Our 6th time at the resort. We always enjoy staying at the Surf Club. Top accommodations. In the past the outside area has always been clean, maintained, free of trash. However we were disappointed to find irresponsible people of all ages leaving the plastic bar cups and discarded floaties overall personal trash around the pool and even on the beach front area. We understand this doesn't directly reflect on the Surf Club staff because some people will always be careless and disrespectful. Hopefully this can be managed before it gets worse. It was sad to see such a beautiful place treated poorly by some guests when in the past we have not experienced this. On a positive note, staff was very attentive and did what they could. It did appear to be less staffed than in past visits. In the end you can't prevent people careless acts.

Robin was so easy to work with to book the property. I had only used VRBO to rent single family homes so this was new to us and it was so easy. Check in went smoothly and the property is great. The 2 bedroom villa was perfect for our family and made our stay so enjoyable. We will for sure be back.

The whole process was seamless, from booking to checkout. Everything was easy and exactly as we were told it would be. The owner made the rental simple and worry free. Communication was clear and timely. The hotel was a perfect location with great amenities for the whole family. We loved our week in Aruba and will confidently rent from this owner again in the future.

Our rooms were great nice space and the grounds and beach were perfect. We didnt want to leave. There are so many great restaurants and places to see.

The Marriott Surf Club is one of the biggest and busiest resorts in Aruba. It is in the ‘high rise’ section close to many shops and restaurants. The resort has plenty to offer but also has a lot of people so be prepared. You have to sign up for a beach hut the night before and they start at $10. Pool spots are free but need to get there at 6am to reserve. You will want to bring an inflatable float for the lazy river or you can pay resort prices for one.

Easy walk to the beach and pool. Property was clean and we had a great view of the ocean from Spyglass Tower. The lazy river was one of our favorite spots on the property. The daily BINGO at the pool was also really fun!

I really do not want to share how wonderful this property is so that it won’t be booked for a return trip! Our vacation was absolutely amazing! The property is stunning! Wonderful for all ages! We will continue to rebook this vacation!

The location and the grounds are beautiful...plenty to walk to. Restaurants, shopping, beaches. Staff is amazing friendly polite helpful and kind. Many activites to get involved in, or not..Pool, gyms, bingo, casino, tours, boating, etc...love it!

Everything was perfect. Robin was very responsive and accommodating. We rented the timeshare for a week and she was able to book us for two additional nights. She also got us an ocean view on a high floor. Great experience!

We had a wonderful time during our stay - guests ranged from 1 years old to 73 - and there was something for everyone! Property was clean, everyone friendly, great location, and can't beat the weather! Will definitely look to stay again!

The resort was perfect for our family! The staff was always happy and eager to help with whatever we needed. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We felt extremely safe at the resort. We enjoyed the resort activities, the perfect sand beach, the lazy river, tasty beverages and tasty food! We will definitely be returning. Thanks for all your hospitality!

The Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club was the perfect property for my family of 6, including children and teens. Our host, Robin, was kind and wonderful. She was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful with information regarding Covid-19 protocols during our trip. We would absolutely book with this host and property in the future. Thank you for everything, Robin! We had an amazing vacation!

Marriott Surf Club is a GREAT Family Friendly resort. We had a 2 bdrm 2 bath condo for 4 adults and 3 children 8 & under. Disappointing & understandable that the "Kids Club" was closed tho great fun was had by all. Condo well furnished tho kitchen under stocked with general needs for preparing & serving food for large family - but we made do. My children are already looking forward to a turn visit!!

Aruba in general seems to be working through some post-pandemic staffing issues (?) as everything took hours - it took us over an hour to check in to the hotel, meals would be easily 2.5 hours (including an hour at the table before ordering!) but with everyone suddenly deciding to go out abx travel, that’s not a huge surprise. Robin was great to work with, she can’t help any timing issues at the hotel.

Great location on palm beach close to activities boarding spot. The room is spacious and clean with enough supplies during 9 days stay. But the marriot management is complicated. In poor area. You can hold your chair with chair tag which is supposed to be removed by crews if no one use the chair for 2 hours. However it was not happening and it is super HARD to find an available chair. front desk did not mention when checkin and causing some confusion with other guests. A bracelet is required to access the pool and you can’t remove it when sleeping and showering unless you cut it off and the next day you have to go front desk to do bracelets again IN PERSON! You can’t pick them up for your family members.

This property was just amazing, my children are 18, 16 and 10, and there was something for everyone plenty of room in the 2 bedroom. It was just simply wonderful. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Hi, we actually coulnt attend due to a passport issue. Thankfully, Robin was a tremendous help in changing plans and being accommodating. I would work with her anytime when booking a vacation.
