Het duurde lang voordat de kamer warm werd. Het was buiten rond de nul graden.

Prima locatie. We konden naar onze afspraak in de stad lopen.
Ik vind dat je thuis hoort te zijn als je gasten ontvangt en ze niet alles zelf laten uitzoeken.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in Leeuwarden und bei Ingrid verbracht. Das Appartement hat alles, was man benötigt und ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Auf dem Balkon kann man morgens das Frühstück und auch die Ruhe genießen. Ingrid war sehr nett und freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch sehr fürsorglich. Wir haben uns bei ihr sehr wohlgefühlt. Für das Gepäck ausladen konnte man direkt vor dem Haus parken und das Auto dann ein Stückchen weiter in der Straße kostenlos parken. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Vorgarten sicher abstellen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch schnell in der Innenstadt, welche ebenfalls sehr schön und sehenswert ist. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ingrid is a superb host. She went above and beyond to make sure my son and I were confortable. She is also a great source of information. I hope that when we get to come back, we can stay at her B&B again. Ingrid, you are the BEST!

A perfect long weekend for three friends sharing both rooms on offer. The rooms are the only ones on the first floor so are separate from the hosts and very private. A ten minute walk from the centre in a very quiet area. The spacious rooms were very comfortable, with lovely balconies, large bathrooms and a constantly topped up fridge. Ingrid was lovely, and suggested a great local cafe we went to three times! We would definitely go back.
We particularly liked the hidden kitchens disguised as cupboards!

Th rooms is located very close to the city center, in a quiet area. I loved the balcony were we had a very good breakfast. We appreciated the small kitchen furnished with all the things for prepraring breakfast and cooking a small meal.

Cozy apartment with prepare yourselves breakfast concept. Wasn't a problem for me, actually fitted me even better as I had late nights, also used it not only for breakfast ;)
Location is silent and nice, however, better to rent a bike if you're frequent to the city center.
The room has pretty much everything needed, including cooling and heating facilities.
The host was friendly and attentive to details.

The room was very modern and nicely decorated. Everything was clean. We got vegan breakfast options which was great. The hosts were very friendly and kind.

Clean and comfort room. The breakfast was more then enough, you have to prepare the breakfast by yourself. The location is quiet and 10-15 min. walking to the center. You can park before the house.

- wifi connection is really bad. There's almost no signal in the room.
- sound proof is poor. You can hear people talking in the next room.

The location is really good. Only 10 minutes walk to the city center of Leeuwarden. The host is kind. The bathroom/shower etc is really good and comfortable, the bed is nice.
We had a nice time. The only thing you should know is that there's no separate breakfast room. You need to prepare your breakfast yourself in your own room. We had lovely weather and had a nice breakfast on the balcony of our room. So no problem for us, but when it's raining you will have breakfast in your room.
