The views from our room were great! We really enjoyed the panoramic views of the beach and we were all very comfortable. The master bath is like a spa! It was very easy to communicate with the owner and she always responded promptly! Perfect week!

Condo is absolutley beautiful!

I have stayed here the last 5 years. This condo has everything needed for a beautiful vacation. This condo is very clean and well kept. The views are outstanding. This is the place to get away and relax so quiet nothing but the sound of the waves hitting the beach. Hope to go again next year! Thank you for sharing.

This was our second stay at this property and we will most likely do more! Everything was clean and stocked with a few new wonderful updates! Communication was perfect with super easy check in. We highly recommend this beautiful property except for when we want it again!

The condo is exactly as shown in photos. Booking and check in were problem free. Communications from property manager were helpful and timely. I'd definitely stay again!

Even with a lot of rain the views were amazing. Great property with thought given to things (both large and small) to help make your stay great. We would definitely stay again in the future!

This was our 2nd year staying at the West Penthouse, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first! The condo is luxurious and the views are phenomenal. The view of the sunsets are not to be missed. Laura is very responsive to any questions. We hope to stay there again next year!

Upon checking in saw pots and pans dirty and aged. Bed my husband and I slept in had cylinder blocks and wood holding mattress up, my husband is in a wheelchair made for extremely nervous time getting him on the bed. Keep in mind the owner did state if problem let her know.. But our thoughts were we were there only a week, we ate out. A lot notes left in rrooms, something we weren’t use too but abided by them. Also recliners were broke!! In short the many issues were easily noticed to where owner could had things updated and replaced.When going on vacation paying the price we did we aren’t expecting perfection but this was not what was expected in our stay.

Perfect condo for the whole family. Amazing Views! Great location. Grocery stores were close by. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely breathtaking! We loved the Penthouse and all of its amenities!

Plenty of room for 4 adults and a 3 and 7 year old...the beach toys, beach towels and chairs were a welcomed addition...the kitchen lacked for nothing...be sure and walk the pier to see the sea turtles and other marine life...was awesome for the children...owner replied immediately with any questions and issues...hope to return next year...thank you for sharing your home with us...

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the amazing views of the beach from our condo! The condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a memorable stay! Highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit the Emerald Coast!

The property was amazing! Easy access to beach and pool. Beautiful accommodations with a beautiful view of the ocean and bay with two balconies. The kitchen was beautiful and every bedroom was spacious! It was a perfect place for our growing family!

The pictures absolutely do NOT do 1803 justice. When we walked in and saw nothing but gorgeous ocean views from the floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen and living room, we were speechless. Then to wake up in my Master Bedroom and be able to look out of those same huge windows in that room and see the ocean from bed, just wow!! We came with my children and their families to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary and can honestly say there wasn’t anything we lacked. From the games, to the bunk beds, everything was perfect for what we needed. Our host was so sweet, you will NOT regret staying here!! We are ready to come back…

This condo will take your breath away upon entering it. It truly has amazing views and bring your binoculars. We saw sea turtles, manatees, dolphins, sting rays, pelican fly by’s, and the blue angels flying by one night. Several planes. Views as far as you can see. The best seat in the house was the master bedroom rocking chairs in my opinion. Everything there we needed to cook, bake a cake for our daughter in law’s birthday, Belgian waffles and French toast for breakfast. Everything we needed was in one kitchen or the other. The master bath was luxurious and the other two bedroom and bathrooms were also accommodating. The wash and dryer came in handy to go home with clean clothes. I had immediate response from owners when I contacted them for anything. There is plenty to do in Pensacola and Destin and relax, relax, relax in this beautiful condominium. First time I had ever been to Navarre Beach and this Condo made the trip o e of the best we have ever had. The beach is beautiful, views from condo are breath taking. Laura the host was very responsive. Check in and check out are easy. The kitchen is well equipped. My family made many memories and are hoping to cime back again.

Our multi-generational family has been vacationing on the Emerald Coast for several years but this was our first time in Navarre Beach. FL's best kept secret for sure & our fave, by far! And the Penthouse made it even more special! The photos do NOT do it justice! The views are absolutely spectacular and the care & attention to detail are top notch! The kitchen is more than well-equiped (I didn't even mind cooking on vacation!), we appreciated the closet of beach toys, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the new master bath is like your own private spa. Laura, the host, was easy to communicate with and always very prompt in reply. Our family is already dreaming about returning next year!

This property is fabulous! There were three adults and more than enough room. The views are spectacular! At first I was hesitant to reserve a room on the 18th floor because I usually stay closer to the water, but the views from the 18th floor are amazing and unobstructed! The condo provides anything and everything you may need during your stay (to include beach toys and towels). Additionally, communication with the owner is very fast and they seem very attentive to your needs. I highly recommend staying in this condo.

Really a beautiful place! Best views on the beach. The kitchen is stocked very well and all our needs were met when preparing big meals for the family. The entire unit shows love and care. You won't be disappointed.

The title says it all. That view is incredible!! I have to admit I was a bit worried about being 18 floors up in a high rise condo. This Penthouse condo is solid! We never once felt worried with wind or rain! The beach below is pristine and just beautiful to sit and people watch. The waves were always a bit rougher so no dolphins, sharks or sea turtles but next time we will! If you like to shell you will have to go elsewhere. It’s a busy beach and lots of skilled shellers walking before sunrise. Our host was amazing. We had lots of information before arrival and when the condo was ready. Our code wouldn’t work but she was on it immediately!! 5 Star!! My only suggestions is for the room I had. The Mother in law quarters. Toilet handle had issues about flushing but still worked. I know things wear out and corrode so nothing bad. The kitchen has a toaster oven that needs to be tossed. We didn’t even want to touch it 😂😂😂 Definitely stay here and relax. Just don’t when we want to come back!! 😂😂 Rules are common sense so respect their property. Neighbors are awesome in the building. Respect them too! They have invested a lot of money to live in paradise. I also arrived a day early and our host recommended the hotel next door. She was right. Another property that knows how to take care of their guests. Shopping in Navarre is nice. Cactus Flower is good for Mexican and Island Style to shop in the same complex. Explore. Go find the sailboat that’s beached!

This property is fantastic! The views are almost too great to describe! Everything in the condo is even better than described in the listing. We have been using VRBO for years and this owner had the best and easiest communication and check in ever! We will be back!

This is one of the very best condos I have stayed in. There is nothing better 3rd time rental of this beautiful place. Always a pleasure from the moment of booking.

My wife planned our vacation a year out and couldn’t wait for us to finally arrive. I feared it wouldn’t live up to the image in her head but it did! And then Some! Everything was very easy from booking to checkout. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had and no attention to detail in the condo was left un noticed. My wife is already looking at something for next year and said we’re going to have to book here again as nothing else she finds lives up to it. It also definitely has the best view on the beach. 😊

My wife and I stayed there with another couple and we got spoiled by the spectacular views enhanced by the high ceilings and large windows of the beautiful spacious condo! We stayed for a week in early November and the weather was perfect (highs in the upper 70's and low 80's). We saw incredible sunsets and sunrises every day. The location was perfect and Laura was excellent with communication.
