Beautiful house with beautiful view. Easy and enjoyable experience

This house is beautiful with a gorgeous kitchen and very comfortable rooms. You can see the Lake and Heavenly right out the front window. Very quiet. To be noted it's on a very steep hill so I wouldn't let your kids outside to play/sled. There's a park very close by. We were a little disappointed with the hot tub, it didn't get hot the first night until after 10pm which is when you can't use it. We were supposed to be there only two nights so that was frustrating. It was one of the main reasons we loved the place. Also the kitchen is gorgeous, however is not that well stocked. There aren't any spices, which is fine, but there also isn't a ton of cookware if you're big into cooking. Organized, but very basic. Good food nearby.

This house is beautiful and has an amazing view. The appliances are modern and high end, the beds are amazingly comfortable, and the hot tub has the absolute best view! They even have child safety gates which was a pleasant surprise for our family. Highly recommend!

Duggan’s place is beautiful. It overlooks lake tahoe from the entire living room. The deck and jacuzzi add more color to this place. Things work as expected. Just one area for improvement would be, the top bedroom can get too hot.

Incredibly impressed with the house, including cleanliness, comfort and condition of the overall property. Was in a perfect location with an incredible view of the lake. And communication was outstanding with Duggan to include all of the information posted about the house. Could not have asked for a better house for our guys getaway. Thanks and hope to come back!

Amazing home with a view that is even better in person than pictured. Really well renovated inside and plenty of room for a large family/groups of friends. Can’t wait to come back again!

This modern, super clean home was everything me, my friends, and our husbands could have asked for! There was plenty of room for 3 couples, amenities galore (including all Viking appliances in the kitchen and a washer and dryer), and a view of the lake that was beyond amazing. Our trip was like a dream, thanks in no small part to this house. The owner was very responsive when I had a couple of questions and there was virtually nothing we needed that wasn't already there, including soap, shampoo, plenty of wine glasses, dishes, and every cooking gadget you can think of (including cookbooks!). The hot tub was sparkling clean. I would rent it again in a minute, and we hope to go back to South Lake Tahoe in the summer again sometime soon!

Absolutely amazing views. Only 1 mile from the ski lift and a few minutes from town. We couldn't have found a better place for our family. The house had everything we needed.

We enjoyed spending our Christmas at this property! The views are stunning and the house was everything the owner said it would be! The owner answered all of our questions very quickly andwas very helpful! We will definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay at this home. The view of the lake is beautiful while sitting in the hot tub. Very easy access to everything!

We stayed over labor day weekend. The house was nice but hot. There were only small windows on the side of the house that opened. The front of the house which had a beautiful view was all glass and only the sliding glass door opened for ventilation. Complicating the matter the neighbors and home owner want it very quiet. There are many signs up to keep the noise down and close the windows. Thus turning the place into a hot house. No one slept very well due to the heat. It was a nice property and would probably be better in the cooler months.

Very much enjoyed this house. We had 4 couples and 2 children and there was plenty of room. House is conveniently located, yet not to close so it is a quiet and relaxing location. Would defiantly recommend!

Really enjoyed the view of Lake Tahoe from the deck, but had a few hiccups with the property. Several lights were out, mainly the one inside the front door. The TV remotes were not in the right rooms, some were missing batteries, one was found under a guest bed. That made it difficult to enjoy the downtime. The refrigerator needs a recharge, as it didn't get cold despite being set on coldest. The downstairs shower never really got hot, either. The cleaning crew did an okay job, but left a bag of garbage in the home. Overall, it just didn't seem well-maintained... as a landlord myself, I would have had someone inspect these items, as it's not a single item, but several.

Our group had an amazing time at this spacious, cozy home! The views from the deck are absolutely incredible and the home itself is very well located to activities in both NV and CA. We hope to be back!

The house was close to all the attractions and had an amazing view of the lake.

The view with the mountain on one side and the lake on the other is breathtaking. The decor was very fitting for a ski house. We had 8 people total and even though many of us shared a bed together, we never felt cramped in this house. The casinos and the dinner spots were all within a short Uber ride away. The jacuzzi was huge and I believe we were able to squeeze all 8 of us in there at once. Thank you for helping make our Tahoe getaway such an enjoyable time!

This house is perfect for relaxing and taking in a seriously amazing view of Lake Tahoe. I couldn't sit on the deck enough. Beyond that the rooms are comfortable and well spaced out. I especially like the seclusion and "cottage" like feel of the master bedroom. And did I mention the view?! You can see and enjoy it from the kitchen while you cook, and the dining table while you eat. My kids were happy wandering around the mountainside yard. The house is well equipped with everything you could need to cook, and have fun. Heavenly is right down the street and so is access to all major necessities, including the grocery store, casino's, and of course the lake. I would stay here forever if I could. I recommend this house to small families, couples, friends, and basically anyone wanting to feel like they are staying in the forest but still close to comforts and fun.

The house was so cute! This vacation was for my family, out first vacation together! The kids loves the hot tub! The view was great. There was more than enough space fore everyone, it was close to the lake and other attractions. We enjoyed our time so much, it really made our stay in Lake Tahoe exceptional!
