Such an awesome place for our group to stay while in Denver, will definitely be staying here again!

Great place to stay! Location was great, had everything we needed. Enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop while catching up with friends for the weekend. Jonathan was also great to work with…quick to respond to our booking questions, easy check in/check out.

Kid you not this is the best location/host/place in Denver was absolutely the best and perfect on all cylinders.

We had a fantastic time in Denver, Jon’s place was perfect for our group of 10, more than enough space and the downstairs was a great place to hang out and play some games. Would highly recommend for a bigger group or even a larger family.

Property was perfect for our group. Lots of space, clean and fun. Location was close to lots of great restaurants and Jon was great to work with. His other condos are great for large groups like ours giving everyone their own bed.

This loft is perfect location for LODO and was fun for a group of friends!

The place could not have been more perfect. Set up was amazing and absolutely perfect location. Highly reccomended if you are heading to Denver and want to stay in the middle of all the action!

Awesome location for a bachelor party!

Jon, the property owner, did an amazing job hosting us and always made sure we had everything we needed. This was my first time staying here in Denver and the property and location can’t get any better! Thanks for the hospitality Jon!

I don't usually write reviews but... for this one I have to! My friends and I had an awesome time! The location on this property honestly can't be beat... it's near a bunch of bars, restaurants, clubs, etc. and Jon gave us list of cool stuff to do that was much more valuable than trying to google all the stuff we could possibly be doing One night, we ended up going to a German bar that has a bunch of Bocce Ball courts and dozens of authentic German beers on tap! So much fun. It was pretty cold, so I'm glad we were given some local advice of where to go. Definitely want to come back when it's warmer and take advantage of the rooftops! Jon had a quite a few brunch places that he recommended. We ended up biting the bullet and waiting in line at Snooze... which was no question, absolutely worth the wait. But, Ignite Kitchen looked pretty good too, and it's directly across the street. I would HIGHLY recommend this place, ESPECIALLY if you're here for a large gathering (we had a bday party). Having everyone together made the whole weekend 100x more fun that staying in separate hotel rooms.

It was clean and such a cool atmosphere for the adults and our kids!! Jon was amazing. Very accommodating and was always quick to respond to any question or suggestions needed.

Great location, super fun layout, and a great owner to work with! We will be back.

Jon was a great and accommodating host. The loft is spacious and close to many popular spots (breweries, Coors Field, Snooze, dispensaries, bars, etc.) The rooftop patio is amazing, and if the weather is right you can even sleep on the couches.

Awesome stay at this gorgeous loft in downtown Denver. Blocks from the stadium and a lot of nightlife. John was fantastic and helped a group of my girlfriends and I decide what to do while in town. The place was fully stocked and close to everything downtown. LOVE the rooftop space - we had a yoga instructor come and do yoga and John was super helpful with that. Totally recommend staying here!
