They were very close to orv trails and we spent 3 full days 4 wheeling through the Black Hills without having to trailer our machines at all. We didn't have any problem on our stay from check-in to check-out and communication with Black hills Adventure Lodging was great. The houses were everything we were hoping for and more. We do a couple of trips a year to the Black Hills and we are a group of 25 people so having our lodging plans go smoothly makes the trip much more enjoyable. I will be using Black Hills Adventure Lodging for all of our trips in the future. I highly recommend using them if you are planning on exploring the Black Hills.

Good distance from neighbors, and had no noise issues. Very easy to work with this company, and they didn't ask much of us as occupants. Will definitely use them in the future!

Used our air bed. The washer and dryer was great . The garage space was a great place for the guys and great idea to have a pool table down there. Kitchen was well suited for our meals and all the appliances needed. We have booked same house for next year! Loved it.

The biggest suggestion I have is to have shades on the high windows or figuring out a sliding curtain in the bunk area. Having 6 small children awake at 5am when it got bright outside was not ideal.

It was good .We had plenty of parking space. We did run out of propane (both tanks were about empty when we got there) and the furnace is rather noisy in the master bedroom.

The kitchen had every gadget and tool we needed! We especially enjoyed the water and ice in the refrigerator. The rooms are large and we were able to spread out even in the living room (there are 3!) Wifi was good, TV had DirectTV and there were games and cards available. One area that we were disappointed was the snow removal. The 4 days that we were there, the area received over 8 inches of snow. No one came to remove the snow from the parking are or the driveway. We weren't able to use the garage at any time due to the snow which was a disappointment. The house itself was very clean. We did not use the clubhouse/pool area. The reservation process was very easy and emails/texts were answered promptly. Definitely would recommend!

Property was exactly as described. Beautiful place with beautiful location. Had a fully stocked kitchen including all the pots/pans, utensils you could need. Even had a crockpot. We had 8 adults and 7 kids stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kids had their own space in the bunk room. Lots of board games for the kids, arcade game and also a pool table. Plenty of parking space for our vehicles and trailers and all of our side by sides. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Hope to be back again!

It was clean and had all the things we needed in the kitchen. We did have an issue with the breaker blowing lights and the hot tub cover was a wreck and causing us not to use the hot tub but it did not mess up our vaca or the great time we had.

Check in was super easy. The house was big enough to accommodate my family of 7 adults and 8 children. The dining table was large enough to accommodate most of us. Plenty of counter space. The view was so beautiful. We wonder though why there was no curtain in the upstairs bedroom. Not a good thing at night with the lights on.

Plenty of room for our group of 10 with some beds left over. Outdoor deck and pool table in garage were both enjoyed. Clean and well-stocked. Well-located for us..close to sturgis and deadwood, lil drive to Mt Rushmore but all worked out well. Only improvement I’d suggest is a new hot tub cover and some work on the jets. Overall tho, great house..I’d stay again!

The property was perfect for our family trip!! Very nice house with a lot of room. The loft worked great for the kids and all the adults were able to sleep in a bed. The house was well equipped and the community provided a pool and community center. We had a great time!
