Peaceful, safe,perfect location to anywhere we chose to go. 100 *s, priced very well. Will definitely stay there every time I go to Santa Fe

The kitchen needs a dishwasher. Other than that, everything was excellent. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, lovely linens and showers. Lovely outdoor space. Well situated for touring. The owner was most accommodating.

This was a wonderful home! The location was very accessible to the Plaza area and other sites in Old Santa Fe. The owner was very good to check in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor space was very inviting! Beds were comfortable. The home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms as well as a loft area. We highly recommend this home for all travelers to Santa Fe!

The owner was most attentive and considerate. We were all impressed by his care and concern for us. This was a very convenient location and well stocked with towels, good beds, and a nice backyard. We would use it again

We chose this location for our trip to the Albuquerque Balloon Festival. Floors are super creaky so it's hard to walk quietly after others have gone to bed. A few of the doors stick really bad. The big chefs knives are extremely dull, but we just used smaller ones for cutting vegetables. A few of the kitchen chairs feel like they're falling apart when you sit in them. Most of the windows in the house do not open. Other than those minor issues, the overall stay was really great! House is conveniently located just a few miles from the highway, and there's a grocery store less than a mile away. Really nice backyard area for hanging out. Beds are comfortable! There ARE a steep set of stairs leading to an upstairs area, but there is a door that separates that area from the main living area that can be closed and locked (for those with small children). Jerome, the owner, is really great with communication....before, during, and after the stay! I would definitely recommend!

Spent 5 days in this Santa Fe property on an old girlfriends trip and it was just as described. The owners took meticulous care in stocking the home with everything you need and it was clean. Wait until you try the towels!!! All the linens seemed new and top notch. Lovely patio are in the back.

Owners went to great lengths to make guests comfortable. Small kitchen had loads of dishes, etc. Great backyard to lounge in. Great walking neighborhood. Quirky house and neighborhood close to everything and GREAT dog park very close by.

Good location- close to downtown Santa Fe. Jerome was very attentive and quick to address the 2 issues we had. He also had a cooler waiting for us so we had a way to keep drinks/snacks cool on our day trips

Very clean very quaint house with plenty of space for our family of 6 and a lot less expensive that what we've paid for similar properties further out of town in Santa Fe. Will definitely use again if available on our next trip to Santa Fe.

1. Safe, amazingly quiet location. 2. Walking distance to large grocery and other businesses in shopping center. 3. As close to downtown as you can be without being downtown. 4. Owners were so helpful and considerate. 5. Very spacious home. Small kitchen but functional. We mostly made small meals or ordered in. Will absolutely be staying here again.

Very clean. Jerome was proactive with communication. Came with family for wedding. Many activities and restaurant recommendations were organized for our use. Neighborhood was quiet and sidewalks all around for easy walking.

What an awesome place to stay!! Jerome met us at the house and showed everything and then checked on us the next day as well. Place was perfect for us. We were two couples and the house gave us the chance to spread out and not be on top of each other. Highly recommend this rental!!!

The houde was everything we expected. Very easy access to downtown Santa fe and routes to surrounding excursions. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy some private time when needed. Having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a big plus. The host was excellent to work with & stayed in touch to make sure all was well. Would recommend to others seeking a spacious location in Santa fe. Lovely outdoor space as well.

This property was in a great location, right by a bunch of grocery stores and not far from downtown. The property itself was very clean and the backyard was perfect for a family dinner and some smores. We will definitely look into staying again net year.

Our family loved the time we spent in this home in Santa Fe. So many good things to say, it's hard to know where to start. I think the best part is the location. The house is just a mile and a half from the Plaza - a quick drive, or a pleasant bike ride. But it's also on the edge of town, which means lovely hiking just two blocks away. The house itself is charming and comfortable. It is decorated in classic New Mexico style, with just enough art work to be attractive but not so much that we had to worry about the kids accidentally breaking things. We had 7 people staying here. Our core family of 5 was in the house for most of the summer, but we had relatives come visit for up to a week at a time, bringing the numbers to 7. Our teenage son took over the loft upstairs, and was very happy with the spacious area, a good desk, and a pull-out sofa that I would not have wanted to sleep on but he was quite comfortable there. That left the four bedrooms on the main floor for the rest of the family and guests, so plenty of space. We especially appreciated the yard furniture, and ate many of our meals outside. Also the games and children's books. And the cooling system made the main floor very pleasant all summer (the upstairs loft does not get cool, but it was comfortable enough with a fan.) Finally, the owner, Jerome, was a warm and welcoming host, and very responsive. For example, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and even a coffee machine and blender. But we found early on that the blender was broken. We mentioned it to him, and he immediately replaced it (though, really, he was not under any obligation to provide a blender in a rental home!). He was similarly responsive with other minor things that came up during our 7 week stay. When we left, we accidentally left a pile of clothes in one of the closets. He sent a pic to confirm they were ours, and then went to the effort of boxing them up and shipping to us. All in all, it was a wonderful summer and we hope to come back to stay in this house again!

Jerome, the property manager/owner is the BEST!--very responsive and always trying to make sure everything is perfect for the stay. The location was convenient to everything--the upscale grocery store, the plaza, and Ski Santa Fe. The surprise we had: no dishwasher. All other glitches Jerome, owner, worked out aok for us--we're thankful!

This was the second time our school has rented this property for a small group of middle school/high school students. We've already given the owner our 2021 dates. The house is perfectly suited to our needs. It is comfortable, spacious, and has easy access to the government buildings and plaza. Mr. Martinez is a fantastic owner--quick to respond to questions or needs. The house is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Check in and Check out couldn't be easier. We love this home!

Wonderful house for a girlfriend’s weekend. Close to the plaza. Enough space for everyone to spread out. Jerome was very accommodating when our plans changed at the last minute.

WE LOVED OUR STAY IN THIS VRBO. IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL FURNISHED. AS OTHERS HAVE EXPRESSED THE KITCHEN IS SMALL BUT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED. .WE ATE MOST OF OUR MORNING MEALS THERE AND WE ALSO HAD CHRISTMAS DINNER IN. JEROME IS AN AWESOME HOST. HE SHARED FUN INFORMATION OF THINGS TO DO AND IS VERY PERSONABLE. HE CHECKED AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS TO SEE IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING. WE ALL LIKED THE BEDS AND BATHROOMS. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. I'M 83 SO APPRECIATED HAVING A STEP IN SHOWRER. SANTA FE IS A BEAUTIFUL DIVERSE CITY WITH A WIDE VARIETY OF THINGS TO DO. MY FAMILY SKIED, HIKED, TOOK IN GALLERIES AND MUSEUMS, AND DINED ON THE WONDERFUL FOOD AVAIABLE. THEIR FAVORITE WAS MEOW WOLF. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK TO VISIT THIS VRBO.
