The place was perfect for our family. We had a blast even though the first couple of days were rainy. The hot tub and game room took care of the kids, (and us adult kids too). Place was clean and comfy. Only two notes of improvement, the basic essentials for spices and condiments could use a restocking and the "media binder" was more of "media pages" that seemed a bit outdated and spread through multiple cabinets. We were able to figure everything out though and it didn't detract from our wonderful stay.

The house was perfect for our multi-generational family Thanksgiving trip. It was big, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of cooking utensils. The views both from the house and the street were stunning. Everyone in our party loved the space and the community.

Beautiful home with very nice views. There was a cute little welcome basket with snacks waiting for us as well as music playing; very inviting. The kitchen had everything you’d need to stay in and cook. The men loved the projector and watching gigantic “tv”. The mattresses were too firm but not a huge deal. The dishwasher leaked and it took us a minute to figure where the water was coming from. Once we figured it out, we put a bowl down to catch the water; it all worked out fine. Beautiful and comfortable home just a short drive down to the beach. We would stay here again.

Would like to have this retreat an annual event. The house was great, so many entertainment opportunities that we didn’t have time to take advantage of. Only disappointment would be the condition of the hot tub, almost unusable due to water level, so only used once. The view and access to the beach were great.

Beautiful family/pup friendly home. Dillon Beach is our favorite vacation spot for many many years and this has been our favorite by far!

Northern Lights was a great venue for an annual gathering of friends. Despite the somewhat rustic exterior, the interior was light, airy and tastefully decorated. We pride ourselves on our culinary abilities, and we made extensive use of the modern kitchen. The pool table was a big hit. Would book it again.

Beautiful location but no heater, gaming console didn’t work and speakers on main tv kept going on and off. Very annoying!

Property management was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked!! The upstairs loft was surprisingly larger than the photos online. Also teens/kids didn’t really use pool table because the temperature in the garage was quite cold when we went at the end of March.

We picked this home based on the location and have stayed in 2 other rental properties within a block of this home. Upon arrival we were taken back by the wear of this home and lack of upkeep. The basketball hoop out front is broken and we were notified of this shortly before we arrived. It looked like it had been duct taped in an attempt to repair it a long time ago. The projector ( which is the main room screen) was broken , the shower curtain was half missing in the downstairs bedroom, the hot tub looked murky and home overall is in need of some tlc. The repair person came and fixed the stove hood light while we were there and when we asked him to repair the projector he noted that’s not on his list but it’s a know splitter issue they have. We received a notice about the trash can straps not being on the garbage cans from the HOA however we put them on to the best of our ability as the trash was full already when we checked in. The patio furniture is growing moss all over it. This house has a lot of potential but needs repairs and upkeep.

We had a fantastic time at Northern Lights! Sleeping accommodations for everyone were super comfortable, kitchen and living room was the perfect set up. Had some issues with the projector, but someone came out to fix it right away. Highly recommend!

Four of us celebrated my 40th at Northern Lights, having the best time relaxing and enjoying the home. Even with the rain pouring, we were able to enjoy some local sights, but having the beautiful, well stocked home made it even better to celebrate indoors. Stace's team was amazing with communication every step of the way and answered promptly.

We had a delightful time staying at Northern Lights. It was beautiful and well equipped. The sign indicating the stovetop burns hot was helpful. That type of burner can be calibrated. This would no longer be an issue. One thing that was not up to the expectation based on the price of the rental was the old style Wi-Fi router and extenders that frequently dropped out all together. We were unable to connect multiple times after resetting and ended up using our cell phone hotspots to have wifi at all. I suggest replacing the current system with a Wi-Fi-mesh (nighthawk is a great option) which removes the need for extenders and separate Wi-Fi’s throughout the house. The downstairs shower has a reversed hot/cold lever. We ran the water for the allotted 5 mins for bathing just waiting for it to get hot. It never did, until we tried turning it to the cold side. Considering the water crisis, this would be an important thing to either mention in the house instructions or, better yet, to fix. Aside from these issues, the stay was epic. Cozy, comfy and just the right space for our small 40th birthday gathering.

We stayed at this lovely home over Thanksgiving week. It was the perfect floor plan for 5 adults and 3 kids. The views were beautiful, the house was equipped with everything we needed for a “stay-cation”, and the area offered us nice walks, wildlife, and easy ocean access. We would stay at this home again!

I stayed here with 11 other family members and this house was perfect for us. The community is still pretty private so it was a nice getaway for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone asking for a nice relaxing getaway that was perfect for my big family.

Great home. Loved the game room in the garage. Plenty of sleeping space. Kitchen was well stocked! Really like the stove. Convenient location with an awesome view. We didn't use the hot tub until almost the end of our stay, it was only half full and max temperature was 97 degrees. We didn't report it until after our stay and with their immediate response to that message, am sure they would have fixed it ASAP. Management can't do anything unless you report it on a timely basis!!! My bad. Recommend the home.
