Cleanliness, awesome breakfast buffet, good location

Lady in the front desk was not friendly. I called her out, she was being rude. When i asked for the manager she said manager was not around and thats when she softened a bit.

Breakfast was great! We really liked the are to walk around. Lots of nice restaurants in walking distance. Very convenient to get to the university. Appreciate that is was not expensive to park car here. Highly recommend a stay here.

Even that it was cold out I was there for a volleyball tournament and my room was hot, I called the front desk and the lady told me the only thing she can do was bring me a fan, she did, she couldn’t tell me how the ac worked till the next day that maintenance was going to be there in the am so I was hot all night very uncomfortable so know that if u stay in this prosperity the ac won’t cool down your room if is cold outside. I find this very wrong as I’m paying for comfort sorry but expected more from the Hyatt, also the cabinets were broken and didn’t function as required. I have stayed at many Hyatts before and never had this issues.

The cleanliness of the room was superb. The view of the room was the best, I loved waking up to the snowy mountains in the middle of March.

Our room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Nice large shower with great water pressure. Cozy sitting area great for watching TV. Everything in room very clean.

Would have been nice to have breakfast foods kept warm as they were sometimes a bit cold. Breakfast area was a little crowded the weekend we were there. Construction going on in lobby so bar area was closed.

Desayuno muy básico en general para Hyatt y estaban remodelando los dos baños del Lobby razón por la que no podías ir al baño una vez entregada la habítacion, en que hotel remodelan los dos baños al mismo tiempo y le dice a los huéspedes que no hay baño en todo el hotel, increíble pero cierto.

Remodel happening. Not necessarily a downfall, excited for the new remodel, but definitely didn’t expect to have open walls with pipes exposed in halls.

The room was outstanding. Clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. Different items offered each morning I was there with a fantastic variety of choices.

One day our room didn't get cleaned and we were out between 10am and 3pm on Monday. We know we were leaving in Tuesday but I do like my bed made if nothing else.

The check-in was fun - The front desk person had us laughing. The room was the cleanest room we stayed in all year.

I hate sliding bathroom doors. There just isn't enough privacy. The breakfast was disappointing. Seemed geared toward Hispanic foods.

Breakfast was fine. Location was good.

Immediately disappointed there was no pool, as the add we booked from had one listed. We had to buy a fan to cool the room as the AC vent blows directly at the wall. I had to tape my dresser drawer shut so it would stay shut. There was a mini fridge in the room, but no microwave. Paper thin walls, we heard housekeeping banging around all day. No vending machines then charge twice the normal rate for snacks at the counter. Will never stay at another Hyatt again.

The only down side was that one of the elevators was broken, so it took absolutely forever for it to come up and down an 11 or 12 story hotel. Also there is no stair access from the bottom floor. 😕 We would have happily used stairs because we were on the second floor . But the rest was great and we will be back when we come back to Colorado!

Room was very clean and well maintained.

Only 1 working elevator. First night, very noisy neighbors, people in the hallway between 10pm-midnight.
