We stayed here with 3 couples, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Very nice layout, plenty of parking, and a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

We liked the set up, and it was very roomy on the inside. The only thing was the beds in the spare rooms were only doubles with a King in the master. My son is a little tall, so he was not very comfortable in the smaller beds. The windows in the dining room needed to be cleaned, and a few of windowns didn't open up. Besides that, we had a wonderful time and would love to go back again.

Was missing a few basic kitchen amenities that in non-covid times might not matter but otherwise well stocked. Would be nice if basics like shampoo and salt/pepper were provided but not a big issue.
It poured rain while we were there and the roof leaked a bit (put a pan to catch drops) but not a big problem either.

The living and dining rooms are lined with windows which take advantage of the natural light and ocean view. The house has 3 bedrooms. The master is large and includes a spa tub and gas burning fireplace. The second bedroom is adjacent to the master bedroom and faces the street. It has a queen bed and is very small with no dresser or luggage stand. The bath is outside the room and is very small. The bedroom would have benefited from a small chest of drawers perhaps in the closet. There were ants repeatedly in all 3 bathrooms. The living room fireplace is not set up with gas logs and instead has candles. We had a rainy day and would have appreciated a working gas fireplace. The dining room table is large and great for board games but the light above the table was too weak to see well. There were several light bulbs out in the house, including a crucial one in the ceiling above the dining room table. The 3rd bedroom was downstairs attached to a nice large family room. It was dark and chilly and our friends could find no source of heat. The barbecue wasn’t gas, which we are accustomed to. This house was perfect for our family wedding weekend. The downstairs was like a home to itself and was perfect for my son's family. Upstairs master and kitchen living room was amazing. Secondary bath upstairs is very small but it worked fine. Nice walking distance to the beach! Beautiful area. Perfect for our Easter Egg hunt too.

Great location, clean on arrival. Lots of extra towels, sheets, etc... and a coat rack which is always a plus! Close to beach, park, pool. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of space for this family of four to spread out. Good knife supply and overall kitchen supplies. The home needs some modest attention. Serious ant problem required that we keep all our food in the refrigerator, though the rental agency was prompt with delivering additional ant traps (and the agency was responsive overall). Little things were missing, such as laundry detergent (I've never been in a rental where there wasn't at least a little) and a kitchen sponge or washcloth. The oven had been neglected and required a repair when we were there, and a stove burner was also out. Though there is a nice electric fireplace in the bedroom, neither the jacuzzi tub or the two other fireplaces in the living rooms work, FYI. They also need to invest in a smart TV, which is basic for a home at this price point. wifi worked very well.

The home is clean,comfortable and positioned well overlooking the ocean! Scenic Coast property management is professional to work with. Only two suggestions: check for ants in the pantry and bring your own chopping board if you plan to cook alot like we did. I will recommend to friends/family.
