Great location I don’t like you have to call customer service to help no front desk.

We arrived early asked customer service could we check in early he said 40 dollars. Then I called him back 2 minutes later he was rude saying that I just called him and check in was at 3pm. Once we got into Our room the door was not very secure 1st off, then I’m not happy about having to pay a extra 50 dollars for cleaning fee when we had to take out our own trash and the balcony was full of bird poop I will add pictures plus there parking lot was two blocks away.

The location on the river, the Riverwalk, and the historic downtown location made it easy to walk to many shops, restaurants, and places of interest.

Could be a little cleaner.

The location and the view are great!

Two of the coffee cups had gross green stuff stuck to them. One chair on the balcony was broken. The TV in the bedroom didn't work and the sheets on the tiny matress in the tiny room felt like they were made of actually paper.

Located on the water in the heart of downtown. It's a one bedroom apartment but feels very large. You have a great view from the balcony. It's an easy walk to downtown restaurants.

There is no parking close to the property without paying. You can park in a parking garage a block away for free but it's a hike back to the room. I wouldn't feel comfortable letting my wife walk that at night.

Nice location. Easy to check in. They were nice and allowed us to check in early. The kitchen had plenty of dishes. Bathroom had nice clean towels. Overall everything was neat and tidy and clean.

The bathroom sink didnt drain properly but we got into unclogged for future visitors. The kitchen did not have a fresh sponge for cleaning dishes (it smelled old). Amd the refrigerator was dirty (door shelves). Only very minor issues so I wont complain too much.
