The guy at the front desk was cool and nice, and the croissants at breakfast were delicious. The room was far more spacious than expected.

Price, location were perfect. I used free bug (Mall ride) to get to the hotel for free from the central station. The room was sparkling clean and everything was new. View from level 20 was amazing. A lot of space + kitchen.

Room - very spacious with a mountain view Location -around the corner from the convention centre and very central Breakfast - although selection limited (e.g. same fruit everyday), it was a good breakfast

Could have had more choice of fresh fruit. No closed yoghurt pots, hot food was always eggs and sausage everyday but having said this, I was happy with breakfast.

Sehr netter, freundlicher Check In. Sehr gut eingerichtetes Zimmer, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit Portellan und gutem Besteck. Innenstadt "um die Ecke". Valet Parking teuer aber wunderbar bequem. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes, sehr zu empfehlenes Hotel.

Generally speaking, the money for hotel accomodation is worthy it.

Breakfast should include more diversity. Cheese types are not sufficient. Except this, car parking was expensive for hotel guest. The policy for car parking should need to be changed .

Room was really spacious. Hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice but very carby. This was fine with me, but my partner who prefers fresher foods struggled with that. Area is good, everything needed was within walking distance.

Unfortunately the room wasn't as clean as it could have been. There were strands of hair in the bathroom, accumulated dust in the bedroom and the sink drain was full of food that hadn't been cleaned out and it smelt horrible. We avoided using the kitchen sink because of this. It smelt really bad. Interior and furniture is a little dated.

Check in was messy, disorganized, and long. Staff gave us conflicting information about how long we could valet park for. Our room smelled like cannabis. The room we were booked in for on the 12th floor wasn’t ready and instead we got a room in the 6th floor facing an ugly electrical utility building.

It is clearly an older building and property. There were plenty of "creaks" , sticking doors and drawers, etc.

Location and size of room

Neither TV worked at first and upon further investigation found that one was turned off and a wire unplugged and the other had electrical tape over the power button.

Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. The location is walking distance from the Capitol Bldg.

The indoor pool was small.

Had over an hour wait before the room was ready; the sink was clogged and leaky toilet; the tv was outdated; I checked out a day early

The hotel looks tired. Needs refurbishment. I asked about parking facilities but having received no answer I sent a further email. I received a reply a month after I booked it. They have valet parking at a cost of $54. However, there is parking in front of the hotel for a fraction of the price. Further, we booked a room with a double bed and a pull out sofabed. When we were given the room, the sofa bed was not prepared. I complained and they gave us a bigger room since the room was not prepared appropriately. Again the other room did not have the sofa bed prepared with sheets and pillows. When I called reception, she could not tell me if they could send someone to help. Eventually they did after a short wait.

Close to venue

Suite was missing many essentials like cutlery, glasses, coffee. Cleaning staff took a personal item (hair towel) that could not be recovered.

Was in a great location if you have things to do downtown.

Price was a little higher but that could be expected given the location I guess
