Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Neighbor let us borrow a lily pad, made floating easier.

This house is a great rental for a large group. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The deck, in person, was vastly different from the pictures. It needed a good power wash and paint. The outside furniture is also little beat up and definitely needed to be washed. The yard was smaller than I thought but still enough room to play and relax. The lake was nice, just a little bit of a hike to get out of the no wake zone. We loved walking to the ice cream shoppe and coffee shop in town. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to both. It was a nice stay and a fun place for a lakeside vacation.

Everything was great! This was our second stay. Hope to book for 2023. The lake is calm so it was perfect for our 15 month and 4 yr old grandgirls. Park, and resturants within walking distance. House and property were clean. Quiet neighborhood. We all enjoyed our stay!!

Had a great time spending the weekend with friends at this property. Had zero issues during our stay. Rented a couple pontoon boats for a day and the water was warm enough to swim in. Just enough space in backyard to feel comfortable playing music and games.

This is our second time renting the house for a family Christmas vacation. Owners very easy to work with and house is clean and spacious. Will continue to rent when back in the area.

We had a great time on our short vacation. There was plenty to do and tons of room.

Bachelor Party

The house and property are well kept and clean. The kitxhen had everything u need to cook in. The town had a number of good reaturants within walking distance. The bay was perfect! No wake by cottage so safe for swimming and kayaking. Owner provided 4 kayakes and 2 paddle boards. All in good condition. Nice big deck on the back of the house. Flat yard that goes down to the bay. Nice yard for the kids to play. Very nice park within walking distance. The house also has a fun game room. There is also a place to rent a pontoon within walking distance. We had six adults in our group. We all had a wonderful time!! We plan on going back in 2022.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this lake house in Pardeeville. Good place to relax. There was plenty of spread-out space and beds for everyone. Papa and the kids enjoyed fishing and pulled out fish after fish. We rented a pontoon one day and spent time at the park/beach. The family consensus was that this weekend was better than a run run weekend at a waterpark hotel!

We created some great memories with our family and friends over New Year's. Nice layout, plenty of space for all of us to enjoy each other's company, as there were 18 of us in total, with children from 1st grade to a freshmen in college. The home had plenty of beds and was very well equipped. The view from the kitchen, which looked out onto the lake, was beautiful. The home is a short drive to both Cascade Mountain and the Dells. There were a lot of games provided and a game room to enjoy. The teenagers especially enjoyed the 'garage' room as a space to hang out during the night. Dan was great to work with and very quick in answering all of my questions. Great family home! We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family holiday trip back to Wisconsin. The house was clean, the beds comfy, amenities galore, view of park lake lit up at Christmas was beautiful. The host was amazing and wonderful to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again when back to visit family in the area.

This house was PERFECT for our girls weekend to celebrate my bachelorette party. The outdoor space was amazing and the inside was more than big enough for people to spread out. Dan was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating to our requests. We would highly recommend this house to any large group looking for a place to relax on the water.

We had a great time!! Enjoyed sufficient space for 12 adults and 4 children, great kitchen, wonderful lake front where we utilized the kayaks and caught LOTS of fish. Nice outdoor space and we appreciated the air conditioning inside. Nice park and swim area close by. Great ice cream shop in walking distance. Overall excellent property.

Wonderful cozy 4 days home for the entire family with room, games and activities for everyone. Very peaceful place, the home and the hometown. Everyone is very nice. Loved our stay and kids had sooo much fun!!! Communication with owner was easy and we have everything we needed.

Great property in a nice location. 12 guys came up for the weekend and had ample room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Property owner was very responsive to our questions and will definitely book this property again next time up in the area. Thanks Much!!!

Lots of beds and plenty of room!

Overall, an outstanding experience from the first communication with the owner through check out. Property is located on a quiet bay with decent fishing off the sea wall and is conveniently located a short walk to tasty restaurants and boat rental/fishing supply/liquor store. Good grocery store is a short drive away and you are close enough to the Dells for an easy day trip. House is comfortable with ample space and bedding options for your whole group. We needed nothing with this property —- it has it all. Owner was quick to respond to any questions and went out of his way to ensure we had a great visit. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a truly laid back get away that is still close to all modern amenities.

We booked this location almost a year ago with Dan. He was very responsive with our numerous questions as we were a large group(19) of 1st/2nd/3rd cousins celebrating our 9th year of getting together. The property is as pictured. It’s in the center of town which was easily walkable. The kids walked everyday, sometimes twice to Carols Cones of Kwik Trip. You can walk to a few of the drinking establishments that were welcoming, & asked if we were staying at Dan & Karis Rental. The quiet area of the lake was perfect for Swimming, Kayaking, Paddle Boating, & fishing(even though nobody caught “the big one”). We had various types of weather during our stay from heat warnings to severe storms & there was room for our group to spread out. VERY spacious bedrooms with various types of mattress & pillow comfort levels. Staircase can be a little eventful. The three bathrooms were a blessing. Deck was large & the use of Dans various grills that came with the supplies was very nice. There were a couple of things our group would have liked to see was a larger kitchen table & a second fridge as the house held a lot of our people that enjoy cooking and eating together. The game room & garage area were very useful as well. Our group enjoyed our experience & hope to visit again.

The property was delightful, well suited to our large mixed group. There was plenty of seating inside and on the extensive deck. The location, right on the lake, made for great views, and good memories around the campfire. The owner, Dan was very responsive, although we did not have any problems during our stay.

We were so happy with this house in Pardeeville. We had a group of 11 and we all had plenty of space to stretch out and relax. We LOVED the view of the lake, the porch, fishing off the sea wall, utilizing the paddle boat and the walk ability in town to everything! The marina/liquor store nearby was awesome, as we rented a boat for a couple hours. Communication with the owner was swift and very helpful! Great place for a large group of people. Have tons of seating and all proper amenities for a fun weekend away. Fun small lake for fishing as well as larger lakes near by for more serious fishers. Large kitchen and 2 grills to make cooking easy. Lots of beds so everyone can be comfortable and sleep well.

This house had a lot of positives and a few minuses. Overall it is better than average and that is why it gets three stars. We had a family ski trip planned at Cascade Mountain in Portage, WI. It was about 20 minutes away and was a very easy drive. Arriving to the house from Illinois was easy. As for location, this was wonderful. The sleeping quarters were as advertised. Nothing fancy and perfect for a large group like ours. The pictures in the booking section (pictures 6,7,8,11,12) were representative and fair. Lots of beds that seemed clean. It was organized well. The bedding was exactly what was shown in the pictures. The kitchen area was spacious and there were many cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. The refrigerator was clean. The kitchen has big windows and there was lots of light in the morning. The game room was fun. The air hockey and foosball table worked well. The ice hockey game rods need a little help. They weren't broken but rather difficult to use and in some cases worked intermittently. This is not worth lowering the rating. Hopefully they can give it a 'tune up'. The finished garage was a nice touch. Provided some extra room and a pull out couch. It was pretty nice to have for the kids to game or play cards at night. The main living room and bathrooms were not up to the level of the rest of the house. The main swivel chair in the living room had a large grease stain where you rest your head. Near the landing of the stairs there was a baseball sized hole in the drywall where the wall and the floor met. The bathroom had a duct grate on the floor that was black and rusted (and super gross). We couldn't understand these glaring oversights. It didn't ruin the house for us. Rather, it seemed like things that could have been easily resolved/updated. Hopefully they'll give some attention to the house's issues and make the necessary upgrades. The house is close to being great.

My group and I had such a fantastic stay at this lake house. So much room for all 12 of us, we enjoyed how much room the living room, kitchen, and garage had for all of us and that’s where we spent most of our time when we weren’t skiing! Overall, we had such a great stay and thanks for such great hospitality Dan!
