The view and the docks and the pool was great but the couch was made in 1902 and around the pool had an ant problem

The pool was the best thing about the facility.

The unit has OLD furniture. The bed was lousy. Drinks froze and busted in he fridge. The stove looked like a fire hazard. The pool, the view from the balcony and grounds were beautiful. Now the unit was clean but the over all conditions was unacceptable for what I paid for it.

Our stay at this rental was HIGHLY disappointing! We were so disappointed that we decided to leave the rental a day early! The pictures that were posted on the website were not accurate for this rental. When we arrived on Friday night for our check in the entry code that was provided for us was not correct which had us standing outside for 30 minutes. Numerous attempts were made to our contact point of the rental but ALL were failed attempts. We finally got in contact with someone at Vacasa who gave us another code to try thankfully which worked as it was well after 10pm. I hope the next occupant of this rental is made aware of the actual rental and not a photoshopped rental.

Got this for a quick getaway. The gal seemed to have liked it, no complaints.

Relaxing clean quiet, just what was needed!

Room was nice small but adequate for 2 adults. Bed was a little hard but ok

Well located, furnished with all the essentials that you need. Not a luxury unit, but very cozy and a great price. Would recommend for guests that are not looking for space or amenities.

We did not get enough rest because the beds were so uncomfortable. The unit is cleaned, but my family and I need something to have a comfortable sleep. The owner needs to update all bedroom's bedding, it looks cute, but it comes to sleep, the bed needs to be comfortable. The beds are old. Please advise. Thank you!

Horrible property!!! They went in my room before my stay was over and threw my personal belongings out!!!!

Once we checked in we felt at home. The balcony view was beautiful, you could see the pool, bay and marina with the gulf in the distance. The room felt a little dated but grew on us. Staff was very attentive in facilitating a smooth check in and out.

I loved the view of the room. Also, the room was fully stocked with all of the essentials. The things that I would change about the room is the size of the bed, the pillows, the couch, and where everything was positioned. Those things definitely needed some updating. Other than that, everything else was great.

This studio property is older and is showing some wear, but it was a place to sleep. The bed was comfortable, but we had to laugh when we sat on it, it squeaked...a lot. Should have recorded it! Other than that, we didn't spend much time here so didn't use any of the other amenities. We didn't use anything in the "kitchenette" so cannot comment on that. The location proved to be within walking distance to several of the area's best reviewed restaurants which we appreciated. Heads up, if you want to visit "The Shack" (.4 miles East) call ahead as they stopped taking reservations before 8pm for 9pm close on a Wednesday evening. So, we went .2 miles West to SoiBistro which turned out to be an adventure in Sushi we will not soon forget. Soooo Good! While I appreciate customer service, (there was a lamp shade that was smashed when we arrived, so we sent a photo off to the property manager which prompted one of the phone calls we received). I received email and text messages as well as phone calls before, during and after my stay. It was a bit much.

The condo was nothing spectacular. I booked here because it was last minute and my previous hotel had to cancel my reservations due to issues from hurricane damage.

It was a pleasant experience.

The property is not clean. The room was not as pictured. Water pressure was terrible. Lamps falling off the wall. Outlets didn’t work. And balcony rail was weak. I’m not a complainer but you couldn’t tell by this post!!!

The property location and building was great. My condo had some issues but the staff was right out to fix it. The biggest thing I had was some dirty cleaning materials were left in the apartment and no toilet tissue was left for me.

I had a very good experience of my stay. It was very clean and had great service.

Unit is outdated. Bed was horrible. Couch was nasty. I felt bad making my 12 year old sleep on it. The door to balcony was broken and the light in balcony was out. These are just a few things that were wrong!

What was not to love, is the easier question?! The room the view the pool the distance to all the other commodities and adventures to say the least.

Comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

The view from our apartment was beautiful (we were facing the bay side). The room was super clean and pretty. Even though we didn’t spend much time in the apartment, we loved coming back at night to our cozy room for a good and peaceful nights sleep.

Had everything we needed, great view, laundry on site, clean pool friendly people, our room just wasn’t as clean as expected lots of dog hair under the couch and bed and sliding door and windows were dirty.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the smell and the bed was loud and not comfortable and had long dark hair all in it and I my wife has blonde so I know it wasn’t washed.

Gave it 4 stars for 2 reasons:
1. There was no toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, or dish soap upon arrival. It was brought to us the next day after we notified them of their absence.
2. The pull out couch smelled TERRIBLE. Slept on it for one night and couldn't possibly for another. Truly don't know how you clean one of those, but they need to figure something out!
Besides those two things, the place was great! Perfect size, location, amenities (pool, ice machine, washer/dryer, etc.), and the staff we came in contact with were very kind! Would definitely stay here again!
