Great little place. Perfect location. Safe neighborhood, with a very short walk to downtown. Noise was minimal. Codes were easy to use and the loft was exactly as pictured. Loft was clean and fresh. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were clean and we had enough for us. Shower was always hot. Garbage was easy enough to handle. If you need dark to sleep, you may want to bring a sleep mask. We loved the little coffee shop on the corner, Elegy. Honey bear cold brew is a must or a hot cortado. Head the other direction to see Helen and grab a souvenir from a Nashville local. Lucky Ba$tard Saloon on Broadway was our favorite place to hang. Martins BBQ is great food with an awesome vibe, but be sure to go sit upstairs! Wished we’d had some recommendations for local music listening, and no so party-bar atmospheres. Hall of fame was interesting, but I’d save the money and skip the audio.

I took my daughter to Nashville for her 21st birthday and found this little gem of a place to stay. It was less expensive than a hotel and we felt like it was more secure and quiet than a hotel. We didn’t hear a thing while in the loft! It’s perfectly set just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk anywhere you want to go. It was very clean and cozy. I highly recommend it!

Exceedingly cool place. Loved the lofts and being so close to Printers Alley, Broadway, and the Bridgestone Arena. All were easy walking distance. The place had a cool vibe about it and next time in Nashville that’s where I’ll be staying.

Perfect location, tour of Ryman, Country Music Hall of Fame, Broadway shopping and restaurants. Excellent service and food. Will be back. Prepare for lots of walking.

This property was as said in the description and very clean. It is minutes from all the activities and check in was simple. Definitely would stay here again.

Power strip between beds was plugged in but not working. Suggest owner add a Kurig coffee maker and stock a few Kurig cups. No cork screw for opening wine bottles.

Very close walk to Broadway and concert arenas. Beds were okay but expected to be not like home. I would recommend if wanting to be close to everything.

Booked because hotel block was fully booked up. Easy to get to, quiet, near Broadway, spacious.

Our visit went well. It was as advertised. The communication with the management company was superb as when we arrived there was no hair dryer. I contacted them and they had a new one at our door the next morning.

Everything was very clean. Tried to use oven and stove but they didn’t seem to work so we used microwave. We liked how easy it was to get to our room and parking garage. Could have used more light in the bathroom and shower. Even with the few things that I thought could be updated it was a great place to stay

Very cool apartment two blocks away from Broadway Street. Walls are kind of thin, which makes it easy to hear your neighbors, but that didn’t seem to be a problem for us. Make sure you realize there are two twin beds, although very comfortable. Might want to check out this complex’s own booking sight.

The loft was in an excellent location, walking distance to everything we were looking to do during our stay. The loft was a great size and very clean.

Great location. Super easy and convenient check-in/out process. Would 100% stay in any of these Music City Lofts. I stayed in this unit, but also spent some time in one of the 4 bed units, and it was just as great.

The location is perfect to downtown and Broadway. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. Loft was clean and quiet.

This property is located super close to everything Nashville has to offer. Just a short walk to anything you want to do. The space was clean and well kept and management was great to work with.

Pretty nice, could use a little sprucing up. A little house keeping tips: First you need towel hooks next to the shower. The first shower we had to put towel on the floor. Then we moved the chair into the bathroom to hang our towel on. Second there needs to be brighter lighting over the mirror. Third a full length mirror is a must for the ladies. There was no wine opener we had to buy one. There were no coffee filters we bought a whole pack and left them there. I also left an umbrella for the next guest. I gave you 5 stars because of the location. I would stay again. By the way I think the trash area is creepy and you should not have your guest go down there. Thanks Chris

We loved our stay in this little studio. It was perfect for two of us. We walked everywhere. Super close, but also also quiet. Everything was clean and well described in the Vrbo description. We felt safe and had no issues. Please note, the pathway to the basement trash is a little different. I suggest not doing this alone. My other suggestion for the owner is to add a second mirror- perhaps a full length in the laundry room. Again, we loved this studio and would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to couples wanting a great location. It was perfect for us. (We also pushed the beds together as mentioned by another reviewer.)

We had a blast! Everything was perfect! We left an unopened bottle of Red wine for the next people! I would recommend a few extra hooks to hang towels on in the bathroom and patch some of the places in the bathroom where it looks like there were possibly hooks at prior to. Overall it was cozy & perfect!

This location is excellent to get to all of the Music Row sites. We loved being able to walk everywhere. The building is clean and safe. We would stay here again.

The condo is in a great location to walk to the honky tonks and restaurants. It was easy to find with the instructions given. We had a great time!! We will stay here again :)
