We enjoyed our stay at Regency Cabanas Townhome. The home was very comfortable. We had everything we needed here. It was very well stocked. The owner's communication with us was outstanding from check in to check out. He gave us excellent instructions for things in his home. When I had a question, he answered me immediately. We were very close to the beautiful beach and pools. We loved our vacation at Pensacola Beach and will return. Thank you. Tom and Lorna

This is a great property and we absolutely recommend. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen and dining space are perfect for family meals, but the property is close to restaurants for dining out, too. The beach is just steps away, and the property has two very nice pools. The area is safe and quiet.

This place has everything you would need for a family. There were toys, puzzles, games, books, pack n plays, pool and beach equipment. Property and location are both very nice, secluded and away from the busy main area but a 5 minute drive or trolley ride away. We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Would stay again.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very prompt with everything. Home was exactly as presented on the listing. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and spacious and it was a quick walk to the beach. The complex was quiet and the beach was not crowded at all, we went the week of Memorial Day. The owner was very easy to work with and always responded quickly to any questions we had.

We enjoyed our vacation, the townhouse had everything we needed for our stay. If you have children they even have toys, books, puzzles for them to enjoy. The pool was nice , besides the ducks that seemed to want to enjoy it too. The beach was gorgeous and the short walk wasn’t too bad either. We definitely would stay again.

This is a great location for a family! Only a short walk to the beach right outside the gate, and condo was prefect size for our family of 6 staying. It was Well kept and had everything we needed for our stay. Also had several beach ideas in the garage for use! Only 15-20 mins from Fort Pickens and about 30 mins from NAS which has a great free museum. We did both while there on the couple overcast days and really enjoyed it! The Owner Thomas was responsive and easy to connect with. We Highly recommend this place and location!

Nice property. well situated to do beach activities. sleeping arrangements were fine although if you have a fifth adult the kids room sleeping will be kinda tight. Oven and grill could have been cleaner but overall we enjoyed our stay.

This condo was big, setup well, and in a good spot close to beach access and just outside of the crowds of Pensacola Beach.
The master bedroom suite had a huge closet and bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The other bedrooms gave plenty of space for our group of 5. There aren’t a ton of luxuries or frills here, but the place was clean enough, most things worked well, and space was sufficient for us at a good price. Thomas the owner was also easy to work with.

Our family lives nearby and decided to have a staycation at the beach. The townhome was everything and more than the description on the app. The pool is literally a 30 second walk from the condo. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. My grandson was thrilled that the children's room had toys. There was plenty of beach toys provided for him to play with. I usually have to buy so many basic items when renting beach condos. Everything was supplied here...trash bags, toilet paper, spices, etc. The communication with Thomas was fantastic. He was prompt answering all questions. We will definitely be staying here again!

This property was in an amazing location; so close to the beach and a short drive to restaurants. The house had everything we needed including plenty of toys to keep the kids busy.

This property was exactly how it appeared on the listing. It was just a short walk to the beach and the location was perfect for our family. It was also nice to be able to take the kids to the pool instead of the beach on the cooler temperature days. The property owner/manager went above and beyond to reach out to us ahead of our stay and provide and in-depth explanation of the check in process and instructions on the door locks. All in all, it was a great stay and we would definitely rent this property again if we are ever planning to return to Pensacola Beach!

Very clean, updated and comfortable town house. The beds were very comfortable and a short walk to the beach. Very family friendly, with toys and 2 pack n plays. Bring a beach wagon if needed, but beach toys and chairs available. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice and relaxing location and unit.

My family and I decided to take a quick trip to Pensacola. Thomas was very informative on items in the Condo and with the check out process. He also checked in with us on how our trip was going, on or about when we would be there, and even offered an early check in if we needed. It was conveniently located with a short walk to the beach. There were multiple options to choose from of items to take to the beach and the winding staircase out back to the pool was great. We would definitely stay at this property again!

This unit has everything you could possibly need for a family vacation! Our kids loved the bunk beds and having a tv in their room. All cookware and kitchen utensils made meals a breeze. The oversized garage provided a place for both vehicles and even allowed for our kids to have a place to play when it was raining. Less than 100yds to the beach with access to two awesome pools too! We love the properties at Regency and we will definitely be back.

We had a great experience here! The property is perfect for multiple families staying together. Walking distance from a beach, right next to two pools, and around the corner from the Trolly. The place was perfectly stocked with all the utilities we needed to cook at the house and even toys to keep the littles occupied.

Great communication with the host/owner. Very easy access to the beach. A/C was definitely a problem. We rented 2 condos in this complex. We visited the other one to cool off. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and great Condo
This condo was everything that the listing says it is and more. The location on the beach was great and not crowded. There are 2 pools on the property. One in front of the condo and one behind. Very short walk to pool. We traveled with 2 adults, 2 teenager and 2 small children and the condo was perfect for all 6 of us. It was great having beach and pool toys there already and not having to pack beach towels. I will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend!!

Everything you need!
This property was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. The kitchen was stocked with every kitchen appliance needed for preparing food. All you need to bring are your groceries. The condo was stocked with games, toys, beach & pool equipment, and pack & plays in the upstairs bedrooms. The laundry room was stocked with detergent and had a large deep sink for rinsing out sand from swimwear. The owner, Thomas Ogg, was nice, attentive and helpful. Communication was quick and easy. My family and I will be returning.

Great Place, Great Beach, Great Host
This was the perfect place for my family to take our beach vacation! We were blown away by the property. It was much larger than we expected and our kids loved the bunk beds so much. The beach was not crowded during our stay which made it a great place to spend time together as a family. Thomas was great as well. He communicates consistently and is very helpful from beginning to end. Thanks for a great vacation!
