Place is looking rundown. Screen doors and sliding doors don't lock properly. Breakfast was not very good, found a used cocaine straw in the kitchen drawer. On my reservation I asked for extra blankets and towels and neither were provided without me having to ask for them again. The sleeper sofa did not have any sheets or blankets on it and we had to make the bed ourselves. The people upstairs were very noisy walking back and forth all day and all night which created a loud stomping noise which is almost unavoidable due to the way the building is constructed. Lastly I'm very disappointed that I do not get Marriot Rewards points for my stay since I booked it through Booking.com instead of directly with Marriott.

The first desk was unable to find my reservation. Told her we were in a hurry because we were walking to the concert we were attending. She had the nerve to say well check- in time was 4 and if you would have been here on time we wouldn’t be having this problem. Huh? 2 couples were checking in right after me lol. The manager came right over and got me take care of. The other clerk didn’t have a clue apparently. Anyway, when we returned to the room late that night we discovered pee stains on the sheets. I do think they had been washed but were just stained… ok time for some new sheets then! Gross. Also no linen in room for the pullout sofa bed. We had to go to the office and get all that late at night. Not the end of the world but annoying as hell. Woke up to toddler running around like a circus monkey above us. Oh well , not the hotel’s fault. We decided to get coffee after checking out and once we saw the breakfast was still hot and ready around 9:30 or so we decided to eat as it was included. Very good I must say for what it was. Hot food in addition to cereals , bagels, muffins. My waffle was really good and the coffee very good . Overall I would stay again for the location mostly but it’s a good value for the money. They just need to get some new sheets. Bed was comfortable, too but my companion said the pull out bed not so much. I give it a solid 4 stars , although pickier people would probably go off about the sheets . Not many utensils or dishes in the cupboards but we didn’t need that stuff so something to think about if you’re planning on cooking a meal in the room.

Affordable, good neighborhood, friendly staff

Breakfast was so so. My son got a gluten free muffin and after eating some of it he noticed mold on the top. The waffles were tough. I would recommend a self serve waffle maker. On the note of cleanliness, upon arrival I opened a Sprite and some of it spewed onto the floor. I used paper towels and dishwashing soap to clean the floor. When I wiped the floor the paper towel was black. Obviously the kitchen floor had not been cleaned for awhile. Shower upstairs is so small you can’t even turn around in it, of note, I am only 5’2” and 147#.

Check-in was stated as being 4pm. We got there at that time and were told our room was beign checked for cleanliness and wouldn't be ready until at least 4:30. So we left and came back over an hour later - the room was STILL not ready. They gave us free parking for the inconvenience, but really not a good way to start the hotel experience. Considering we had to wait so long because the room was being checked for cleanliness - the shower was dirty - there were three pubic hairs on the shower wall. Gross. We would not stay there again.

The AC didn't work at all. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke so bad, it was disgusting. We felt very uncomfortable the whole time.

We paid $150.00 deposit for each room and have not received our deposit back which comes to a total of $300.00 which the Manager told me that it would be put back into our bank account in 3 business days and we have not received yet.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our request for early check in. Studio room was very clean and inviting. Nice and quiet day and night.Breakfast was good too! Will definitely stay there again.

Suite was better than I expected. Bed was a bit small but amenities great and cleanliness pretty good. Staff were very attentive at breakfast and decent attempt at variety of starch. Gym space was good and adequate for the small space.

Breakfast was typical fare. Bagels could have been fresher. Coffee could be of better quality. More fruit options needed.

The breakfast has a lot of options although the main meal provided some days is better than others. Rooms are large and clean and the bathroom is nice. The kitchenette is a nice touch although I did not use it much personally. Coffee is actually pretty good in the reception building. Laundry room on-premises was good for my situation and the machines work well. Great desk for doing work,

They stopped doing daily housekeeping and you have to request. That's fine, but most times in the morning I am outta there before I think about doing this. Maybe the times are changing and this is the norm.

The breakfasts have really gone downhill from what they used to be. They used to have fresh eggs, sausages, oatmeal, etc. now the foods are greatly reduced and poor. Instant oatmeal, packaged foods, pre prepared eggs, etc
