This is by far the best place we have stayed in at Navarre Beach. The room was amazing! It was nice. It was clean. It was so roomy! The view was breathtaking! We will definitely stay there again!

Our condo was very clean and had all the necessities. We were on the 15th floor with great views of the beautiful clear blue ocean. We were a short 10 minute walk to the pier that served food and drinks. A short drive over the bridge to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything needed. About a 30 minute drive to Pensacola through the dunes to dinner and outdoor music. Overall great place. We had myself (55) my wife (54) my son (26) and my daughter (21) her boyfriend (21). Everyone had a great time. We will be back!

We came down to FL for our son's wedding; which was held on Navarre Beach and was beautiful. Housekeeper, Emidio, was able to get us in a couple hours early so we could get ready and be less stressed. Thank you, Emidio! The condo was spacious and the view was expectational! The beach was not crowded. The pool/hot tub were relaxing after spending the day on the beach. The local restaurants were good. We would recommend Stripes and ate there twice. Trivia night was a lot of fun! We did have a couple of issues with the dryer and a/c, but were able to self trouble shoot the problem and get it fixed. The owner stated he would get the items fixed soon for future renters. Overall, our stay was relaxing and we hated leaving.

Beautiful condo, plenty of space, nice amenities, comfortable beds, all the kitchen supplies you can think of, and a stunning beach. Steve was quick to help us with any requests.

Upon arrival the condo had not been cleaned. We had to wait an additional two hours to get access after arriving at 6:00pm.

Great location, condo was very nice and had a lot of space for our whole family to get together. The kids enjoyed the pool, and very close to the beach, which was nice for taking a toddler up to nap after a morning at the beach.

This condo is well-stocked. It has everything you need in the kitchen, even cleaning supplies. Would definitely reserve this unit again. Thank you for a lovely visit!

Absolutely loved staying in this condo at The Pearl. Just as described, very nice, clean and comfy. The second balcony was a wonderful surprise. The swimming pools and exercise room was very nice also. Hope to stay here again.

The process of reserving this condo, communicating with the owners, and checking in the day of our trip was so smooth. Owners answered questions very quickly before the trip and aloud me to prepare what I needed to make our beach stay a success! They acted very quickly when we had a simple plumbing issue and it was fixed day of. I would absolutely return to this condo again. If I had any critique it would be that they add beach towels, toys, boogie boards, and a cart to the items they provide. We had limited space in our vehicle though so may not be an issue for most! We have visited Navarre regularly for years and The Pearl is always where we stay and this condo is the nicest we've rented yet! Thank you so much to the owners!

From the time we walked into our unit, to the time we had to leave, we had an amazing stay. I am very picky and particular, tending to complain a lot, but this place was amazing. We would definitely rent it again. The Pearl is beautiful, the people who stayed for Memorial Day weekend were all families and everyone was so nice and considerate. The unit was gorgeous, well-equipped and Steve was awesome! It was so hard to leave.

Easy to get to, great views of the ocean & the sound. Relaxed vibes on the beach & not too touristy. Condo had everything we needed! Our family enjoyed our stay!

We really loved staying at this property! There were many advantages – having the two beach chairs and umbrella already down at the beach each day, location to the grocery store, the pier, and restaurants, the carts to help take things up to your room, and the gorgeous views from the balcony were all perks! The only thing I would say is to be aware that if you have small children, you will have to move the breakable/fragile items before letting them into the condo. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

The entire rental process was easy and went smoothly. The property is located in a good location: Great view and close to shopping and restaurants. Complimentary beach umbrella and chairs was nice, and beach attendant and lifeguard were bonuses. The livingroom furniture is very comfortable, which was a big plus. Overall, a positive experience.

This was hands down the absolute best condo we’ve ever stayed in! My family of six was more than comfortable and had our own spaces to spread out. The amenities were more than we could have asked for and had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen (seriously has everything you need to cook anything from crab legs to crock pot meals and desserts/smoothies) and close grocery stores that offered delivery were a huge plus. View from the balcony was amazing! The views from everywhere in this condo were breathtaking with the huge windows. This is an end corner unit which made surrounding views so much better than other condos. If you’re going to stay on the beach it’s nice to see it from every angle. We watched dolphins swim by every day. We stayed in September. The crowd was small. The water was clear and warm. The pools were also fun for the kids. This place was clean, comfortable and perfect in every way and I’m beyond thankful we found this one. We will absolutely be looking for this place to be available the next time we return to Navarre Beach. Thank for for sharing your beautiful home with my family. You have blessed my family and I pray God blesses you. This was the best vacation!

My family and I had a great stay in 1506 Pearl. Awesome view of the ocean. Take binoculars with you see lots of Dolphins!! Room was super clean and the layout was prefect for our family. If you like to grill they have great grills. Pools were clean and easy walk to the beach. Look forward to next year.

My wife and two children had a great three day stay. Condo was very spacious, nice, and had everything we needed and more. It would be perfect for a longer stay as well. Access to the beach was very easy and everyone at the Pearl was friendly and respectful. Steve the owner was responsive and accomodating. We would stay again for sure!

We stayed in early August at this property. Property was very clean and accommodating. Host is very easy to work with and quick to respond.

We could not have asked for a better stay. Condo was extremely clean and comfortable, with stunning views and steps from the beach. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. if you want to cook. This was our first time staying at The Pearl, but we will be back. We had six in our party, including two young children, and we had plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved the bunk beds. We spent a lot of time on the balconies, the views were incredible. No one wanted to leave at the end of the week, we hope to come back!

Plenty of space for the family! Large balcony with a great view from the 15th floor. Nice furniture and 3 bathrooms! Will be returning soon!

Our stay at Navarre Beach was wonderful. The condo was very clean and better than described. We loved being steps from the beach and to have the pool and the hot tub was a great way to spend the evening. If you are looking for a room with a view, this is the place. You won't be disappointed. Relaxing space with lots of beautiful views thoughout the condo. Fully stocked kitchen. When we had an issue with one of the showers, the owner did everything he could to remedy it. We left completely happy that we had come. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ☺️
