We had a wonderful time making memories with our adult children and our 2 grand daughters. House was very comfortable and perfect location. We had a herd of elk lay down in backyard with several more bull elk wandering through. Oh and an owl landed on post in yard. Children hot tub and playing games in sunroom. Plenty of room to spread out if need space. Only thing is we needed a few more days. Saw a bear at Alluvial Fan and Moose at Sheep’s Lake. Hopefully we can come back in years to come.

We had room to spread out with our adult kids and loved watching the elk walk through and bed in the yard. Wonderful location and well stocked. We also enjoyed the hot tub after our hikes.

This property, is great. We had a plan to go into town to spot wildlife but quickly discovered it was not necessary. The animals came to us, right on the property; front, back sides, it didn't matter. There were elk, deer, rabbits, blue jays, wild turkeys AND a young brown bear. I kid you not. I have photos! :) My favorite place is the sunroom, where I slept like a baby when I napped. Right in the middle of everything and nowhere, at the same time. I like it that way. I parked in the garage, I REALLY liked that. I would NOT hesitate to rent this property again.

Great Property, location and amenities. This home is very comfortable, great beds and pillows (very important), and living room . Inside sitting area, with great outdoor area with grill, fire pit for s’mores and always had a new deer friend waiting under the stairs to make sure we got home safe every day. Highly recommend for any family. Less than 5 minutes into town and hiker shuttle and 10 minutes to the park, in case you didn’t get a timed pass. Alan k

everything was great in the house and location was perfect. The back yard would have been better if the grass and weeds had been cut around the activity area (corn hole toss, tree swing etc.)

We loved this place, it’s just far enough from town to be out of the hustle and bustle, not too far as to feel isolated. The bed was super comfy and the property owner has thought of practically everything. It was just the two of us, but this would be a great place to vacation with friends and family too. Lots of room to spread out and relax.

This was our first time in Estes Park, and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The house met all of our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for our needs. The property gives you an outdoorsy and secluded feel, but is close enough to town for you to enjoy all the activities. I appreciated all of the supplies at the property. Check in was easy, and we had no issues while we were there. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Excellent rental property with all the extras that make it the perfect getaway stay. Spent a week here with our adult children and there was plenty of space inside and out. Location was close to everything we wanted to see. Great communication with property manager. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for a long weekend getaway! The house was beautiful and very clean. Everything worked, the hot tub was perfect, and lots of amenities. We would love to come back and bring the kids so many activities throughout the house and property for them to enjoy. The house feels secluded yet very close to town!

This property is amazing. You can see wildlife while sitting in the hot tub. We had a great Christmas here, and our second time was just as great as the first. The hosts are very helpful and responsive.

This is a very well-designed and clean home. It has first-rate high-end appliances and furnishings throughout. The property is near the town but is a very spacious, private setting with a variety of nice outdoor seating areas. Lots of indoor and outdoor games for the young and not-so-young. With some attention to a few things, this home would have received a 5-star rating from us: -Two of the three sliding doors were very difficult to open. They need repair and/or adjustment. -Several windows could not be used due to not having screens and/or a broken window crank. This is critical to a house without AC (which we were well aware of when we rented but air circulation could be much better if all the windows were completely functional). -The house does not have a 'whole house fan' as stated but it does have attic type fan in the sunroom. This was helpful but it is not a true whole house fan. -The spa cover is deteriorating and needs to be replaced. Overall, this is a very nice, well-appointed house on a great lot. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family enjoyed our recent stay here. We had lots of wildlife up close daily. We enjoyed watching the bull Elk, black bear, deers and birds. The house had plenty of space for 4 adults. It was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The outside games, hot tub, grill and chairs were used often by all. Our family said it ranks at the top of our list for vacation spots.

Wonderful home! The pictures don’t do it justice. Close to Estes Park downtown, RMNP and so many other sites and activities. I wish we had stayed longer to just relax and soak up the beauty of the setting.

Great location, you are close to everything but feel like your out in the country. We had 5 adults and 3 kids, and had plenty of room. Sun porch was stocked with games . Would definitely rent again.

Really enjoyed the location, spaciousness, outdoor games, hot tub, correspondences with others. Wished there would have been A/C, Kleenexes (there were none), better water pressure in downstairs shower/toilet. Overall really enjoyed the stay.

The house is terrific. It was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 7. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and the outdoor space is great - deck, hot tub, yard games. It is in a great rural setting and conveniently located near Estes Park and RMNP. The hosts were easy to deal with and responsive to our emails. The self-check-in was easy and convenient. I would highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful experience! There was plenty of room for our whole family. Very kid friendly with lots of games, toys, and outdoor activities. The kitchen was well stocked. The only reason I gave it a four-star was that the house has no air-conditioning. In July it gets pretty hot. The rest of our experience was great!

Great size house in a perfect location! 5 minute drive to downtown Estes and running distance to the lake in town. Perfect for families and young kiddos, they had tons of toys and swings outside.

Our family of 6 enjoyed an 8 day stay. Just the drive up to the house was a treat. The house was more roomy than we anticipated. The enclosed porch was games and card games central. We spent so much time there. Large and small animals were seen each day on the property. The house offered everything one would need. Well equipped and well decorated. Already planning our return stay on this property.

We loved the property and the location. The only thing I would change is in the details put no air conditioning. And I would strongly encourage putting in central air. We had windows open and fans going and there was a very thick layer of pollen all over everything. My family has a lot of allergies and this was uncomfortable for us. Other than that loved the property but would probably not stay again for this reason
