This is a great location, the grounds at turtle bay are great, we would stay again now that we have a very good lay of the land.

The condo is in a great location if you want to be in the North Shore. Roy's Beach House is steps away and the kids enjoyed playing on the beach while the adults could hang at the Beach House. It is also nice to be able to walk and enjoy the dining at Turtle Bay Resort. Property manager was responsive. We all enjoyed the massage chair at the house after a long day. We didn't have the greatest weather but still enjoyed our stay. You are a short drive to all the food trucks.

This resort is very nice and the villas are convenient for doing things around the area. It's unfortunate we had rainy days for more than half our stay - not ideal beach vacation weather but we enjoyed the time with our grandchildren. It is nice that so many items are provided by the owner in the beach locker and correspondence with them went very well.

We came here as a family of 7. This place could not have been more perfect to fit our needs. We could see the ocean from the master and all of the common areas. We loved sitting on the patio and looking at the ocean. Everything that we needed was there. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas. If they were not there, we would have had to pay to rent them on the beach. The owner thought of everything. The biggest hit with the older members of our family was the massage chair! Thank you so much for a fabulous stay! We hope to return someday!

We had a wonderful time at this Turtle Bay property. It was advertised in the pictures and in the description. One hint don’t forget to go to the beach on the other side of the Turtle Bay resort. It is a bit of a hike but worth is for the clear smooth bay.

The property was amazing!!! Absolutely what my family was looking for in a VRBO :)
There were a couple “wish I woulda known”’s that I’d love to pass to next tenants.
NUMBER 1!!! The bus is FANTASTIC absolutely don’t need a rental car- just exact change.
NUMBER 2!!! Foodland going West on the island is considerably better and has alcohol choices.
NUMBER 3!!! Beach locker on first floor was a game changer! Once we found it lol! Umbrellas and chairs made the beach so much more enjoyable.
This place made our dream HI vacation trip a reality- thank you thank you!!!

Staying at this place was a dream come true! A beautiful location, easy to get around the island. The beach was lovely and calm. The pool for the villas was also just lovely. The restaurant on the beach was incredible to go have an afternoon cocktail with my friends. The property manager was great to talk to if I had any questions or concerns. A wonderful vacation!

Detailed info on getting into the unit, comfy, and clean. Perfect location on Oahu to avoid the crowds. My kids commented that they didn't see a souvenir store the entire vacation! My son loved the massage chair after long surfing sessions. Used the beach chairs once and the locker was full of all things you would need for the beach.

This condo was a wonderful place to explore the north shore. Many fun activities close by including the PCC, Kualoa ranch, Keana farms zip lining. Beautiful pool and beach views. The condo had everything we needed for a family of 7, kids, teenagers, and parents. Thank you for a great stay!

So much fun experiencing all the villas had to offer. So many incredible rainbows, beautiful sunrises, and stunning sunsets to enjoy. Beach play perfects for all 3 generations. The babies loved the sand and water. We enjoyed daily walks and play at sunrise at the beach. We loved all the North Shore locations we visited on both sides of this gorgeous island. The on-site staff were so courteous and helpful. We want to come back.

This property is very nice for families with great views all around. We had everything we needed in the unit and the massage chair is a definite plus. My only complaint is how heavily stained the sectional sofa was. I'm sure it's from families with children, but a bit discouraging to sit on not knowing what they stains were from. Other than that, great place overall.

I wanted a few days of downtime following lots of business travel and the next week of meetings. The property was adjacent to the Turtle Bay Hotel so you have the best of both worlds with a nice home to relax in and all the amenities of a beautiful and elevated hotel next door with fabulous restaurants and bars. Highly recommend for friends, couples or families. Communication with Frank was fantastic.

Great Location
My husband and our children aged 10, 8, and 6 enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was great to be right on the beach and next to the pool. The use of the activities closet was an added bonus so that we didn't have to buy or bring boogie boards, beach chairs or an umbrella. Having a use of a washer and dryer was an added bonus since we could pack clothes for half a week and just wash mid week so we had room in our suitcases for the goodies we brought back. The communication with the property manager was great.

There was definitely some wear and tear within the condo, and I was tempted to go around and clean up scuff marks on the walls. But the couch and beds were totally comfortable and linens were clean. Overall, a great stay and we’d be happy to return.

Turtle Bay is amazing!
The views and the location of this villa were perfect. Loved the pool and the safe bay to snorkel in. The seven of us fit comfortably. Lots to do and see in the area. A few issues with appliances that we resolved with manager. The area is more crowded and noisy then I would have liked, but a great place usually has a lot of people. Only one of the golf courses is open right now, but that saved us some money. I miss the sound of the ocean every night and the beauty of the area.
