We spent an incredibly wonderful 10-day vacation here as a family. Our four children and we were delighted with the apartment. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness, the quiet location with the parking lot, the nearby pool with two great Weber grills, the excellently equipped kitchen and, to our great surprise, the many beach utensils, e.g. bodyboards, snorkeling equipment and toys. We found the apartment very nicely decorated and immediately felt at home. We never had rain, so we were always at the pool, on the beach or in the club. However, if it should rain, there is a TV, games, books and of course the club on site. You can also go shopping in Lihue. The communication was so good and everything was so clearly described that we had no questions for the reception. We felt very well informed and everything went very smoothly. We wholeheartedly recommend the apartment 100 percent and will be very happy to return. Thank you very much for this great opportunity to enjoy a vacation in Poipu. Mahalo!

The complex is well maintained, with beautiful gardens about. The condo itself was pristine, not to mention absolutely gorgeous inside!! Spacious, spotless, and seated perfectly within walking distance of everything you could need. The hosts have left many amenities, including a light meal for a first breakfast in case you get in late. The beach supplies were very useful, and in great condition; they came in very handy! (especially the wagon, chairs, and the reusable coolers) This rental really did come with almost everything you could need to enjoy the 3 wonderful beaches that are only a short walk away down a well illuminated path. 100% would stay here again! The only small downside is that the pool wasn’t warm enough for some of the “older” guests to enjoy and some other guests were allowing their diapered kids into the hottub. Overall we thorough enjoyed our stay!

It was very nice

This property was so great! The living room and bedrooms were comfortable and well organized. The kitchen had everything you could need without being overstocked. It was one of the best rentals that I have ever had the pleasure of staying in while on vacation. Communication was so easy and text were answered almost immediately. Any questions were answered with accuracy and kindness.

This apartment was amazing. We’ve rented in many cities in Europe and this rental was the best overall. Very large with plenty of space for hubby and I in one bedroom with en-suite and my Mom in the second bedroom with the main bath for her. The kitchen was the best stocked I’ve seen - you could actually cook here with every pot, pan, cooking utensil, and appliance you could think of. I particularly appreciated the rice cooker! Loved the lanai - we sat out there every morning and evening. Laundry was so awesome to have, and great for my 81 year old Mom to be on ground level. We used the hot tub a lot too. It’s great that’s it so close to the unit - we could easily check to see if anyone was in it before we left the unit. We had a little trouble finding the unit in the dark when we arrived but after a few laps of the parking lot, we found it - probably just tired from our flight :) Highly recommend!

The condo was amazing! It was wonderfully furnished and tastefully decorated. The area was so beautiful and well maintained. We were less than 30 minutes from the airport and helicopter ride. We went zip lining and tubing adventure....all within 30 minutes. The ocean beach was a 5 min walk thrubthe resort grounds. We saw green turtles in the evening on the beach. We boogie boarded right there!! Thanks for having all the beach supplies we needed!! We appreciate the owners allowing us to share their beautiful place with us. This is a 5 star place.

We loved how close it was to the pool but it still seemed very private. We walked down to the beach several times and utilized the pool toys with the kids. As someone who cooks a lot I so appreciated having a well stocked kitchen. The management team was very communicative and responsive. We hope to return to this unit again.

We were very happy with this apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. They had many amenities in the apartment both in the kitchen and for the beach. The living area was nice and comfortable, the beds were comfortable and the showers were spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment. The location is very central and convenient. The on-property pools and jacuzzis were very nice too. Overall a great place to stay!

This was a wonderful condo, fully furnished with an abundant amount of beach supplies. The condo is clean and will maintain plenty of cooking supplies. To our pleasant surprise, it also had coffee for us in the morning as we got in late the night before. I would highly recommend this condo. It was perfect for my family of 5.

We had a great time here. Condo was surprisingly stocked with essentials such as condiments, cooking ingredients, toiletries, and beach gear. It is right next to the pool and hot tub, so the kiddos were able to keep themselves entertained. Beach was great for boogie boarding and snorkeling. Huge sea turtles! We really enjoyed our stay!

Cons: Have stayed at this condo several times before and found that this time it wasn’t necessarily as clean as it usually is. The condo could use a deep clean and perhaps some updated furniture. We found yogurt pouches under the couch as well as crumbs from what appeared to be cereal. This is the first time that we have ever seen any insects in the condo and this time we saw a rather large cockroach. There were several damaged furniture pieces that should’ve been taken care of and we alerted management right away, so we were not held responsible for any of the damages that had already been done. I do hope that management keeps up on this condo because it is a very nice condo at a very good price and I hate to see it to go downhill and not taken care of.

For our family, the location was perfect! Walking distance to Brennecke's beach for boogie boarding, sunsets Poipu, and a pool with a BBQ right next door. The condo was spacious and clean. It had all of the amenities we needed. Thank you so much and we look forward to coming back in the future!

We just returned from our stay and I already wish we could go back. This was our 4th time visiting the island with our best friends. We love staying in this area and this particular unit was perfect for us. We have never stayed in a unit that was so well stocked! They had everything one could need, especially in the kitchen. The patio had nice furniture and having access to all 3 pools on the complex was great. There was work being done to the whole building while we were there (painting the outside) but that didn’t affect our stay. Love the proximity to the beaches and all of the walking paths surrounding the area. Beds were super comfy. Would definitely recommend this unit if you are visiting Poipu.

What a fabulous find! Our party of 6 enjoyed all the amenities in the condo as well as the short walk to Poipu Beach. We couldn’t have been happier and can’t wait to go back!

Our stay was fantastic and I highly recommend this unit. We are a family of five and were very comfortable. All amenities were close by and the unit was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds and all the fun outdoor gear you need. We’ll be back!

Recently updated unit, with new beach gear, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Well stocked kitchen and pantry, with sharp knives too. Just a few steps from the pool, hot tub and grills. Overall a great location in poipu, with a nice walking path to the beaches.

Great unit, super location, clean, quiet and just a great getaway. We very much enjoyed it.

Communication with Vicky was very easy. The condo is very comfortable. Loved the lanai with the blinds for privacy and keeping the place cool. The BBQ on site was super clean. Really enjoyed the wagon, boogie boards and chairs for the beach, not to mention all the towels! There was even tennis/pickleball courts! We had a great stay, thank you!

We had such a great visit to Regency 111! We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen (the toaster oven was great), the lanais, the variety of fans and a/c, and the easy access to Poipu’s beaches. We would love to stay there again someday.

Amazing

We stayed 3 nights and were here to attend a wedding. It is spectacular location next to the pool and hot tub, restaurants, coffee shops, walking trails, 5 min walk to the beach. Beautiful, lush green Island of Kauai, Hawaii. Would highly recommend it.
