We had four family's from our softball team staying together. There was more than enough bathroom and sleeping space for our group. We also were able to cook every meal at the house for the entire week. I will say that simply cooking pasta did set off the smoke alarm; it seemed especially sensitive. It would be nice if each bedroom had a ceiling fan since the air is regulated (completly understand why, but the middle aged women were hot 😉). My only true complaint is that we had to buy extra hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels; there was not enough provided to get us through the week. If you are only going to provide the minimum of those types of amenities it would be helpful if it was communicated with your guests. Overall the home was lovely and a great fit for our group.

There were some minor imperfections of the property, but it didnt affect our stay. Hosts were very responsive & very helpful. Was roomy enough for our group. Wish there was more to do on the rooftop with the extra space, such as yard games. We would recommend.

Our team came down to Nashville for a conference. This space was perfect for us. It was a great location, very clean, very easy to communicate with the hosts. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

Great place to stay

It was the perfect place to stay for our group. The listing was accurate except it listed one room as having a king bed but instead it had two queens which was actually more preferable to our group. It was an easy Uber ride from downtown and all the action yet far enough to be a calm retreat. I would recommend it for your group.

This property is beautiful and big but there was so many privacy concerns the blinds have a huge gap in rooms on both sides so I was not comfortable changing clothes curtains would have fixed this issue ! Police was riding through our home warning us there was a man breaking in the homes and to be careful! The towels was folded nice but the smell of them was not fresh ! The bedrooms areas have no TV s at all so kids had no entertainment the pool room has a TV and living room so we actually ended up going outside so the kids can have the TV the host was extremely nice check in was smooth small issue buy was easily fixed nothing bad to say about host but due to lack tv, low cleanliness , privacy issues from being easily spyed on through gap in blinds only way to park is in back meaning u have to travel down alley I can't rent this again cleaning fee makes no since didn't feel clean

Before arrival owner was very accommodating to our questions. Once we arrived the house exceeded the pictures. Room for a big group of 12 like we had with lots of beds, towels, dishes, everything we needed. Very easy to get downtown as well. We will definitely be back.

Huge house with plenty of room and the rooftop was awesome. Ubers and Lyfts were quick and easy to get into the city.

Property accommodated our group well and came with the advertised amenities. The location is a nice retreat from down town.

We had a group of 8 and this home worked out perfectly! The home is larger in person. Great common space on the main and 2nd levels and plenty of outdoor patio space, too! A quick 10 minute Uber to Broadway and also just a couple minute to 5 points neighborhood. The home was well stocked, well lit and secure. Highly Recommend!

A group of us stayed here for my brothers bachelor party and everything about the stay was great. House was great, accommodated all of us comfortably and was conveniently located to downtown. Owners were responsive for all questions and checked on us when a bad storm came through the area. 5 star rating!

We had a great time in Nashville. The two houses were perfect for our group. Lots of space and easy to catch a lift into town. Would definitely stay again!

The overall experience was good. A couple of minor issues: roof top cushions were left out prior to our arrival and it rained so we were not able to enjoy the roof top deck because they were soaked and king bedroom had a blood stained mattress pad and we did not know until we stripped the bed for our departure

We had an excellent stay in Adam and Frances' properties in Talbot's Corner, Nashville. Their communication and service were expedient and helpful. They really worked to accommodate our two parties well. The space was clean and comfortable and perfect for our shared meals and times spent hanging out together. Additionally, the townhomes are conveniently located to downtown Nashville and had groceries and good restaurants in the neighborhood as well. We all agreed that it was a perfect space for us. Grateful!

The property was awesome. A lot bigger than expected, and clean as could be. Great location. Definitely recommend, as downtown was an easy ride away!

We booked this house for a large bachelorette party and it was PERFECT! Extremely clean and the house was WAY bigger than we expected. There was also plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms to get ready in. You can even see downtown from the balcony! If you have a large group and want a great location then this is your place. Plus you can’t beat the parking thats included. Also Adam and Frances were super quick to respond and answered all of our questions. It’s not if, but when we come back to Nashville we will definitely be looking forward to booking with Adam and Frances again!

We had a good time with family!

The house was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. There was a smell. The owners did send a cleaning team on Thanksgiving Day, but by the time they arrived, the day had already begun. I’m not entirely sure what happened as I was in the shower, but they didn’t clean. The insides of the rental were okay. The beds were comfortable (not the sofa beds), and there was a ton of sleeping space! The pool stick holder in one house was falling off of the wall. The blinds were broken. Small things. The big thing was the location. This property of smack dab in the middle of the hood. There’s an entire line of properties put up for renting side by side, but across the street and down the road and behind the houses are not good areas. The pictures of the rooftop lounge area seemed to imply a better locale to me, so I felt cheated in that way. The other thing that blew our mind was that there is no shelving in any of the showers. There are no caddies, nowhere to put your wash or shampoo or loofah besides in your hand or on the floor. Besides those grievances, we enjoyed ourselves. I wouldn’t stay again.

Good location being close to downtown area and all Nashville has to offer. Loved having three units side-by-side for all families that came from out of town!!!

I meant my family in Nashville and we rented the 2 houses side by side. The houses were lovely and had plenty of run for everybody. I thought the location was great. We took walks around the neighborhood and found a great coffee shop near to the house. Great communication and easy to work with when we had a problem arise and needed to stay an extra night. Highly recommend!!!

The house had plenty of room for big groups of people. The one negative is that the house wasn’t clean on our arrival. Adam did get his cleaning staff there promptly.

Spacious and location was 10-15 min from everything we wanted to do. Plenty of space for 10 guys. Pictures are accurate and everyone who came with me loved this house

We rented two side by side house from Adam and Frances and both properties were beautiful, the houses, decor and all accommodations were perfectly suiting for our large group. We were 19 people we came down for a friend's 60th birthday and the houses made the trip all the more better. the houses were centrally located about 7-10 minutes from downtown Nashville, it was a quick uber ride away. Adam and Frances were very accommodating and very quick to respond, they are great owners, i would recommend them to everyone. We will definitely keep you in mind should we decide to come back again. thanks for everything, you made our stay wonderful.
