360 Viegues is a wonderful and comfortable property with amazing views, day and night. Filippa is a responsive and gracious host as is her property manager, Jenny. We had everything we needed for our stay. A fully furnished kitchen, comfortable living spaces, clean and stylish. If back to Vieques, we would rent 360 again.

This was our first time in Vieques. It was one of our best vacations. This property is what made the whole week an unforgettable experience. The communication with Kristina and Jenny was excellent too.....can't wait to come back.

The villa has 360 view of the island. It was well equipped with everything you might need when on vacation. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. There were a lot of bugs and mosquitoes outside(which is normal given the fact it’s all nature around you), so if there is no wind a bugs repellent spray is a must. Beautiful sunset view on the top of the villa.

We loved our romanic get-away in Vieques. The house is absolutely amazing and we loved it SO MUCH. The different outside spaces and the pool, the little kitchen with gas cooking top and anything you need to make great meals, the cozy couch, the master bedroom breeze and view. The location with the 360 view and the windy breeze through open shades at night. We absolutely LOVED it there. We will be back. Guaranteed! P.S. Jenny, the property manager was the best and super helpful with any questions we had. Bye for now Vieques, we already are in love with you!

Everything was great. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Amazing views and private with easy access to the entire island.

360 Vieques is a really special place to stay. The views from all sides are breathtaking, you feel like you have the entire island to yourself. Beyond that, it is situated between Isabel II and Esperanza, so you can conveniently access the best beaches and restaurants the island has to offer. One thing to note is that because the property is located so high up, it can get very windy (but that also means less mosquitos!).

Just exceptional… beautiful private pool, comfortable everything, eagles nest to see the stars… we will be back. February will be ours, so you all out there will need to visit outside of that month!

Beautiful space and views of the island. The views from the rooftop and all the decks are breathtaking - sunrises and sunsets plus lots of rainbows. The property is so private and secure and perfect for a couple seeking relaxation - great for a romantic get away. Jenny the house manager was so attentive and communicative. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed beautiful Vieques and its many beaches and restaurants.

We enjoyed our honeymoon here and it was perfect. Very beautiful home, clean, quiet and nothing beats the pool and incredible views from every floor. We had the best time and will definitely return!

Filippa and Jenny were both very responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The property is gorgeous, well-stocked with everything you need to hit the beaches and enjoy Vieques, and was cleaned spotless for our arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved cooking meals there and eating them on the roof deck. The views are incredible and we loved starting and ending our days there on the soft cushions and yoga mats. I also must commend Filippa for her book and film collection. We are already eagerly looking forward to coming back to Vieques and staying at Filippa's amazing property. This is hands down the best place to stay on the island - best views, short driving distance to everywhere, lots of space to chill, swim, and relax when you're not being active, pristine condition, and super comfortable in all regards. We didn't want to leave.

Vieques is a real gem. Given the fact that 1/2 of the island is a nature reserve and it is easily accessible from the states, it is a real surprise that more have not found their way here. My family and I chose 360 Vieques after a casual search of places to stay on the island. In short, it was everything promised and more. The view from the roof deck must be experienced. For the night owls, the dark sky provides an ample star field to gaze at. Both horizons are clear so you will be the first to see the sun in the morning and last to see it go at night. The house it's self has all modern amenities and we were able to cook with provisions bought in the local shops without issue. For days that you want to be super lazy..the pool is perfect for unwinding and the trade winds blow on the middle deck where you can sit and watch the clouds float by with your favorite drink. Even though we went in the middle of the summer the house stayed comfortable as it is perfectly situated to receive the calming breeze off from the east. If you want to experience Vieques and also have a place that feel like your own slice of heaven, you have found your spot .

360Vieques is an amazing place. It is quite comfortable and has everything you need and could want. It feels more like a home rather than a rental. The views are out of this world!! You can see the entire island from the porch. The home is in a nice residential area away from other tourist. You can get a real feel for what it’s like to live there. The pool is a perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. Vieques is a very charming island with nice people and beautiful beaches. I highly recommend coming to this island and staying in Fillipa’s beautiful place.

I stayed twice at 360 Vieques and each time have been above my expectations. The island is pristine and have a rawness that I truly enjoy and is lost in most of the Caribbean. Go find the hidden beaches from the main roads. You are in the U.S. but you don't feel it at all! Food on the island is authentic and diverse. 360 Vieques is the perfect spot to relax, go explore or watch the stars on top of the roof which also serves as a sundeck. I cannot recommend more highly of my stay. Can't wait to be back!

Just a few quick hours flight from New York and you are in a whole new world. The island is the exact right size with incredible beaches, wild horses and turtles, and some really good restaurants. The house, 360 Vieques, is the perfect Caribbean getaway for a long weekend during the cold New York winter. When it is cold and snowy in New York it is 80 F on Vieques. We woke up and opened the double doors to the view every morning. Such luxury to lay in bed with the ocean view in front of you...and so different from my view in New York! We had sun all the time except one afternoon when it was overcast. That day we cooked at home and hung out in the garden. There are flowers everywhere. So pretty!! The house is lovely, modern and very clean, with the most incredible views in every direction. When we were not exploring the beaches we spent our days lounging by the pool and sipping piña colada on the Eagles Nest on top of the house. Perfection!! You can see miles and miles of ocean and small islands. 360 Vieques sits high on a hilltop and there is a wonderful breeze (to cool you off and keep the mosquitos away). The neighborhood of Monte Carmelo is cute and quaint, and the neighbors are friendly and just far enough for privacy... and close enough to feel safe. There is a gate you can lock when you go to the beach, and we felt very safe there. The house manager was very helpful, and the owner super easy to communicate with. We can't wait to go back to 360!!

The house is wonderful, the view is magnificent and the weather is perfect. Annette was very good to us and answered questions thoroughly and quickly. Not a single unsatisfactory experience with this vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a lovely time in Vieques and the house is in an ideal spot. The house was well equipped and was the perfect size for our family of 4. The owner and the property manager were easy to work with from beginning to end. Dennis was especially helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The small kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home. The outdoor patios have spectacular views and a wonderful afternoon breeze. This is a perfect location to unplug and read a book.

Had a very enjoyable trip to Vieques. The location near the town was nice but still an easy drive to Esperanza. Amazing view. Very nice house, great rooftop and deck. Would recommend to any family or couple visiting the island.

This house was a lovely and tranquil escape. It's beautiful 306 degrees around the house, especially from the roof top lounge area will never be forgotten. Everything was serviceable and in good working order. It has everything you could need in a beach home rental. We lacked for nothing. The rental agent who met us on arrival was delightful as well and VERY helpful. We had a minor standard problem that was attended to immediately and efficiently by the care-taker and we felt they were there for us should we need them. While it's not walking distance to anywhere, we found that to be an added bonus to our relaxation- a little enforced seclusion. I recommend this house very highly for a peaceful escape from the hectic pace of normal life.

Place is great. The kitchen has everything you could imagine. Very clean with comfortable beds and big soft towels. The view is stunning. The agents who assist in renting the property were extremely kind and helpful. I can't wait to go back.

Myself and 2 friends stayed at Vieques 360 for 5 nights in February. We all loved it and hope to go back again! The house is perfectly situated on a hill top over looking the sea. It receives wonderful breezes and is surrounded by lush green rolling hills. The interior of the house is simple and has everything one could need for an island getaway. The outdoor spaces are absolutely lovely- a terrace for eating, a swimming pool, a deck for sunbathing, a hammock for napping in shade, a crow's nest for watching the sun rise or set! What more could you ask for? The photos and description of the house are very accurate. The property is well maintained and the property managers are very helpful!

This was the first trip my girlfriend and I have made to Vieques after many years of talking about going. We like to vacation in places a bit of the grid in beautiful natural settings. Last year we vacationed on Isla Mujeres off the Yucatan coast. Vieques was everything we had imagined and more. Navigating our jeep to find new beaches made every day feel like an adventure and we never stopped wondering at yet another beautiful, virtually deserted beach. It didn’t take us long to fall into the rhythm of island life. We also loved that the magnificent horses roamed free on the island along with various other species. Really hard to believe this island was so abused by the US military for so many years. And 360Vieques is amazingly beautiful home base. It is designed for you to spend as much time out-of-doors as possible. The various decks, the beautiful pool, the views from the roof with those intoxicating breezes- sigh – all made for a memorable experience. Both the design of the house and its physical location are really great. Besides sleeping, we spent very little time indoors. And even with sleeping, waking up to the amazing vista looking out to Caribbean made the start of every day breathtaking. Everything is made easy for the guests and we felt quite at home in no time. It's really hard to come up with suggested improvements. Possibly having wifi, although not having access probably helped our stress levels and kept us outside more of the time. The representation on the website is very accurate but the pictures really don’t capture the full experience. How do you capture in pictures the beautiful, warm intoxicating breezes that were a constant presence, the magnificent night sky, the changing lightscape from morning to dusk? The property managers Annette and Dennis were perfect hosts. Annette picked us up at our car rental and gave us an orientation to the island along with her favorite spots to dine, and Dennis had the unfortunate task of taking us to drop off our car rental before heading to our flight but not before talking about his island life. We'll definitely be back.
