relatives all stayed together for my daughters wedding. Ample space and great game room which got a lot of use. We ranged from 21-76 in ages and all had a great time. Had 20 people and never felt crowded. House is not brand new and could use a little TLC but overall it was perfect for what we needed for a week.

We have gone as a family on vacation for the last 13 years. In that time we have grown from 9 people to 18 people. There was PLENTY of room in this house for all of us! We were all able to spread out and even had two extra bedrooms. The game room was a huge hit with everyone. Short and easy walk to the beach from the house. Dave was great and knowledgeable of the area. Can’t wait to stay again.

Plenty of room for 4 generations of family to spread out! Something to keep all age groups busy. Short walk to the beach and steps to the sound. The pool and have porch kept everyone entertained.
The kitchen was well equipped and the extra fridge have plenty of room for drinks and leftovers.
We all found the beds very comfortable.
We’re always planning next year’s trip!

We had a great time together as a family. Dave was an attentive host and wanted to be sure we had what we needed. The pool was a wonderful asset when kids were napping and adults wanted to relax. The smaller kids liked the pool more than the ocean. It was the best of both worlds.

Wonderful, relaxing, accommodating amenities, total beach vibe!
There were 17 of us, including 2 wheelchair bound family members who were completely comfortable and had easy accessiblilty in this house!
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, shed of beach/pool toys to use, games, bikes, pool tables, gaming systems all that you could possibly think of! Best thing of all was it was a 5-10 minute stroll to the white sand, Gulf Beach!!
I would recommend bringing house slippers because of the beach sand, but that is about it!
Excellent communication with property owner, he did a complete walkthrough with us on arrival, gave us safety information and recommendations for the area! Much appreciated!

Our stay here was amazing! The house was incredible and just across the street from the beach. The students loved the game room and the pool a lot. We have marked this house for future trips our students loved it so much!

From the time we checked in till the time we checked out we had the best trip.
The photos do not do the home justice. It was nicer than expected. The layout was perfect.
Beds were comfortable, room layouts were awesome. Enough bathrooms for everyone.
The pool was refreshing and the walk to the beach was perfect. Highly recommend and will be back.

Dave and Tim were super hosts (readily available and very attentive, best hosts expereince we have had) they got in touch with us as we traveled to their home (helped us navigate the area) when we arrived we noticed the welcome basket and Dave personally welcomed us and give us a tour of the home when we arrived which was very helpful (those of you that VRBO often know how getting to know a big house takes time)...He equally gave us good tips on local dinning and location of key areas... the house was in a great location, beach was awesome. House was clean and well maintained... Family really enjoyed the pool and game room was a major hit for all.... Overall from host, house to location it was a great experience. See you again next year Dave!

This house was a great fit for our large extended family. We had 12 adults, 4 kids and 2 babies. Having 3 master bedrooms with their own space and a personal fridge was awesome. The game room and pool gave entertainment for all. A quick walk to the beach and the beaches were beautiful. We cooked almost all our meals here and appreciated the kitchen amenities and two fridges

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The walk to the beach is quick and easy even with small children. We unfortunately had rain almost every day during our stay, and the entertainment room with pool table and ping pong were a life saver keeping kids entertained. Likewise, the outdoor space was very nice for overflow and spreading out our large family. We had a few maintenance issues during our stay and Dave was very responsive and sent help immediately even though it was evening. We will be returning next year!

My family has been coming to Pensacola Beach for an annual family vacation for over 50 years. Initially staying at the now departed “Surf and Sand” cottages, then houses and condominiums. As our family of five has grown with spouses, grandchildren and now a spouse of a grandchild with a great grandchild on the way. This house allowed us to have room for all 14 family members attending this year. The house is well furnished and kept in excellent condition. Really set up well to appeal to all ages in the family, even our sole remaining teenager. Highly recommend.

My family had a wonderful time staying at Casa de Luna. Easy access to the beach, plenty of space for everyone in our group, an awesome pool that the kids of all ages loved and a well stocked kitchen to accommodate large numbers. Everyone enjoyed the game room amenities as well. Dave was so nice and gave us a bunch of information and tips to maximize our first vacation in Pensacola. We’ll definitely be back!

This was a great place for a multi-family group. Bedrooms accommodated families with kids along with nice rooms for the rest. Easy access and great rooms for those with physical limitations. Pool was great and clean! Easy walk to the Gulf and views of the Sound. Kitchen was well supplied. The game room gave everyone something to do inside in the evenings or when the weather kept us in. Dave was very helpful, quick to respond and very welcoming!

Although the property is showing some age, it is still very desirable for vacations. Dave was very helpful with his instructions and advise. The only problem we had was tripping two breakers, and a leak in dishwasher hose, but was both were quickly resolved. I would go back!

It seemed like the hosts were having a rough week getting everything organized amidst renovations to the property but the house was well cared for.

Dave was the perfect host! He went above and beyond to communicate and make sure we were happy with our stay. Dave was kind and easy to talk to. It was evident that he cares for his property and wants to give his renters the best quality of a stay. Very responsive to calls, texts, and emails. Again, A+ host! Our group of highschool students loved the game room and pool. The house is conveniently located close to the beach! Great house layout and it has so much room!! Thank you Dave!

There were 26 of us altogether for a week. The house was roomy enough that we could all find our own space for quiet time.
There were plenty of dishes, silverwarw and linens.
We loved the ice maker!
The location was great ! It was easy tovrun down town. We had several restaurants to choose from.
The beach was an easy walk away and it was beautiful.
We would go back again without a doubt.

The location was perfect. Near the beach. There weee 25 of us arriving from various places for our family Christmas. The house had everything we needed and provided plenty of space.
