We used this wonderful Vrbo for the wedding party of our wedding and we had a blast! If it wasn’t a Vrbo I’d maybe try to buy this house because it’s so nice! The owners left us some s’mores and were very accommodating! 10/10 would come back!

We had a great time with a large group at the house, perfect location centrally located between Denver and Boulder. There was plenty of outdoor space on the patio and in the backyard.

We used the house for a three day retreat. There were two wonderful living rooms for meeting. The outdoor area also would have worked well except it was too cold outside. The kitchen was great for preparing meals and hanging out. Five of the bedrooms have two queen beds which was fantastic for people to share a room and have their own bed. It is a wonderful location with close access to all necessities, plus relatively close access to the mountains. Thank you so much!

Loved the number of bedrooms and Bathrooms. It is hard to find a home that can accommodate several couple and families, but the one was great. Conveniently located to mountains and stores.

The house and set up was perfect! Great open space for gathering and cooking inside and outside. Plenty of seating and the outside fire pit was wonderful! We had plenty of supplies for cooking and the bedroom(s) setup were comfortable.

Awesome home - couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for a large family friendly for all ages. We were in town for a wedding and this property was exactly what we needed! It is conveniently located to everything you need. I highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The yard, firepit and ping-pong table provided extra fun! The home is very large so everyone had their space but the family gathering area was perfect for a large family! Would definitely recommend for any large group traveling together.

We loved this home! Spacious with room for privacy but also room for everyone to gather. Kitchen well stocked. Loved the outdoor spaces and were there most of the time when at the house and not sleeping. Beds comfortable and bathrooms all clean. Convenient drive to downtown and red rocks. We even had one of the tours drop us back off at the house. Would definitely recommend!

we had a large group (19 people) and comfortably had space for everyone. loved the layout of the house! the kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, bathrooms were all good. overall really great experience! the outside back patio area and fire pit were favorites of the group. would absolutely recommend for a group!

The house was perfect for our large group of adult women to get away for a weekend. Close enough to city activities in Denver and outdoor activities further west. There were tons of rooms, ample linens and bedding, and the kitchen was very well stocked compared to other rentals I've stayed at recently. It was easy for us to gather together when we wanted and also have alone time when needed. Check in and check out were easy and seamless. Some of the furniture/rugs are starting to show signs of wear but that is my biggest/only complaint. Would definitely stay again!

The description was right on point. Beautiful facility. Loved and used the fire pit. Easy to get around - both the home and the area. If in the area would certainly be the first place we consider.

The house is as advertised. Very clean and plenty of room! The house was well stocked with every day items including items for babies and children. My only suggestion to the owners would be to invest in some drinking glasses. The only glasses in the house were small juice size. Some water size glasses would be great. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We were in town to attend my nieces wedding and it was great that we could gather in one location! Would definitely rent this house again.

This was a very good stay in a well appointed home. Well stocked with kitchen equipment. The built in bar with separate drinks cooler was a nice touch. The only complaint was that the dishwasher was not working, forcing us to hand wash dishes for 8 people.

We had a phenomenal 3 day stay over the July 4th weekend. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy the extended family interaction. Comfortable indoor and outdoor gathering areas, as well as great bedroom spaces for seclusion from all the socializing torecharge when most needed. Summer and Andrew have created an amazing place to stay! Our group was 16 people and we all had plenty of space! The house and yard are beautiful. We could not have asked for a better place to spend our wedding week!

Great home to house a group of 12 golfing in the Denver and Boulder area. Close to a lot of great golf courses and all the necessary amenities! High praise from the group and Summer was responsive and accommodative in all our interactions!

I honestly didn’t expect the house to be everything the pictures showed because I didn’t know how old the pictures were BUT I was pleasantly surprised that it OFFERED everything in the photos and the comfort of home. I would definitely rent again if I were to visit Colorado again. Thank you Summer for and awesome experience.

First I love the house, it was huge and everyone had there space. From the kitchen to the living room and outside was amazing also. The only problem we was one of the bathroom but we make it work.

Loved the home. Classy, but still cozy. Our host was incredibly accommodating.

We had booked this beautiful home for our Bachelor-Bachelorette party before COVID hit. Although we weren't able to go out in Denver and do what we had originally planned this house made our trip just as fun, even just staying in. The yard is the perfect size for multiple yard games, the fire pit was perfect for everyone (19 adults) to hang out around and talk, the bedrooms were more than spacious enough for everyone and there was plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready in! The kitchen had more than enough supplies for us to make our dinners and more than enough space for everyone to gather. The cost per person was extremely affordable to for a 3 night stay, the whole weekend cost less than what you could get a hotel room for a one night stay. If we ever have another gathering in Colorado I will definitely be getting ahold of Summer to book their beautiful home again!

This house was everything that it was advertised to be. The outdoor space is such a huge plus with the gas grill and fireplace. The owner was awesome to work with and was very punctual in all communication and provided great information. I would highly recommend this house.

The house was exactly what we expected! It is beautiful, modern, spacious, and very clean. It was perfect for our group of friends and family. We were able to enjoy the company of each other during our wedding weekend! Summer was very attentive to any and all questions that we had and was extremely accommodating. It would have been nice if we could have extended our time quitletly outside on the weekend so that we could have really enjoyed the fire pit. However, our stay was perfect!

Great home, quiet neighborhood

This space and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We were quite comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was great to work with. The backyard looked so inviting; unfortunately, it was too cold for us to make full use of it.
