The house and location are fantastic! Very clean and nicely kept and furnished! We appreciated that it was well stocked with towels and beach stuff and that there was a fan in each room and the kitchen is well stocked as well! However the address on the listing is wrong and it took us a long time to find where the house actually is located. Thank goodness someone in our group zoomed in on the picture of the house and could see the house number was 1413 and not 413 like it’s listed as on VRBO. Also, the dryer doesn’t dry well and takes a few rounds to get things dry things, especially towels.

Perfect home for a family getaway. Located steps away from the beach and conveniently stocked with all the essentials for a perfect vacation. House was clean and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend to others and would book here again. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Having the extra space to spread out compared to a condo was very nice. The walk to the beach was easy and very convenient. It made the trip feel more intimate. Everything needed for a great trip was provided at the house. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood.

First family vacation we had 11 family members eight adults three kids. The house was very comfortable for all of us. The air conditioner worked fabulous. The hot water was amazing. The house was fully stocked with everything you could ever need as far as kitchen goes tons of beach towels, etc. downstairs they had plenty of beach toys, wagons, umbrella, beach, chairs, etc. we had a fabulous vacation, thank you

House was in the perfect location just a super short walk to the beach. House has great beds, plenty of towels and kitchen is well stocked. The outdoor shower was used daily. The only issue is the upper loft does get hot, we had several fans upstairs and blinds would be great as there is no way to block the lights from downstairs or outside. I would book 100% again. The house was generously stocked with household items, spices and very comfy. Communication with Anne was always promptly returned.

Host was very attentive! We enjoyed the location being away from the hustle of Pensacola Beach center. The quick walk to the beach and having no issues finding a great spot to put up our tents was fantastic! I've never been a condo person nor wanting to sit right next to people on the beach so this house was perfect for us! The driveway is a little tight for bigger vehicles (we brought our expedition and my F-350) but they fit. Overall it was a great stay!

Lots of space and such a good location

This was a cute, comfy beach house with everything we needed for a great family vacation. The very quick walk to the beach is shorter than most beachfront resorts. Our older kids loved the loft & spiral staircase. Pet friendly and clean. Convenient location within a short drive to restaurants, grocery, and Ft. Pickens.

Very accommodating with the owner anticipating all the travelers needs to make the stay relaxing and joyful. Short walk to the beach and even though spring break the location allowed it not to fell like a spring break beach hangout. Views morning and being from the beach we’re beautiful. Sand, sun and water Caribbean in feel and sight.

We loved our stay at Blue Bungalow. Super close to the beach. Sun deck is a big plus. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Quiet neighborhood.

Had a great time with family staying at the beach. The house is very cute and worked well for our family especially since the kids had their own room away from everyone else they could hang out in and play games etc; made entertaining at the house a breeze. The deck is amazing and the location is great, just seconds to the beach. We had a couple minor maintenance issues at the house but the owner communicated well and we had the issues addressed promptly during the stay. I will say the house is decorated nicely and newly renovated in that sense, but the overall house is old and some things like a new water heater are probably needed (its older and on the small side if you are having more than four people stay at the house). The only odd thing about the house is there is no dining room table (there is plenty of seating outside on the deck and below and there is plenty of couch and other seating available but no big table inside). This isn't a big deal most of the time but we had a couple nights below freezing and that makes it tough to sit outside to eat dinner. Still, all of that was minor, we really appreciated the space and the time we got to spend together for Christmas.

The property provided us the location and housing needed for our month long consulting work on Pensacola Beach in a relaxing and peaceful environment.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Beautiful, uncrowded beach one block away. However, I observed roaches in master bath and kitchen. There was dust and dirt under sofas and beds. Kitchen faucet handle was loose and falling off and entry door was difficult to close and lock.

A wonderful place to stay with family for a beach getaway during Fall Break! The house was lovely, as described, and the location unbeatable! The house is a bit older, but kept up well. Loved all the towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, etc!

The proximity to the beach was great! The 2 full bedrooms downstairs were adequate. The loft room upstairs is great for the kids. They LOVED being up there and having "roommates"! There were plenty of towels both bath towels and even beach towels. We enjoyed our stay!

This place was heaven on earth!!! Great value and location. The owner is awesome to work with!!!

We had a great time at this property and could tell that some recent updates have been made! It was a good location with a quick walk to the beach and plenty of room to spread out amongst the other beachgoers. The house had plenty of towels for us to use without having to do laundry every other day. There are not really umbrellas or many beach toys and the chairs that are there are kind of heavy so you may want to bring your own. Lastly, the hosts were amazing. When an unexpected issue with the house occurred they were quick to act and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and were well compensated. Definitely recommend renting from the Richards’!

The property was exactly how it is described, perfect location within walking distance from the beach and the house was great for accommodating a large family with still giving everyone their own space. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy also. Anne was great to work with and easy to contact.

The place was spacious enough for our group of 11. The location was great with about a three minute walk to the beach. I loved the location. It’s very close to other beaches too so if you stay long enough you can venture out. I really liked that the house was equipped with beach chairs, toys, and even a beach wagon to help us load up for the beach along with other stuff for the beach. The water hose along along with the shower downstairs came in very handy. One more bath room would have made it much better since we had such a big group. The bed I slept in was not the most comfortable but not unbearable either. The kitchen had everything I needed and more. Anne suggested events happening in the area. That was nice and thoughtful.

This house was amazing. It was just steps from the beach and even though the weather did not cooperate with us for most of our stay they had everything needed for the beach except like a large umbrella or large tent.
