Friendly staff; spacious and clean room; great menu of breakfasts

instead of one queen bed for two as we booked, there was a bed of two separate mattresses which is a bit disappointing. Other than that the bed itself is comfortable.

Everything. The staff were extremely friendly. The restaurant attached to the hotel was an exceptionally good value and was one of the best meals I’ve ever had.

Such friendly and helpful staff. We arrived with the National Train strike and the staff at the front desk went out of their way to help us find alternative transport. Very clean, modern and comfortable hotel with an excellent restaurant. Breakfast was delicious!

You won’t find staff who try harder to please than the students who staff this training hotel. Excellent breakfast, large modern hotel room.

The walk into the town centre takes you through some downmarket areas. Ok in the daytime, but I wouldn’t want to do it at night.

the reception hall was more or less OK, not 4* but OK for a 3* the rooms were clean

a 4* hotel ?! It was not even a hotel .. it was a school ! With a lot of mistakes (wrong room, wrong invoice = they counted 2 breakfasts that we didn't take), a lot of talk before they understood the question.. With a reference to a restaurant that matches the quality of students .. we are 55 y old, so they should understood that we don't go to student restaurants any more.. With rooms with a lot of lights everywhere, and a light system next to the bed that needed an engineers degree With class rooms that you had to go along before you reached the breakfast room..! With a floor that matches a school, linoleum With students.. that did'nt know enough about the hotel, that committed mistakes (wrong room, we asked a superior and got a basis room). Fitness room in the hotel, mentioned booking.com.. Not true, you had to go outside, walk 100m and than ... pay 5 eur ! As such, I don't mind that young people have to learn .. but at least you should inform the potential customer ! Than the stay in the hotel becomes a "gift" to these people, a subvention. Also the breakfast of 15 eur was less than nothing. We had to wait 15' before we got our first coffee. Terrible hotel, terrible service, terrible rooms, ...

Clean and friendly student staff.

The toilet has the darkest light. There is no bottle of water. Do not expect everyone is drinking water from the tap.

You get more for your money then at other hotels! The whole hotel looks very nice and stylish, the room was very comfortable, clean and up to date. The staff is very nice!

When they showed us to our room they only told us how the lights worked and we had a room that was equiped with furniture for a disabled person. So my partner let the alarm go off by accident because we didn't know that the string in the toilet would make it go of and we didn't know how to turn it of. It was a little stressful for both the staff and ourselves. So it would've been nice if they explained some of that stuff.

I would like to thank the hotel staff for the excellent professional service, courteous attitude, caring, and always with a big smile. In each question we received personal help from each of the staff. Personal attitude and lots of good will to really help. The rooms - very clean, spacious, well equipped and cozy. The bed - excellent. Large and comfortable. Everything is clean and aesthetic at a level of at least 5 stars. Breakfast - generous and varied. Served at convenient hours. The room has a coffee machine and a kettle with all the necessary equipment. A surprisingly good experience. We will definitely be back.
